“Customer help would not admit or acknowledge mistake”

Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.

Its been waiting 2 hours since Ive placed my order and Im still waiting for my
Food to be delivered (from 15 mins away). Im confused? I could have walked there, got food and eaten it in a faster time. This is my first experience with grubhub and I am NOT HAPPY.

I am working from home so I placed my first online order for catfish meal for lunch early this morning. My instructions were to ring doorbell and leave food. The driver,
Laura sent a text but there was no food at my front door. I called her she insisted she left it at it on porch in the cul du sac. Told her I don't live in a cul du sac it's the street before mine. She said she wasn't coming back and for me to go retrieve it. How rude talked to LaShunda at corporate office who refunded 100 % of my money which I saw back in my account. I will never use grub hub again.

Ordered through Grubhub once and the emails started. Ug! Went to remove from mailing list and they claim they are having trouble so I can't be removed. BUT WAIT it gets better.
Went to download a Karate event to my calendar and the grubhub menu pops up blocking the action? BUT WAIT I called customer service and was told I have to wait for the next email!###
Don't use them especially if you are a busy person this company will cause you problems.

I ordered a mean, I was forced to add a tip on the app only for me not to received my food for lunch as they stole my money. It is a shameful act and I can never use them again. Total fraud absolute FRAUD

I ordered and paid more than $40 only for them to forget my entire dinner. Customer service only offered to refund the cost of the dinner, they would not go back to the restaurant to correct it. The GrubHub manager refused to even to speak to us. Stay away!

I'm absolutely disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered pizza, which was prepared and ready to be picked up at the restaurant at 7:33 pm and was not picked up until 9:36pm. I refused to accept old pizza that has been sitting on a counter for TWO HOURS at full price ($44). After calling customer service and being on hold for over 14 minutes I was rewarded $4 back and $5credit to use on future order. Well, grub hub, there will be no next order. Keep you $5 credit.

Driver forgot my drink and blamed the restaurant; she told me to go back online with grubhub to deal with it. But she still got to keep her 20% tip. Grubhub also tacked on an additional fee that was not made aware to me at the time of my selection and purchase. It took them 6 days to respond to my inquiry only to blame the restaurant. I'll stick with UberEats.

Such a waste! Ordered my food at 3:45 and decided to call the restaurant for added sauce, was told my order was ready then! (3:55) Grub Hub gave me a delivery time of 4:45-4:55, So basically My food is sitting there congealing... THEN I get a text from Grub Hub... my order is delayed and won't get here until 5:15-5:30!
Don't waste your time and money folks... go pick up your order! Sheesh

This was the worst experience i've had with grub hub so far. Not only did I explain to the customer service representative. That answered my call the first time that the address in my order was incorrect. She assured me that they fixed it before the order left the restaurant. The driver refused to bring it to the new address. So I drove to pick it up. Which defeats the purpose of grub hub. After paying $40 and having to pick up my order. I get home and the food is unedible. I contact grubhub And the customer service rep refuses to refund me for the delivery fee and the food. She insults me by giving me a five dollar promotion to go towards my account. I will never order through grub hub again.

No one wants to take responsibility when an item is missing; neither the driver or the restaurant. Driver lied and said missing item was in the bag. It was not. Called restaurant and they would not reimburse me for missing item. Told me to call grub hub. What a joke. It was simple for the cost to be taken out of my bank account, but no one wants to refund me for an item I did not receive. POOR SERVICE! Who will get the money that I paid for my missing item?

App was great but it stops there. Out of 10 orders, 1 was right and on time, 2 were over 2 hours late, and 7 were completely wrong.
By wrong I don't mean they gave me pickles when I ordered no pickles, but I got nothing I ordered and maybe everything I didn't. Order a salad and maybe get a pizza, or order sushi and maybe get a steak.
Customer care is a joke because there is no care for the customer. You call or "chat" about the screw up and you can only get $10 promo code, regardless what you spent because the restaurant refuses to acknowledge or refund the order. You spend 20 minutes on hold to get to someone to spend another 30 minutes on hold again to get screwed and disconnected without an explanation. So then you've wasted your time and money, twice, just so you can eat since you'll have to either cook or go out to get your food yourself, which defeats the purpose of the app.
Great app and concept but the company and customer care is the worst.

