Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.
Food that never arrives, customer service that runs you in circles without ever addressing your problems, and the best they are willing to offer in compensation is an apology. If I could give zero stars you can bet that I would.
I have never been a victim of ID theft until using the services of Eat24 just a few times. For the past month, about $3000-5000 worth of fraudulent transactions has been charged to my account, with most transactions being with Eat24. Not sure how this is happening, but the pattern is there. I will be contacting the police department when the fraud unit opens tomorrow morning.
I didn't know they partnered with Doorstep Delivery... we stopped ordering from them because of long wait times (way over then their estimate) and they could never get our order right. First time ordering from GrubHub... we waited 2 hours and got the wrong order. On top of that, the driver had a Doorstep Delivery uniform on! Also their charge for delivering was $7 and Doorstep is cheaper. What the hell!
Sat here waiting on my kids food only for the driver to take it to someone else's home. I didn't mind the leave it at the door option, but they could of had a driver competent enough to make sure he was delivering it to the right house. Numbers are on homes for a reason. If it's not free I will NEVER order through them again. A refund and credit does not resolve the issue of my grandkids not getting their food.
Waited for 1 1/2 hour before calling the restaurant and they said the driver picked up the food a while ago. Then I called GrubHub 800# and they, after putting me on hold for a while, told me due to some inconvenience, the driver cannot deliver the food. What's worse?! They sent me an refund email saying "This refund is a courtesy from GrubHub. Driver delivered order but client never received it".
If there's a negative rating system, they certainly deserves it.
I used the service once and promised it would be my last time. Waited almost five hours for my dinner. Every time I called they told me they're on the way 15 minutes or less. Almost five hours later the food. Finally arrived. I was promised a discount which I never reviewed.
Please don't waste your time with grubhub.

They hire unqualified and uninsured drivers.
Their driver backed into our five ft rock planter and shattered it. She ran away and refused to stop. We immediately filed a police report. They refused to take responsibility. The police department tried to get information from them regarding the contact information of the driver, they refused to give it and refused to take responsibility. Shame on them! They have so many bad reviews I don't know how they stay in business.

Not doing this again. They make it seem like the delivery is free, then in small print next page you find out the delivery charge... customer service put me on hold for over min. Not happy with the service at all.
I ordered from Grubhub a delivery. Well the delivery driver couldn't find my location so I agreed to meet him somewhere. When I arrived I let him know I was there and he acknowledged my text. However he took off with my food to go who knows where. So I called customer service and it took them forever to get me a refund. While they did at least give me a refund Grubhub just wasted my time leaving me to figure something else out for dinner. Never using Grubhub ever again.
I'm happy your company and CEO never have and never will see one single dollar of my conservative money. I hope this business goes belly up because of their tyrannical views. It's fine to hold a political viewpoint but to inject it upon your employees are the things lawsuits are made of and I hope you see many in your short lived future. The website really needs reworking- it does not allow for full customization of the food. I ordered from Costa Vida in Utah and am intimately familiar with their menu; the options listed for customization were extremely limited especially considering allergies exist. This kept me from being able to order what I actually wanted and there were no areas for additional notes on the food provided.
The food I got was not what I ordered either and I felt robbed since they got me a smaller size than what I paid for. The customer service team was very kind though and even extended a full refund on my order.

Received an order with a dead bug in it. Their fault? No, of course not.
But when I called to complaint and get them to bring a new order, I was
Told the restaurant was closed (it didn't close for another 45
Minutes). And, when I demanded a refund, at first they only offered a

The food was late. I don't blame the driver or restraint. But poor operation planning on the apps part. I used another company after a bad ordeal, and I'll never go back.
The bad ordeal was this: I ordered food from Grubhub. 1 hr later I was notified the order had been cancelled. That the driver arrived and the restaurant informed the driver that would not not complete the order due to being busy. When does any restaurant deny an order? Then I was informed that I would be refunded in several days. So, not only did they bot fill the order but now had my money. If I had just enough to splurge on that order, i may have been left hungry and out the funds. I ordered from Uber Eats and had the exact opposite experience.
I'd honestly give Grubhub ZERO stars if it were an option. Placed an order on February 7. After 93 minutes and the reassignment of 3 drivers, GH cancelled my order. A full refund was promised "within 5 business days"... ask me if I've received a dime yet. The answer is NO. Furthermore, GH customer service is now claiming that the refund was "definitely issued" on Feb 7... my bank and I beg to differ. STAY AWAY.
After 3 cancelled orders due to a driver not showing up, another driver leaving without picking up our order and no one from GrubHub even called to let us know the order had never been picked up, I will never ever use this delivery service again! The worst delivery company in business! Don't even waste your time with this company, it is guaranteed your order will be screwed up or not even arrive at all.
Ordered dinner through these guys. Got my conformation email for the delivery and everything. After a two hour wait they emailed me again to inform me they would not be delivering my dinner tonight. It is not 8:20 PM and i still do not have my dinner and am having to look else where to eat probably 3 hours later. Extremely disappointing with this service and will not be recommending or using it ever again.
Always a doordash customer, my friend recommended grubhub so I decided I'd give it a try. Pre-ordered at night for lunch the next day, order got cancelled immediately after the supposed confirm time for the restaurant. You can't cancel order either, as you are required to call the restaurant directly. I am deleting grubhub as soon I get this delivery. Bunch of idiots.
So, I have used Grubhub in Tucson to get food for my son with excellent results. I have now used (or tried to use) Grubhub in Phoenix 3 times while here for business. 2 of those 3 times my order was cancelled. No reason was given, they just cancelled about 15 minutes after I ordered. It just happened again, so now I'm ordering pizza and I probably won't use Grubhub in Phoenix anymore.
I ordered a meal, Grub took my card, charged me in full. An hour later, they call me and say the order was cancelled by the restaurant, but not to worry. Grub Hub would refund my money, 3-4 weeks later. They didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to re-order somewhere else. Do not use this service, they are thieves and liars.
Bye bye Grubhub. 1.5 hour late delivery. Called restaurant and they said the food was ready one hour ago. Third time happens to me. No more. I wish I could add a photo to this post but my food has not arrived yet. Customer service only offered me a new update of the delivery time that's 40 minutes later than the original time.
I wish I could rate them in the negatives. I ordered food a week ago which never showed up and can not get EAT24.com to refund me my $30.08. They keep saying it may take 3-5 days which it already has. Poor customer service. I do not recommend ordering through the YELP website using EAT24.com, the worst customer service I have ever experienced
Ordered from them many times. Rarely did I get my order at all and if I did it usually was someone else's.
Customer service was rude, yelled at me and hung up.
If you do not get your order or get the wrong one, they'll only offer to refund you (after waiting for an hour for your food). They will not attempt to redeliver, no apology, basically nothing.
Obviously, at this time, there is nothing left open. Have to work all night in starvation mode. Found out that the order was cancelled only after I called to check where is the food, but I got a 5$ discount for the next order as a compensation. YAY.
They posted our menu on their website without our permission. I called them and asked to take it down. It's still there with the prices they came up with. This issue is creating lots of problems for us with our customers and we're going to seek legal action.
Whenever I order food from here some how a 14$ order will turn into a 30$ order. And I understand delivery is a convenience thing but almost 7$ for delivery fee plus taxes and tip... like it's crazy we are in the middle of a pandemic and I understand these people need money as well but why not lower the prices... its crazy that I cant leave my house so as punishment that means I'm paying out my butt just so that I can eat.
