Wow! The products were a perfect match and I received them in half the time advertised.Outstanding shopping experience.

Needed phone number to finish order form but error message letting me know was hidden in a minimized menu within the form making it hard to find. Worked out okay, but took me several tries to figure out why your form wouldn't submit.

Best price i could find on my part. Plus quick and easy checkout. Very fast shipping and part came packaged very well for protection. Nice diagrams also included with my part, which made for an easy install.

Great experience. Once I put in the motor number, it pulled right up! No problems! I received my order in 3 days and it was an exact replacement. On the fourth day I had installed it and it was running perfectly!

Score for price is not a direct reflection of satisfaction with gsistore - but it is an honest answer to the question. I think this product is way over-priced for what it is - Same at every retailer and in fact gsishop was the cheapest I found - hence 3 stars instead of 2

The part I ordered was for a 13 year old electric wall heater. Your price shipped was the best I could find, and shipping /delivery was prompt.
It was the exact piece I needed, and I am glad I came across your site.

$8.00 for a few I rings and a few clips was about reasonable, but the standard shipping was another $8.00. The box was way oversized and this could have been sent in an envelope and cost less than two dollars. I would have rather had a minimum purchase price and more reasonable postal cost. The standard shipping took about five days and was the post offices issue, but I wouldn't have been pleased with postal cost if it was two day shipping. The products are great and I'm sure I'll use you again if I need other products. Just would like more reasonable postal cost. At least add rocks to the box to make the US mail work for their money.

Asked a question last night, got a response this morning, and the ordering process was smooth.

The ordering process was easy and smooth. Then I got an email saying the item was out of stock and there would be a 2-3 week delay. Then I goat an email saying the item had shipped. This was confirmed by a later email exchange. This is why I am giving a mediocre shopping experience rating.

The item arrived on time and was very well packed. However, it is defective and I will be requesting a replacement of the electronic controller. That is why I rated the product so low.

The product that was sent to me was machined incorrectly. The product sent has a right turn male and left turn female. The product advertised and in the documentation sent with the incorrect product both correctly demonstrate a left turn mail and right turn female which was what I was hoping to have paid for but did not receive. Please feel free to call me for a refund. *******536. You also need to check your inventory on this product and make the proper adjustments before this happens again with another new customer.

Everything so far is quick and easy, no problem! I received my order and everything is complete, well packed, and factory new. I'm very pleased with all aspects of my transaction and will not hesitate to continue doing business with Gsistore.

It was nice to see that the manufacturer's replacement part was better made than the previous ones made (there is a cover over the relay contacts).

It is nice that even replacement parts are still being improved, rather than being satisfied as is.

I liked the live chat option so I could give the unit model number to be sure to get the right part. They even contacted the manufacturer to get the part numbers and sent me the links to order the parts

You have the best price for the item that I wanted. The product I ordered is no longer made by the manufacturer. They have a new product that is not compatible with the old product. I am very pleased that gsistore.com was able to get the discontinued product. It allows me to add two more zones to my home HVAC system with out having to replace all the zone controllers. I will shop at gsistore.com again.

My heater is old and not sure if the parts were even available therefore I was nervous about trying to order online. To my surprise, I typed in the part number and there was the part. Ordered it and it got here in a matter of days. It fit right in and now my old 76 model heater is running again. Thanks gsistore.com

We needed the part overnight, so that's the only reason not happy with the full price paid, we had to pay the $82 for overnight on an $11 part, otherwise it would have been a reasonable shipping and part cost if it hadn't been necessary to have the part the next day. When you told me that you had the motor that I needed you didn't say it had to be shipped from Illinois. I thought you meant that you HAD it in Oregon. Shipping time would have been much faster to Washington than it was.
