Check your receipts. Past month Grubhub has been increasing service fee after order delivered when charge posts to account. Food price, tax and tip stay same, but their service fee increases. For example when orders placed fee $4. Final charge then $4.80. How is this not illegal? Beware!
Grubhub never seems to know when the restaurant is actually open, then Grubhub notifies you 20-30 minutes after the fact that the restaurant is closed. That's poor service.
If i could give no star i would horrible customer service hard working dad trying to order dinner for my family no values no morales just horrible service.

Awesome customer service, terrible experience. It took 2 hours for a grilled cheese to be delivered. A grilled cheese taste like crap after sitting for 2 hours. Don't recommend, pick it up yourself.

I ordered from Grubhub and the restaurant cancelled the order. Yet, the credit card was still charged and every time I tried to contact them to get it revised I was ignored. Scam
1. The website did not allow us to order side dishes.
2. They did not give us credit for the coupon at the restaurant on the website

First night I got Caroline took my food two doors down luckily my neighbor was honest standing out her door. Second night I had Brendallynn worst driver ever called her to tell her she took my food elsewhere she hung up on me so me and my daughter weren't without food lastnight thanks to her rude unprofessional ways never will I ever use Grubhub again I'll stick to DoorDash or Uber eats
After we ordered we waited over an hour, called the store and they told us the order was never picked up so we had them remake the order and we had to pick it up our selves
My first ordering experience was extremely disappointing beyond words. Food wasn't delivered until 2 hrs and and it was cold and not edible. Customer service put me hold more than 15 mins and it is was incredibly ridiculous. Never ordering again! THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCE!

Driver stated they delivered my order but my order was never delivered. Called Customer Service and they said the driver called me HE NEVER CALLED! Customer Service is a JOKE! Don't waste your money order from their competitors they are much better
I canceled my membership got both orders canceled by grubhub, saying another driver took our food. Both drivers were sent by grubhub per the restaurant. We waited an hour for food then got the 2nd cancelation. My husband and i just didnt eat. Was so pissed called grubhub 2xs and was pretty much told oh well we gave you the money back. I deleted the grubhub app and im done. Im going to let all my friends know and im going to doordash going forward. Im done with yall and since i haven't eaten i have plenty of time to do reviews for gruhub.
Didn't get part of my order. It's early and they wouldn't send the driver back out to get it and they didn't even want to refund everything only what I didn't get.

I ordered food from their site, the restaurant didn't have what I ordered, they waited 30 minutes to call me to tell me they didn't have what I ordered. So they cancelled my order after 30 MINUTES ARE YOU KIDDING ME
Everytime time I order food something is missing never fails. I call up get connected with the Philippines call center that could careless about us and get told that all that can be done is given a refund and to bad. I have dealt with the repeatedly and I am done, I have received orders where the food was delivered and the drinks (iced tea) were in glass bottles and pick up the soggy glass filled bag because the driver who could also careless just dropped the order on my porch. Trying to deal with "customer service" is such a joke they tell you as the consumer what your going to do, take a refund and shut up its a joke. 24/7 is also a joke I ordered food 2 hrs before a restraunt closed and it kept getting delayed and delayed until it got canceled, I called the restraunt they said there was no driver, called grubhub and they said they couldnt get a driver so how can you offer 24/7 "service" if you don't have the "staff" to facilitate it. Don't waste your time with these companies order small that still have the young kid making a few bucks delivering food anytime I have an issue with them they make sure that everything is there and if it isn't they come back with it.

I ordered from a restaurant that was not extremely close to home. GrubHub picked up the order and it was here in 29 minutes from the time that I placed the order. I was very happy.
I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order. The restaurant had no idea that I placed an order so I had to wait for them to prepare it. While there I added something to my order because I had to wait anyway. The server charged me again for the order I already paid for through Eat24. Luckily I got my money back before I left but there seems to be VERY POOR communication between Eat24 and the restaurant. This comes at a COST TO THE CONSUMER.
Gubhub used to be great to order from and in the past they were always responsive to any concerns--NOT anymore.
Been trying for several days to get them to reverse fraudulent charges which were generated from their system. When I contacted them there were 4 fraudulent charges. Not only did they not correct those charges (and have not done so to date) but they allowed TWO additional charges from OTHER clients to be charged to my credit card. DO NOT let them store your credit card info (and you have to make sure you uncheck the store credit card info box) and DON'T use a credit card on their site either. Personally I am taking it a step further and not doing business with them again-EVER.
GrubHub you suck $#*!! And I would never recommend you. The fact that I have to write more speaks words to the shot job and customer service you provide.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did more than half of my order not get delivered, but I was forced to tip a driver that did not deserve 20% since he could not make sure he grabbed the full order.
Accidents happen so that alone is not the whole issue. Of course it was my children's food that was left out and when I asked to have them deliver the complete order they decline and are unable to contact the driver and tell him to complete his job. They can only refund you for the items and expect you to pay an extra delivery fee and an extra tip to another driver and still with no guarantee that you will get the service and foods promised.
My issue comes down to the fact that I'm sick, I'm puking and need to feed my kids. This is the first and last time I will use the service. They should have offered to wave the extra delivery fee and tip in order for me to reorder the food since the error is on their side and I shouldn't have to pay for 2 separate deliveries for a minimal amount of food.
They need to improve their system to ensure all food is delivered as promised and to not charge a customer for an extra delivery when the fault is on their driver. The driver only needs to go back and pick up the remaining order. I'll be leaving this review wherever I can.
It took 1.5 hours to get from our online order to the driver to order. We ordered pizza that was going to take 3 hours to receive. We cancelled the order. We'll never use GrubHub again.
