Whether I'm ordering lunch for the office or dinner for the family, Grubhub makes it easy to satisfy everyone's cravings. I appreciate the user-friendly app interface, as well as the real-time tracking of my order and estimated delivery time. Grubhub has become an essential part of my busy lifestyle

“Fees increase after delivery”

Check your receipts. Past month Grubhub has been increasing service fee after order delivered when charge posts to account. Food price, tax and tip stay same, but their service fee increases. For example when orders placed fee $4. Final charge then $4.80. How is this not illegal? Beware!

2 hours plus late and no food after receiving a managers word that it would arrive and we would get a refund.

I've been using Grubhub for close to a year and found it easy to use and convenient. During the past couple of months my orders were missing items and I found it was impossible to get the missing items delivered, the only option is a credit. I still used the service despite this inconvenience. At this time customer service would accommodate me and give me a $5 credit for the inconvenience, as of late they haven't. I've also found the customer service people to not be as friendly as they once were.

On my most recent order it was through a restaurant that actually does the delivery as well. This restaurant called to cancel my order 10 minutes after it was scheduled to be delivered and told me I had to call Grubhub to get a refund. I waited an hour and a half for my food and then find out it was canceled. I attempted to call Grubhub and was unsuccessful so I tried the chat and left a message. I never received a call back or an email so I called again the next day. I was told they would confirm with the restaurant that the order was canceled and they would then credit my account. After 4 days of hearing nothing back from them, I called customer service again. I was told the same thing. I refused to accept anything but a credit to my account and they denied me and told me I should dispute it with my credit card company. They never offered anyway of making things right other than issuing me a credit with Grubhub so I would have to spend it with them. I was never offered any compensation to make that experience better, not even $5.

I've disputed this charge with my credit card company and have chosen to move my business to Bite Squad. Grubhub needs to do something with their customer service as it's unacceptable!

Not a great service. Delivery off on a simple delivery, no way to contact to correct. Will not use again. Pretty awful experience all around.

We love the Couch Tomato Cafe. It's the best Cafe in Philly! We order from there at least once a week, and it's always great!

Terrible service. Food is never on time and always cold. And when you call to complain they dont care and dont do anything to help.

To many orders didn't make it... I waited for the food for hours, and for nothing. I'm still waiting for the refund two weeks later.

Driver never came close I had to pay grub hub then order the got to the store pay again pick it up and grub hub ignored my complaint.

Worthless. They have only driven up delivery prices, and offer no service but to stand between us and the business offering their service to us.

Their app defaults to an old address. Luis refused to even return the tip for delivering to the wrong address.
Use a more honest company.

I own a asian restaurant and I use Doordash and also UberEATS by far GrubHub is the worst. The customer service is terrible, restaurants if you are not paying attention to YOUR ORDERS at the end of the night you may not be getting paid for CANCELLED ORDERS. Grubhub will try to charge the restaurants unless you call GrubHub and ask what has happened and why did I not get paid for an order. Now Grubhub is now allowing the customer to call GrubHub via phone to place a pickup order. The customer pays GrubHub for this service and that time can decline to pay over the phone and pay directly to the restaurant once they arrive at the restaurant if they arrive to pick the food up. THE ONLY WAY THE RESTAURANT HAS NOTIFICATION THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FIRST TO PICK THE FOOD UP IS 1/8" LETTERS THAT SAYS "CASH " that it that's the only notification that we receive. That's Bs we received no notification that this service to the customer is even available. Grubhub will not talk to me about this matter and I have received no funds from these orders that the customers didn't pay for. Customer service nope a supervisor was suppose to get in contact with me again I have heard nothing not a email either but I did get my account closed. I'll keep my business with Doordash and UberEATS.

Half the time no drivers. The other half they're either late or pay no attention. Garage company. Go out of business.

They send you emails with perks that they say will apply at check out! Them after check out they mysteriously disappear and you are paid full price!

This group is OK group. They deliver cold food, not very friendly. They get mad

Be aware they will automatically sign you up for there monthly membership. And when you call to try to get reversed they will fight you on it.

They cancelled our order after charging us the full amount, said they would give us a discount on the next order and the promo code was bogus.

MUSLIM DRIVERS HARDLY EVER FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, WHICH IS TO BRING MY FOOD TO MY APT. DOOR. THAT MEANS I HAVE TO GO GET IT! I HAVE TO GO LOOKING FOR MY FOOD
AT BOTH THE SIDE AND FRONT DOORS.

Tim done with them 4 orders this week, tacos were wet and meal was cold, Chinese food cold, burger cold, tacos wilted and wet on one side, 4 orders and all were left on a shelf, cold and EXPENSIVE
