“Customer help would not admit or acknowledge mistake”

Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.

Bad customer service, PLEASE work on that. We orders pizza and chili dogs. My son said the pizza was good, he loved the thin crust and the squared shape slices. The buns for the chilli dogs were to dense for me.

I have ordered a lot from grub hub. Unfortunately most of the time the food is well under food safety guidelines. Last order arrived with internal temperature of 85 degrees…
Drivers rarely have food in a hot bag.
I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't be cause the food was only cold.
I got food poisoning from it.

After asking for their legal team (they wouldn't give me that information), telling them I got sick. I was refunded my total cost.
I have canceled my grub hub membership, deleted their app.

I wish there was a lower star. If you are looking to wait for hours, be infuriated and then told sorry but not sorry then this is your delivery service. They canceled on my 7 times out of 10 after waiting for hours. Terrible customer service. Terrible business overall. Yelp needs to remove this as a preferred vender.

How are you treating others after your candidate lost the whitehouse? Any time an employer places in and e-mail a request for certain of their employees to turn in a resignation letter, whether you intended or not, that is a threat. You aren't a real leader, you are a wealthy-adult throwing a temper tantrum because you didn't get your way, and you are used to getting your way. Instead of setting a "leaders" positive example for change, you lash out at a group of people, entrusted in your care, so that you may vent your strong emotions about the outcome of the election.

Burger was great. I ordered at the bar and got my food fast considering they make it fresh. So this isn't an ordinary burger. So not sure why a lot of pansies on here are complaining on prices. This isn't a happy meal. And delivery is pricy everywhere. Stores trying to survive a a historic virus. These people need to get off their rear ends and go get the burger if they're are going to $#*!. Spoiled brats. You won't die if you go get the burger bro. Anyways come to the Resteraunt. It's nice inside and people are pleasant. And we should support our service industry. And stop being a keyboard warrior. Be a grownup and if you have an issue, that's what managers are for.

I've ordered from Grubb 3 times now and not 1 order has been 100% correct. I've left positive reviews on past 2 due to minor issues but tonight, I'm done with Grubhub ordering., drivers were good but the sources are the issue.

Ordered China buffet tonight. I ordered beef fried rice and got beef chowmein. Also ordered 2 orders of sesame chicken and fried rice, received 1 fried rice.
Ordered 4 egg rolls and 6 teriyaki pork on skewers. They came but they need to change the frying oil. Tasted nasty and threw out. Wasted 56.00 on this meal.

Driver was good and on time but China buffet sucks!

I was going to place an order for 3 items at PF Changs--and the total with all fees was $81. I went direct with PF Changs and the same order was $53. That's a $28 up charge for delivery. The food was marked up in additional to all the fees. Bad value for the money. Get in your vehicle and make the drive and pick it up yourself.

I ordered a burger and fries from a restaurant 10 min away from my house. At this time wait was 30 min. Updated to 1 hour. At 1 hr 15 min I called the restaurant who said food was ready at original time. Then updated to 1 1/2 hrs. I went on online chat with grubhub. They offered me 25% off next order. During this time the restaurant called me to say they wouldn't send food that old and made fresh. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered Taco Bell. My GrubHub driver informed me they were waiting
For my order. I was then notified my driver was on the way. They delivered it to my door (in the rain I am handicapped) and she was so pleasant. Great experience for 1 St time use! Thank you so much to my Driver!

I ordered from a restaurant that was listed on available restaurants for my location. Only to be told after ordering and PAYING for the meal that the restaurant said my location was outside of the delivery area. I spoke with their customer service and she said that this does happen that they will allow you to pay for a meal and complete an order to only have it outright cancelled after the money has been taken. They dont even offer you a credit to order somewhere else right away. The only option is to order again somewhere else and PAY again or not order anything at all and wait for the money to be back in your account in 3-5 days. Just ridiculous.

I ordered $53 order from Cupcakes & More and Nyima the driver delivered a box (can you guess - they were supposed to be cupcakes). The cupcakes were turned over, frosting near melted; a large glob of cake and mixed frosting... Happy Birthday indeed. The Bakery "well we put a liner/rack in the box, it's not our fault." The driver: "I put them in a cooler box, I have a clean heart." Well maybe turning a cupcake box on end to put it in a cooler was not the best move regardless of your heart. Bakery and driver with no apology - neither one bothered with an "I am so sorry." no, " let us make it right" -- a blame game. How nice they are both paid, grubhub gets the delivery fee and the damn driver gets a tip for poor service! I will never use either service again. Had some big birthdays and anniversaries coming up, I order for local businesses all the time - not going to be from Cupcakes and More.

Ordered taco bell. Was charged for the order then was told they arent taking orders. That was a lie as i called taco bell. I have to wait 5 days to get my money back. If i even get it back... why charge my card then call me 2 min later to say order not coming? And make me wait for refund. Terrible service NEVER AGAIN!

Long story short:
We ordered and after 2 hours, didn't receive a call; we called Sarpinos, they kept us on hold for 20 min, and then claimed they didn't reveive our order. Don't order here, I promise you it's not worth your time.

