Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.
Ordered dinner thru Grubhub.
Aside from the delivery arriving an hour late with no alert nor courtesy phone call from the restaurant manager, not only was the delivery plastic bag swimming in sauce from the order, as they failed to wrap each container in plastic, the food was, at best, mediocre. Grubhub asked for specifics. Asked for the Caesar salad dressing to be on the side... it arrived swimming in dressing - completely inedible. And Carbonara without garlic... really?... had to season it myself. And I was one of seven deliveries according to the delivery man so by the time the delivery arrived, the pasta was beyond congealed. I won't be ordering from there again nor would I bother to try dining there either.
Terrible experience. Forces you to call or chat to cancel an order. Delays upon delays. They will cancel orders without giving you notice or a reason, then keep your money for a week. These guys suck…bad.
This is the worst food delivery service. Not sure if the company hires people or it just sends orders but both times I have used it the food has taken longer that 90 min to arrive. Once they even had the wrong address. NEVER AGAIN!
The driver delivered food to the wrong house. I called to have him re route. He said it's not his job. He is doing me a favor for being food to me. That's his job, right. Anyone doesn't want to deliver and cannot read the correct address. Should not be doing delivering. Deliver to wrap ng address and have a bad attitude. Phone order
I ordered food from grub hub at 6, app said it was on its way from 30 minutes then received a message that it was already delivered, it was not, called customer service they said the restaurant was closed. However, KFC closes at 10 not 6 over were we live. Did not appreciate being on hold 3 different times.
GrubHub came 2 hours late with my meal, that they didn't even get right and trashed on the way to my house. I thought they would be a little sincere considering how late they were, but instead the delivery woman was rude and inconsiderate. I will never use GrubHub again and avoid the inconvenience by getting my meal myself.
I can no longer support a company that doesn't care about democracy and the electorate. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work for a CEO who doesn't follow his own advice. He says he is accepting but he his actions condemn him. All should be accepted and respected, even half of America that voted for DT.
Never EVER will I use this company again. I patiently waited 30 minutes beyond our "estimated delivery" time before contacting support. I was told there was a processing error and they could push through my error but it would be another HOUR! Needless to say I cancelled my order.
We have ordered from Grubhub twice now. Both times we were missing items. Recently, we ordered 2 Sandwiches and 2 bags of chips. We only received 1 sandwich. When I let them know, they sent me an email saying they would give us a refund. I didn't want a refund. I wanted them to bring us the rest of our food! That was not an option. To add insult to injury, we never received the refund!
Very disappointed with the customer support system! They told me that it was the restaurant's responsibility to make sure that the driver does not deliver the wrong food/mix up orders when all they could do is give the food to the driver (the restaurant even stapled the order items onto the bag). Grubhub should be the one who makes sure that stuff like this doesn't happen and they refused to give the restaurant a refund although it was not their fault
Restaurant directly, I got a really nasty guy who said that he called me when he did not. I went online to try to get grubhub involved and they were completely useless. The food arrived late and cold and grubhub was not concerned at all.
I ordered a 13'' sub on grubhub and instead got an 8'' sub while i was charged for the full amount. I didn't care to call them back and complaint because that would've taken another hour. So i simply chose not to use grubhub again.
Grubhub has failed to deliver my order on more than one occasion. When they do deliver, the order always takes longer than predicted to get here and it is cold. Avoid Grubhub for your own peace of mind.

This app/company is a joke. Had order with them 2 times and both I had problems. First one they delivered my food after 45 minutes of the first time it was given (they kept updated for later and later), and the second time, I scheduled a pick up for 2 hours later, and when I got to the restaurant, they had just received my order. GrubHub says "sometimes we have glitches online". Sometimes? I won't order anymore and suggest everyone to use a different food app.
We ordered at 8:00 pm and it is now 9:54 pm and no food yet. We just called the restaurant and according to them, they received the order but didn't 'confirm' it. Who really knows what went wrong. The moral to this story is don't use GrubHub. I didn't like the way the restaurant handled it either. I would give this app zero stars if that were an option because right now I have zero food.
They forgot so many things with out order. When we called to complain, they said we have to go get it ourselves. We order delivery for a reason. Horrible service. I recommend Postmates over this crap any day!
The CEO is an aspiring member of the corrupt class who, having the rug pulled out from under his aspirations to rule the world through bribery and chicanery, lashes out at his own employees. I pity the employees, but only have contempt for its ownership.
The driver sent a pic of the delivery clearly showing a pizza box being carried at an angle causing all of the topping to slide to the side of the box and being stuck there. This pizza is inedible. I tried contacting the driver to ask how to get a refund and he responded defensively saying it was my fault. First and last time I ever use grubhub.

Honestly the worst of the food delivery apps. Took money out of my account without even giving an option for payment. Would have liked to use a gift card but instead took money from my account with permission. Talked to customer service and told me there was nothing they could do and the order was already completed. Awful! Also - my food was delivered and the app didn't even notify me. Cold food!
They take your money they dont deliver the food and they wait over an hour or more to cancel. Then they lie and say the restaurant was closed when obviously that is completely false. I have 3 refunds that I havent received yet. They are incompetent, liars. Beware!
One driver was literally doing a drug deal during my delivery and the drivers are ALWAYS late. Never sympathetic and are very rude. I've ordered from GrubHub very frequently and have only have 1 driver that was up to standards and went by GrubHub policy. I've asked to cancel my account and membership many times and they keep throwing coupons at me, they even offered my membership for free which I accepted but service was worse rather than better. By far the worst food delivery company I've experienced besides Doordash. Hopefully UberEats will be better!
Awful experience, the first and last time I'm using them! The food got market as delivered, but never received anything. Called support and after being on hold for a while, they told the driver can't make it and they will refund my money for the inconvenience. The support guy said that he would send me an email with the confirmation. I've never got the confirmation email, or my money back!
Was having friends over for dinner before a concert. Placed my order, and my driver, Maria texted and said she left the food with my door man. Total lie. She took the food and ran, and would not answer her phone. I think their delivery personnel are felons.

For the one or two times I used it they kept my information open an anytime the address orders or anyone has my card from there office I get a bank charge. Im disabled an on a budget this is a nite mare gonna have involve bank lawyers
I ordered two meals from Old Chicago. Almost immediately I was told that my meal was not available so my total was adjusted. I immediately replied to the email where it says to reply above this line, and told them to cancel the order. I emailed three more times in an honest attempt to cancel the order. I was ignored and one meal showed up. I would NEVER use Grub Hub again. Terrible service and they stole my money by ignoring my responses. I hope they enjoyed their $30 as they will NEVER get another dime from me!