This isn't their first time completely screwing up a promotional event and most definitely won't probably be their last. I think the drivers are fine AT TIMES. But their site and support is a huge yikes.

Ordered last night and after 1 1/2 hours the order gets canceled. Call to complain and they give us a $25 promo code. Order again tonight and 1 1/2 hours later they canceled it again. Call them. First they say the restaurant is not answering the phone. Well why when I call do they answer right away? They said the food is there and hasn't been picked up. So then GH says the restaurant has their own driver. Well why would they be waiting for someone to pick it up? GH is a bunch of liars. Do not use this company.

I have ordered from them three times now. First time- the restaurant didnt get the order and the last order half my order wasnt delivered. They forgot items out of my meals. The price is to high for this lousy service.

This place needs to be shut down. Drivers take your food staples ripped out from bag and me and my family have to suffer. 99 degrees outside no electricity for going on 2days now. And they can't resend my order refund my card 4to 5 days because of there mistake and customer has to suffer. Well this is fraud never again I spend thousands of dollars per year with them and this is how a great customer is treated?

Our orders have never been right - we always have at least one special request, but they seem relatively simple (dressing on the side, no beans, etc) and they are never paid attention to.

The last two times we've ordered, before beginning, we were given as estimate of 45 mins, and I had to contact THEM at the two-hour mark to find out what's going on (no attempt is made to reach out to us to let us know food will be late. Instead, the ETAs stop updating). Both times, our driver was JUST getting to the restaurant, meaning our food had been sitting and waiting: at the 2.5-3 hour mark, food arrived cold/stale.

When I asked why this happens, the Grub Hub rep said that delivery gets busy and the drivers "get slammed." There HAS to be some way for them to tell that drivers are not available and that I'll be waiting 2.5+ hours for our food. Instead, we end up spending money we wish we hadn't.

I won't be ordering through them again.

They have a pick option I didn't know about why would i go through them for a pick up they are a delivery service when I realized I called up to change to delivery and they told me to go $#*! off basically not there problem. So they took money for nothing the thieves they suck use any other delivery app but these $#*! heads

I have used this service several times and yes, there have been a couple of occasions where I was not completely satisfied but upon contacting the hub grub directly they where on it immediately and there was a resolution.

This company should be filing for bankruptcy soon... with a CEO that communicates with his employees with the intelligence level of a 2-year old, it's amazing this business has lasted this long anyway...

I received two gift cards from grubhub, when i went to use them they would not work. When I contacted gift card support, it took over a week for a reply and they said they expired which was never noted anywhere. They will not reissue the credit. I literally went to use these cards a month after receiving them.

I have used this service twice. Neither time has the food arrived on time. It has been a minimum of an hour late and has destroyed the food being delivered. After this experience, I will stick with Door Dash.

I ordered Krystals to be delivered by GrubHub to my work location. The total of the order was over $85. The initial delivery time was delayed by 30 minutes during which time I had to attend a meeting. GrubHub could not find the location (although a search in Google Maps places a pin squarely on the location), and I was not available to direct the driver. Had the order been delivered on time, I would have been able to take the call/text. The food was not delivered (and not returned to the restaurant - I checked), and GrubHub 'customer service' refused my request for a refund. This is the third time I've tried using GrubHub, and each time has been an epic fail. At this rate (and at these ratings), I don't predict they'll be in business much longer.

If I could give no star I would! I don't even write reviews! Door dah is the way to go with these types of services! I have never once gotten my order from Grubhub not once! I'm done and I'm over it and I'm sorry but this app sux and it's not worth it! Please please take my advice on this app!

If I could give the 0 stars I would. They allowed me to place an order for a restaurant that was CLOSED. Not only did they say they say that I have to wait to get my money back, they also made it seem as though it was my fault that they were closed. Please save your time, energy, and money. They are also always late.

This is the second time grubhub just did not deliver our food. I received alerts both times that the restaurant received my order and my order was being delivered. I called restaurant and they even received the order from grubhub and stating grubhub is having a lot of issues with their system (like this is not the first time they've lost an order). Never ordering from grubhub again!
