“Customer help would not admit or acknowledge mistake”

Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.

I had fraud on my account online - someone ordered food under my account using my credit card. I called Grubhub and was told they would open an investigation, and I should hear back within 48 hours. Nothing happened, so I called a couple days later and was told again I should hear back any day now. Then I called a third time a couple days later and was told an investigation was never opened, and the agent I spoke with actually filed an investigation for me and gave me a ticket #. All I wanted was a refund. So I waited two more days and called again and spoke to a supervisor who said I should hear back any day now, and they could see my file was being worked on. I have no faith in this company and will never use their services again.

I order a simple burger and chili from Sammy's Red Hot which I have ordered from many times before. Tonight 1/2 hour after the order was confirmed they send me and email that the order was cancelled. I didn't cancel it. I have money to cover it. I got on their chat. Soon as I asked why my order was cancelled they drop the chat. I will not do business with such a stupid website again. I will use grubhub.

I run a restaurant in Provo UT, and they have ripped me off for 5 orders, totaling over $140!
Never accept a Grubhub order. (But, that is the most devious thing about them, is they place the order as if they are the customer, and then come in with a Grubhub credit card that has never worked at my restaurant (I assume because I have never signed an agreement with them)! Never accept a Grubhub order!

GrubHub never responds to emails- what a $#*!ty company, online many people who are trying to be drivers for GrubHub never get their emails answered, not once! And there's so many people who order food from GrubHub who never get their food but yet their credit cards are charged. So I wonder how they get their money back? I bet they don't? This is the worst company I have ever heard of for drivers. Do not drive for them, don't waste your time filling out an application for GrubHub and especially do not order Order any food from GrubHub

I have contacted grubhub multiple times to have my account and information deleted. They went the motions, stating that your account will be deleted in 48 hours. My account is still not deleted and it has been two weeks. They believe they are using my account to show more active accounts than they have... they have no ethics!

Well to start the website kept automatically changing my address but I just let it go and was going to write the actual address in the delivery options, but I was speaking to a friend about it and she told me that the only time she ordered from GrubHub they delivered her food to another house. After reading the reviews I decided it was in my best interest to just cancel my order.

Ordered from Grub Hub website stated 40 minutes to deliver. An hour and a half later food arrived and it was completely the wrong order. Called driver said there was nothing they could do. Called customer service they stated ok we will give you a refund_ ok thanks for nothing- still have a hungry family and no food said they couldn't redeliver correct order.It's only 8 pm -so ridiculous!

I placed an order on Grub Hub. They confirmed it and even sent me a text that the driver had picked it up from the restaurant. When it didn't show up I called the restaurant and they had no orders from Grub Hub. Calls and chats to their customer service line went unanswered. They are a rip off.

Generally speaking, they do nothing when the restaurants that you order from do not deliver food on time. If you pressure them for a refund, they give something back, but they continue to advertise the restaurants that suck.

Literally the worst company and customer service I have ever been in contact with. They FORGOT part of my order, then did NOTHING to fix it.

I was in contact with them for over an hour via chat and on the phone, and they did nothing. DO NOT EVER use this company. I will be calling corporate offices. I have been a customer for awhile from them and have given them lots of business, and they just lost a customer tonight.

Customer service is ridiculous, drivers forget food, and they do nothing to fix it. I have never been treated so poorly by an company. When I customer calls and complains, you fix it or you lose a customer.

Well they just lost a customer, and I will be letting everyone I know about this and to use literally any other food delivery service. Ridiculous company and customer service is a complete joke!

I decided to give grub hub a try after using DoorDash and Uber eats and I've got to say NEVER will I ever use them Again! I placed a order at 6:50pm waited till 8:40pm before calling to cancel. Called the restaurant at 7:50pm and they said the driver never showed up. Also they don't give the drivers contact so you can check on your order. What a waste of time. Honestly their drivers are some of the most laziest people.

Didn't recieve half the food in my order. Gave me a refund but never really gave it to me. Keep messaging them because I refuse to pay for food I didn't get and they keep giving me the runaround. Very frustrated at this point. They are basically stealing money from their consumers

Literally didn't know when a driver would be available to deliver my food, waited over an hour as the delivery time just continuously went up and up, went from 9:30 to 10:30. Called the restaurant and they were like oh yeah your order has been ready, called grub hub and they were like, oh yeah I have no idea when a driver will be available, but do you want to wait and see? I was like wait you dont know if there will be a driver? She was like yeah but I will give you 10% off future orders, I was like oh there will not be any future orders and cancel this one.

