Guardian Recovery

Not even 1 star - Crooks - They asked me to pay over £900 upfront for debt recovery, assured me that they would work tirelessly around the clock to recover the money I was owed. The reality was that they did very little... I telephoned there offices almost daily over a 3 week period for an update and nothing, I left message after message but my 'case handler' NEVER returned my calls. My debtor then contacted me directly to resolve as he needed a guarantee for the work we had done in order to sell his property, we negotiated and he paid me the original debt of £10,000. As soon a Guardian Recovery got wind of this they sprang in to life, demanding that I forward the payment on to them and threatening me with legal action... Long story short they then sent me an invoice for over £5000 for lost commission and fees! I should report them to the police for attempted Robbery. This invoice was followed up with call after call chasing the money, in some cases 10 calls a day from a very rude and unprofessional individual called Carl Ahmed. I specifically asked him to communicate via email but the calls kept on coming... BEWARE! Do not instruct they are criminals mascaraing as a debt recovery company!
