I received my product in a very timely and professional manner and it arrived in great shape. I installed it, and although the load was.38 amps as measured with a Fluke 87and the device rating was.4 amps. The device failed immediately. I am going to have to call RIB and get some technical help, but it appears that the load is just too close to the rating of the device. General Supplies did a great job though.

Haven't installed the products yet as I was finally able to light the water heater after trying for 2 days with no spark from the ignitor.
