“This company state that they are selling authentic...”

This company state that they are selling authentic Gucci - they are not. On receiving my goods I emailed them to get the return address as I wanted to return the goods (they have a returns policy that says if you do that within 7 days, you can have a refund - as is the legal requirement) and they are refusing to give me a return address so I cannot return them.
