Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.
Came to pick up my grub hub order and it had been grabbed by another grub hub driver. The restaurant said they have had this issue on multiple occasions and grub hub keeps telling them it's not their fault. Horrible accountability.
We ordered over $100 worth of food, we did the no contact delivery where they're supposed to text you after leaving your food (they never did), they never rang the doorbell, and they left us with someone else's delivery order from a totally different restaurant! Just keep in mind that once you pay, if something goes wrong, you won't get your refund right away, you'll get it in 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank. Luckily, I was prepared for that and we were able to reorder our food and just go pick it up ourselves. But what really pisses me off is they said my refund would include what I paid for tip, Idk how that is because before I tipped, my total was $104 and some change but it has you pick what you want to tip after it shows you that total and they said my refund would be $105. I picked 20% tip so do the math- 20% of $104 does not equal $105. That crappy driver definitely got away with a $20 tip and no consequences probably. Never using Grubhub again.
Over 3 hours of waiting after placing order online! No communication! When I contacted them they offered me a $5 coupon. No thanks - I can get those plus more online at any given time. I just won't order from them again.
Tried this again. Waited 1 hour and all of the main dishes were missing. Chatted with CS and the guy only wanted to refund part of the order, yet charge me over $30 for receive 2 sides salads I did not order, a scoop of rice and an side of fries. Tells me things are out of his control. Why force a chargeback when you have completely failed to execute any of the basics - like diever the food ordered.
My co workers ordered food and spent alot of money doing so. The food never came and when GrubHub was contacted, they said no refund (would not give a reason) but did offer a discount! This service is a scam, DONT USE. They are thieves. They need to be investigated.
Had a big order and placed it for delivery and never got the food. Ended up picking up the now cold food my self. Don't bother complaining there customer service sucks you get a guy in India! I'll never use again
Very bad service. Ordered food several times, it ever arrived on time, almost always an hour late and few times mixed up orders. If you are hungry and you want food, don't order from them. Never ordering through them ever again
I ordered food off this app from a restaurant. Two burgers. They both came and looked like someone stuck a finger through the burger. Order got refunded. An hour later my other brother was hungry and my dad so i gave this app the benefit of the doubt and ordered them a burger each, and two lava cakes. The driver had us waiting 20 minutes on the front before we found him wandering around the hotel. The food was cold. There was only one cake. When i complained about the cake they tell me the driver hasnt got it like im lying or something? AVOID using this app. Go get the food yourself fresh and hot.
I have used Eat 24 about six times. Every time there has been an issue. They never have reps.available through.the "Contact Us" button

