“Customer help would not admit or acknowledge mistake”

Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.

When u have issues with food quality grub hub support shows no concerns and always blames they cannot provide compensation at this time and does a case by case review. Never will I waste my time or money with grub hub.

GrubHub Guarantee is a joke. They will deliver (or not) as they see fit, and there's a 1 in 3 chance the driver will pick at your food or disappear with it altogether. They finally cancelled my order after 2 hours and 3 drivers. Everything else was closed for the night. Jerks. I'll use DoorDash or UberEats instead from now on.

I saw a. KFC ad on TV for "free delivery with Grub Hub" so I thought I'd try it. Sure enough, at checkout they credited the $3.99 "Delivery Fee" BUT added their $4.59 Grubhub "Service Fee" AND a $9.01 TIP to my $36.71 order (almost 25% tip). There was no option to reduce the tip amount. That means I would be paying $14. For Grub Hub to deliver my $36.71 order from the KFC less than 1/2 mile away. If it was my second order they would then add the $3.99 Delivery Fee, adding up to $17.99. I don't have a proof of purchase because I cancelled my order. I will never, ever use Grub Hub!

This service seems a bit pointless... I'm not sure why I need to use this app for delivery when it only lists the place's I already know deliver (Chinese and pizza) then charges me extra to contact the restaurant and make an order I could easily do. Waiter on the way is much better.

Grubhub is as bad as the U.S. postal service, they called three times trying to find my business address and I waited for 2 hours and on the computer it said they have delivered my food, but it never showed up

Worst customer service ever. Had a girl Erica that worked there screw up my order. We ordered for a school luncheon the night before so it would be ready for our early lunch- She did not relay to the restaurant this was a pre-order for the next day and sent a delivery driver out to empty school building at 9:00 pm!

3 separate orders I placed were delivered to the wrong address. I watched the drivers on their map going to a house and not my place of business. Each time I received cold food 40 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. Called their "support" staff and they argued with me that the food was not delivered incorrectly and kept saying "I don't know" when I asked why they kept causing so many issues. Revoked my GrubHub membership after today's incident. They think refunding your money makes up for their AWFUL customer service and lack of understanding

Don't use Grubhub if you want to eat today. Just take a look at all the reviews and know that my complaints are the same. We ordered via Grubhub. A few minutes later I received notification that the order was cancelled. As mentioned in other reviews, we also got the same response that a manager was not available. It will of course take 7-10 business to be refunded. It is very risky to use this service, hit or miss. I hope in time they get better but they better hurry before someone else comes along with a better service and kills their business.

Ordered pizza through yelp with eat 24, should have checked the reviews. Terrible service, over half an hour past the (slow) delivery time, still no pizza. No respond from company. Not using them again, ever.

I did not receive my food nor did I get a refund. Keep the b. S. discount on next meal Grubhub, there won't be another order from me! I hope the $16.87 was worth it, because I'm on a mission to let everyone who will listen that Grubhub cares little for customer service and have failed to establish a standard of morale for drivers.

Our order went to another house. Called GrubHub customer support and did not offer support other than to say, we will issue a refund and there's nothing I can do about that. Meanwhile, I tried calling the driver and he never answered or returned my text. My neighbors sure are enjoying my food, but I won't be. Thanks for ruining lunch for us, GrubHub.

Do not waste your money or time because you'll be waiting 5 business days for your refund. Third time a charm with no delivery and over 2 hr wait to get email that said cancelled. AnD even better you cannot talk to a human or robot to lodge a complaint, save yourself and Never use GrubHub. If I could give zero stars I would.

I've had multiple missing items from the last several orders with GrubHub. Each time, I had to request refunds. This latest order kept getting the delivery time pushed back. I watched the driver on the progress map, and he picked up and delivered three orders while mine was pushed back. Then, he came into m y neighborhood and delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted grubhub they acted like it was my fault. Very passive aggressive. Gonna stop using them just like I stopped using Favor. Would give negative 10 stars if I could.

My account was hacked. Someone ordered $93 worth of food on my account. I received an email confirming the order, and immediately called GrubHub to alert them to an unauthorized use of my account. That was a week and a half ago and to date I have received no communication from them. I've called several times and have been told my claim is being reviewed, and that I should be hearing shortly, but so far that hasn't happened. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. As a warning, do not have any kind of payment attached to your GrubHub account. Apparently it's very difficult to get a refund if your account is hacked. Terrible customer service.