I have tried grubhub in San Francisco, LA and now Seattle. All were horrible experiences and I don't know why I keep giving them a chance. They charged me for a sushi pick up and when I got there the restaurant hadn't been open for months. Now I tracked my driver for over 30 min driving away from my place and the restaurant. When I called the restaurant I was told he picked up my order 20 minutes ago and they are 5 minutes from me. I ended up picking up my own food and they did finally order but I'm not eating cold meat and fries. I'm deleting the app so I'm never tempted again.

The app and its website have a lot of bugs. I was trying to apply a promo code and the app pushed my order through without any review and my approval. Contacted their customer service right after it happened and they wouldn't do cancel the order and give me a refund. My first time using Grubhub and never again. Seriously, just stick with Doordash, Ubereats, or any other competitors. These guys suck.

The food took an hour and a half to get delivered since I placed the order.The ETAs' kept being moved back. By the time the food finally arrived, All the rest of the guests had already eaten and were heading back home. Everyone was very shocked at the poor service! I've tried to remain patient with the delivery service, Even after the last time I ordered from them, A few days prior, Yet I never recieved my cream soda that I payed for either. Unfortunately this has been by far the worst service I've ever experienced. Needless to say, I will never order from this restaurant or use Grubhub again. A word of advice too, If you are hungry and plan to have dinner, Look elsewhere Otherwise you may as well plan on not getting to eat until breakfast the following day.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. Their service is absolutely terrible. You'll wait hours for your order.

I cannot stand that Order-Up is now owned by GrubHub. The service is beyond terrible, wait times are ridiculous, food tracking is non-existent and worst yet is no one you talk to cares. I cannot wait for another startup to come around and replace this joke of company. So sad because I loved OrderUp, guess I will just be using UberEats until that day.

Grubhub stole my credit card information when I placed an order with them in Fort Lauderdale. They denied it although the card was only used for that one transaction in six months. The restaurant never had the info nor the driver. It was the administrator of the site. They still denied it. NEVER AGAIN!

Iv used grunhub a lot unfortunately because after work I don't feel like cooking and will order on my commute home. All the restaurants I love and eat at, I order food thru grubhub and it is disgusting. I order from whatever restaurant I love, get a text msg saying they are making my order now, then an hour later grubhub sends me text sayin food is on the way expect it within an hour. I get the food and is totally destroyed (like they shake the boxes the food are in as much as possible so it's a mangled mess), extremely cold and bad, anything with bread is all soggy and too gross to eat, and their delivery people are awful. There is this one young black chick that I guess hates all whites or her job, but what she says and acts I can tell. There is two older white guys I want to punch in the face every time I see them. Don't order anything thru grub hub unless you want to spend way too much money on $#*! food and service

The CEO of this disgusting company (Matt Maloney) thinks it's ok to bully certain employees into resigning based on their political beliefs. He unethically and arrogantly asked conservative employees to resign via email if they disagreed with his political opinions. Hopefully the complaints to the EEOC are already underway by current employees. Based on such pathetic and infantile behavior, the ONLY resignation this company should see is Matt Maloney's. Stay far away from this train wreck operation and dump all stock like I did before the wave of boycotters fully impact the price. They're down 4.8% already and headed for the bottom folks. Good riddance to GrubHub!

You pay delivery fees, extra fees and tip even if they screw up. Which they do. Both times I ordered from them. They gave me a wait time of 50 min max, the first time and took 1hr and 50min to deliver our food. Never ever again!

I placed an order for pizza to be delivered to my daughters birthday party. I received email confirmation of delivery. When I called the restaurant to confirm they did not have the order and told me the order would not be prepared in time. I had to re order and the driver was 45min. Late we had to go to a different restaurant to get pizza before the kids left the party. I received an email from grubhub stating it was their fault they did not send the order tot he restaurant and offered me a $10 gift card. I had over $100 in pizza ordered they admitted to screwing up - no apology only a $10 gift card for my inconvenience. Not worth the stress and hassle - call the restaurant directly much easier. Grubhub - great idea HORRIBLE business and even worst customer service.

Do not use this service. Delivery person said they delivered the food to our door and they did not. We had to cancel and have the restaurant remake it and we had to go pick it up. Grub hub didn't even care. Horrible terrible horrific bad delivery service. Avoid like the plague.

If there's a problem with your order, good luck finding anyone to help. The driver and restaurant weren't any help whatsoever. Eventually I was able to find someone to chat with and they canceled the order. They said a refund would take 3-5 business days. You took the money out right away but 3-5 business days for a debit card refund. This is corporate America at it's finest. I'll stick with DoorDash but am hesitant to use any of them with business models set for teenagers. I'd like someone to at least talk to when things go south with the restaurant or driver.

They burned me for $27. They said they delivered and never did, I ordered an hour before lunch and when I went to go eat the food had not been delivered. When I called they said it was delivered, then changed there story that the driver only attempted to deliver.