I called because I got an email receipt from Grubhub that showed how my debit card was stolen and used to order delivery to some random address by some hackers. The customer service representative just kept telling me that he couldn't do anything about it and hung up on me.
Order for 5 people. Got confirmation email telling me time. When time came and went no food. Contacted restaurant. They never got order. Checked email and tracked order. Said it was being prepared. How can they prepare order they never got, All the emails were from GrubHub, Needless to say cancelled order. Contacted Customer Service, Said 3-5 days for refund. Argued that wasn't right, They kept saying I understand and reading the same thing over and over. It's funny there is no where to be found contact info that is not in foreign country with someone who isn't hard to understand, Will never use them again.
Placed an order at 11:11 with a guaranteed deliver before midnight. Order kept getting delayed for whatever reason. Got a confirmation that my order was on it's way at 1205, received text from driver at 1210 that he was on his way. At 1245 order still not here, called an cancelled the order because it never arrived. At 1258 driver messaged and said he was 5 minutes away. Seriously, after 2 $#*!ing hours keep the damn cold $#*! food. I will never order from grubhub again. Horrible customer service, what the hell takes 2 fricken hours I could've went out to eat and been back in bed in half the time it took for them just to try amd fail at getting me my food. They suck, do not order from them.
I will never use grubhub. Driver took 20 mins to deliver meals and restaurant is only 5 mules away. It was short one kids meal. Restaurant said manager and bar manager confirmed all my food was in the bag for delivery but meal was missing upon delivery. Driver would not go back aND deliver us missing kids meal. I had to go get it myself. Very upset and won't ever use service again
I ordered food with an expected delivery time of 45-60 minutes. At the 1 hour 15 min mark I tried to contact eat24 to check on the status of my order. The reply I got was "we apologize for the inconvenience" and "we will refund your order". WTF? Was my food not coming?! Turns out the restaurant had closed 4 hours earlier but no one ever contacted me to let me know the order had not gone through. Very frustrating to wait that long and not get anything. Not to mention how long it took to speak to an actual person when I tried to call. They've officially lost me as a customer.
grubhub.com Worst service ever. The driver forgot part of the order. The restaurant called me to tell him to return. He said he couldn't because he had to go to another call.
Grubhub doesn't post a phone number. I found one on search and they've got me on a hold over ten minutes. I'm going to have to drive to the restaurant myself.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Try "restaurant connection" instead, ir any of their other competitors. They take your money and leave you stranded.
I'm stuck at home, like most people using this service and honestly i couldn't be more disappointed. Food was supposed to arrive within 55 minutes, then it got pushed by back 25 minutes until finally it got pushed back by half an hour. Contacted customer service they told me my food was going to be even later than what was posted on the site. I'm still waiting for it. I am never using Grubhub again, stay away, and steer clear so that companies that do business like this can go out of business.
Worst experience ordering food-- VERY POOR communications. Placed an order for food several days ago to be delivered today at 6pm. Get one text message stating there is a delay, after 45 minutes no update. So, I chatted up the support agent. After some time, we find out that the restaurant is closed. The driver finally text me at 7:35pm stating the restaurant is closed. This is over 1.5 hours later! This is the most ridiculous service I have ever tried using. Needless to say, will not be using their service nor recommending to anyone.
We ordered dinner from grub hub. We made it clear we lived on a corner with a fire hydrant in our yard. The driver took our food ti a house on a completely different street. We had waited an hour for our food and Jennifer our driver said" I took it to the wrong house and they took your food. Sorry". We ask her if that house was on a corner with a fire hydrant she said " It was too dark to tell." And customer service didn't care either. They said they would refund our money and a 20% discount on our next order. But here we were now having to cook dinner. I'll never use them again. 0 stars!
My order was supposedly delivered. However I never received anything. I'm happy I ate a large breakfast this morning since I'll be going the rest of the day without lunch.

I was a user of grubhub for my local pho, but I can't in good conscience any longer patronize a company that treats its employees the way the grubhub CEO has treated theirs.
You don't tell employees they aren't welcome in your company simply because of how they voted or beliefs they hold, when they've harmed no one. This is America, not Orwell. Shame.
You would think with the amount of service fees and delivery fees they'd hire some half decent people...
Yet for some reason I still use this useless app. I ordered food the driver takes forever the. Simply just sends a txt saying they left it on the front door. I have a ring doorbell no one even step foot on my porch...

Waited 3 hours and contacted them twice. The customer care people weren't helpful and refunded my money. However, my kids are super late because we were trust GrubHub to deliver. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
I placed an order from GrubHub and chose a restaurant that is about 10 minutes away from my house. When my driver was on her way she texted me and let me know. When she left the food at my door, she also made sure to text and tell me that it is not a good idea to order from a restaurant so far away from my house. I have had a couple issues when using this company in the past but as a nurse and obeying to the stay at home order in Florida, I was excited to have food delivered. I reached out to GrubHub customer care and they did not seem to care at all how their drivers are treating their customers. I canceled the membership that I just signed up for today and will never order again from this company. Their are plenty other food delivery services who actually value their customers.
Stay far away from this service thousands have had there cc actts hacked. And god help you if you use your debit card. Grub Hub is a hotbed for credit card theft and the company is well aware of it and could care less. Some people have lost thousands. Do a quick online search. I only used it to order once and six months later I'm paying for some kfc 1500 miles away. The aggravation of cancelling cards and getting replacements is a big head ache.
Use any other service. I know so many people who feel scammed by this company. Any promotion this company does is just a ploy to get your money without them providing the basic service you would expect in a customer-respecting fashion. Avoid at all costs.