Food often gets there much much later than what their 'confirmed' delivery time says and sometimes doesn't get there at all with little warning.

If you're hungry and craving some good quality food--don't choose EAT24.

Been a Grubhub+ member for several years. But I am swapping to a different provider after having one too many drivers steal my food. They say its delivered when its not, their phone number listed for the driver is out of service so i cant contact the driver. I called restaurant to confirm someone did infact pick up my order on my behalf, then never delivered it. I don't care about being issued a refund that never ends up coming in. They re place the order for me which is fine, but doesnt fix the issue. They need to vet their drivers more thoroughly because this is NOT the first time ive had drivers stealing my food. Enough is enough, im out of here.

This is by far the worst delivery service out there. I usually use Uber eats and now I understand why they cost more... definitely worth the price. Don't waste your time with GrubHub...the service sucks.

Three strikes you're out, Grubhub. Such a good concept ruined by poor customer service and order inaccuracies. We've used Grubhub four times and the order was wrong 75% of the time. Last night was the final straw. How do you leave an entire bag at the restaurant? And there is no accountability so that means the restaurant takes the hit when they have to refund food items.

I scheduled an order 12 hours in advance for a morning meeting I had with clients. The delivery was for 8:30 am from chick fil a, a restaurant that opens around 6:30 am. It is now 9:15 and the driver is saying he doesn't have the food. I have a room full of clients, hungry clients, and I am having to tell them why they can't eat yet. Customer service "isn't from san diego so doesn't know how far the driver is" this whole app is a joke. I will not be paying for my order. Do not trust them if you have to make a corporate delivery. At least if this was a personal meal, it would just be me who is starving.

I should have read the reviews before trusting a friend that recommended this service. My bad. Not only did they give the driver the wrong address the first time, but after he dropped off the food and left I realized that it was someone else's order. Now I have had these kinds of mishaps before, however the fact that they only offered me a $5 credit was rather frustrating. After having to wait for them to reprocess and deliver my order, the second deliver guy calls me, because he too was given a COMPLETELY different address than what it is or even what the first guy had. Over 2 hours to get a breakfast burrito. Seriously?

Honestly, this service is a joke. You are delivering food, it is simple, not complicated. And if you can't even do that right, then at least comp my food for such a terrible first experience. Unreal. Save yourself the headache and go with GrubHub or ANY other delivery service really. These people are not only amateurs but complete idiots.

So I understand that suggesting restaurant does a hit-or-miss business but I don't understand is that when someone works in customer care for a company that they know what they're getting into you going to be dealing with a lot of complaints and if you can't handle the complaint and think that it's okay to be rude with the customers that are already complaining about your company then maybe you should consider a different job. At first the agent was very helpful over there I'm at his suggestion about possibly getting a phone number she got nasty with me on the phone that's not ok. I understand that rules are in place for a reason but you can express the correct answer without being rude and nasty.

So I ordered about 30 gift cards to give to employees for a virtual lunch and learn. Do you think they can provide a receipt so I can get reimbursed? Hell no. They absolutely suck in customer service. When I called the dude that answered acted like he was high as a kite. Great... Don't use them.

Order was supposed to be delivered by 10:30 ended up getting my food at 11:30. An hour later. Food was cold: Wings, fries and chicken tenders from Buffalo Wild wings. Dinner sucked and I paid $75 for it. NEVER will I use grub hub again.

I am a loyal GrubHub user when it comes to getting delivery from places that don't deliver themselves. I have found after using it multiple times that it's very hit or miss. For example, there is one restaurant that always takes the full hour to deliver, and one time I got the wrong burger, but I'm blaming that on the restaurant because the rest of my order was fine. Then now I have found one place that I order from religiously, because I'm addicted, and the order is always here about 10-20 minutes sooner than expected. I've tried a couple other restaurants over my time of using GrubHub and they went fine as well. So my advice is to not let the bad reviews scare you, I'd just proceed with caution until you know how it works for you in your area.

Waited for our food for two hours then received a notice our order was cancelled with no explanation. Save your money and time, go elsewhere. Previous two times orders were missing items and we were giving it one more chance. Obviously a mistake, these people need to learn how to provide quality control.
