Check your receipts. Past month Grubhub has been increasing service fee after order delivered when charge posts to account. Food price, tax and tip stay same, but their service fee increases. For example when orders placed fee $4. Final charge then $4.80. How is this not illegal? Beware!

Every time I have ordered from grubhub I have had to wait at least two hours for my food to be delivered. This is unacceptable and I will no longer be using grubhub.

I don't use grub hub because back when it was delivered dish I'd always get the wrong order. I used is yesterday because I was sick, and of course wrong order once again!
My problem is that the restaurant that I ordered from was closed, but that was not on the website from Grub Hub. They called to let me know after I went to pick up my food, that something went wrong with my order, so they are going to refund my money, but IT'S GOING TO BE 3 TO 5 DAYS!

I placed an order tonight at 8:09 PM. I received an email receipt and confirmation. Im told to expect my order to arrive at 9:15PM. I have the kitchen table set. My girlfriends family is waiting for dinner. I call the restaurant at 9:30 to check on the delivery, and they have no record of my order.
After calling Foodler directly, the information provided was that the order was not processed.
The representative goes on to tell me that due to a billing issue they just found with an order from 2 months ago, they decided not to process my order. No notification was given.
Ive come to expect that a successfully processed order, receiving an email receipt, absent of any notification otherwise, should result in delivery as promised. Well, thats not my experience with this company.
Very similar to another review posted this month. They apparently provide no notification and won't contact you if they have a billing issue. They'll process your next order, send a receipt, and just fail to deliver your next order.
Tried to use grub hub 3x in the last month and EVERY SINGLE TIME the orders keep getting pushed back over and over and over and over again. If you don't mind waiting almost two hours for cold food go ahead and waste your money.
Read reviews before using this company, they are terrible. Food takes forever, they lie and confirm your delivery time long before they deliver, and there are so many better options!
I ordered food. After waiting 2 hrs they email me and said that my order was canceled but my card was still charged. Also their telling me that I won't get my money back for 5 days. Very disappointed
Get your address wrong 1/10 deliveries so get ready to pay for your order twice. Drivers cant follow instructions. Get refunded 1/3 even if you're missing 2/3 of your order.
I've got a completely different order from what I ordered, no receipt attached to the order and there was no refund after I raised this issue to the customer service.
Waste of times, do not download GrubHub app, you will be treated like dirt, and not getting pay!

I am 62 years old, single, don't cook and order out constantly. Today was a landmark day for me because I'm sure that I just received the worst Customer Service I could possibly ever get. I ordered $60.00 from Wangs kitchen which I've ordered from before through their own delivery service which is good. My huge mistake was going through GrubHub. I live in a very large apartment building and the lazy, worthless, unprofessional idiot who delivered the food left it outside in the rain for hundreds of people to pass by it( and whoever of my neighbors who stole the food I hope you choke.). I received a photo of this in absolute disbelief. The only way it could have been worse is if she lowered her car speed a little and just threw it out of her car window towards the entrance. As if that wasn't the worst, Ricardo, my robotic "customer care" representative, made me walk him through what happened not one, not two, but three times before he refused to refund my money only offering a "credit". I guess this was a 60.00 mistake/lesson on my part because there is NO WAY I WILL EVER ORDER FROM GROB HUB AGAIN. As well, you can see I have no shortage of opinion and with my work I encounter hundreds of clients a week and you can best believe I will leave no stone unturned until they are out of business which is probably gonna be tomorrow sine the first review I saw here was one star as well. I ORDERED ON GRUB-HUB AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER I WAITED OVER TWO HOURS FOR MY FOOD. I DID THE CHAT ON GRUB-HUB THEY ASSURED ME I WOULD GET MY ORDER, THEY WERE LOCATING A DRIVER. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD THE WORST REPRESENTATIVE, VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE NEEDED A LOT OF COACHING I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR SHE KEPT ME ON THE PHONE AND NEVER CAME BACK. I'm an assistant manager at a restaurant and we have issues with grubhub several times a week. Drivers are either arriving way too early or way too late. Their drivers generally have a poor attitude. We also had an incident where a driver stole food from us. She arrived to pick up the order then canceled it shortly after so we called her and told her she needs to return the food and she claimed that grubhub told her to give it to a homeless person. We called grubhub and told them not to have that driver return to our location anymore well... just a couple of weeks later she arrives to pick an order up and the owner told her she's not welcome here and to leave immediately. She refused so we ended up getting the police involved and grubhub DID NOT want to address the situation so we ended filing a police report and now the driver is banned from the premises. Since grubhub didn't address the problem and no consequence was given to the thieving driver I guess grubhub doesn't mind having thieves work them.
Only used grub hub 3 times but all 3 times the orders were incomplete,driver forgot drinks next they forgot a sandwich then once delivered a completely different order! Cmon are you guys that lame do your drivers smoke too much weed WTF? We work in a shop we order for lunch WE PAY THE PREMIUM PRICES,can't you just get the order right
I submitted order at 1:52pm for delivery at 3:30pm. They stated the restaurant was backed up and it may be delivered by 4:30pm. I had to cancel my order. Unreliable service.
I ordered from both papa john's and white castle and two hours later these imbeciles cancelled both prepaid orders totaling over $75. These people are morons. Richard Mahan in Lexington KY

There are two houses on the property. Most of the time nobody is home at the first house. They didn't call and tell me they were here and left the food at an empty house.
I will never give my money to a company that would fire someone over who they vote for. Voting is a RIGHT in this country - no matter who you vote for.
You can get the food cheaper if you order it straight from the restaurant and do not use the grubhub website. Once I get done with the gift card will not be using grubhub anymore
I had ordered my food with plenty of time before closing time, the food was ready to be picked up, but the driver showed up 30+minutes AFTER the restaurant closed, my food never arrived... wth