I ordered food at 1:30 in the afternoon. The delivery time kept changing and the drive had no idea what he was going. I watched the driver on the map and he kept going in circles in the wrong direction. I sent a message to chat and the assistant did nothing! Then all of a sudden after closing the chat my entire order was cancelled with no warning after waiting for it for over 45 min. Absolutely unacceptable service on all counts.

I was so excited to use Grubhub. The first time it went without a hitch. But the second time was a disaster. The food was delivered dripping through the plastic bag. It looked as if the bag had been dropped or carried upside down. I complained to GH, they said they'd get back to me. They didn't. I complained again, they said the restaurant would only reimburse me $5. However, they didn't volunteer this info, I had to contact them again to find it out. By this point I was about done with them. Then GH said they'd send me a code for a $15 coupon. It never came. They sent me a survey but no code. Contacted them again and once again they said they'd send a code. It never came. I'm done with them.

At this point, my experience as a buyer for food through grubhub was a complete waste of time. I placed an order. It was going to take 2 hour delivery so I called and immediately cancelled my order through the restaurant. The restaurant owner couldn't speak English. I kept asking to make sure I wasn't charged and that I would receive a refund. She kept hanging up on me and saying call internet/call computer. So, I ended up having to contact grubhub and open a claim against them via PayPal. They have poor/unresponsive customer service. It's been a real waste of time. I won't use their app to order food again. I've used other delivery services and delivery apps and have been satisfied.

Last 10 times I have ordered food they delayed the order at least three times and then ended up canceling my order. This last time really pissed me off. The order was supposed to arrive at x time and an hour later the order was still showing arriving soon. The ETA still show the time an hour earlier. I contacted customer service and the lady made me give her our address, phone number, and zip code, made me wait 10 mins only to cancel our order at the end. I'm so frustrated because there is no decent food delivery app. I might give it another shot but I hate this app.

I've used grub hun a few times and the delivery time is horrible. On a few occasions the delivery time was pushed back more than once and the last time it took 2 hours after I ordered for the meal to be delivered.

If my driver is some low-life loser that can't even respond to a text or a phone call after being late on a delivery, how am I supposed to review the driver? It wasn't the restaurant's fault. They know how to do their job. The drivers are $#*!tty. That's what I get for using this terrible service.

By far the worst delivery experience I have had. Waited an hour for my delivery, then I see him going the wrong way on your app. I call him, and he tells me where he is going which is not my home. I told him over and over where to go, so he wanted me to text the address. I did so, and instead of responding, he simply cancels my order and will not get back with me. Bad business. It will mean nothing to your company, but you have certainly lost my business.

Never using this service again their drivers are thieves. Not once have i ever had a problem with doordash. My husband worked for a burger joint and they had same issues and they had to staple their bags shut because it was so bad. Popeyes where i ordered from said it isnt the first time so i told them to also staple theirs shut. So beware if you use them! Cant stand a thief! Oh and cant make a complaint app wont allow it SMH!

Once again after an hour and several notifications saying my orders done and the driver is there. I get a status update saying my order was cancelled! The reason stated was and I quote," The restaurant refused to serve the driver."? Why the:#!$!

I had put a order for P. F. Chang's through grub hub the delivery time was at 5:45-5:55. Then changed to getting it at 7pm, the sauce we had gotten with it was not the sauce we'd hope for. The Grubhub driver sat in her car for about 30minutes in front of our house. It was definitely scary looking out my window and seeing her still there. I thought that this must be the reason why she was coming late. Then I called grubhub and she magically disappeared like she knew what I was doing. Probably the last time I am ordering from them. I almost called the cops if she was there after calling grubhub.

We are regular customers of GrubHub, and just had a BAD experience. Here's what just happened. The driver came with the food. My wife and I were in the backyard. He or she did not ring the doorbell, and waited less than one minute. I spoke with Olvin, ID number 2017-3889 who told me he could NOT refund the order -- even tho we never received it. By the way, we tried calling the driver and the restaurant. We could find no one live. I recommend: a. You never ever use this company; b. You never ever invest any money in it; c. You never ever work for the company, because it will soon fair. WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Really, guys, don't you understand capitalism? The customer is KING. They don't get this. QUIT GRUB HUB.
