The products on this site are all worthless junk! I hope you check reviews before you buy anything! Wish I did but they do a good job of looking like a legit company. Everything ships from China, takes weeks to arrive, no instructions are ever included and the quality is despicable.

If I could no stars I would. Ordered my item on 6th June and still not received. Tracking info given dies not work. Email responses advise cannot cancel or refund my order and just wait until it arrives. Latest email claims they have fulfilled my order despite not receiving it. Spent over £50 and gave now opened a PayPal dispute. Steer well clear.

Do not buy anything from this company or send them money. Ordered a cleverly advertised bra, got tracking information that didn't work (on an unsecure Chinese website) and after 4 months they refused to refund my money. Opened a PayPal dispute and eventually got my 'bra' which is rubbish. No refund available. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I ordered 2 functional shower heads since on the 12/05/19 and I am yet to receive the products and found out on tracking the items that it has been delivered. Delivered to who? None of my emails to customer support were attended to. Very annoying and frustrating.

Judging from other reviews, this seems to be a common practice. My story:

6/5/19: I ordered a chainsaw teeth sharpener. I get a reply email the same day: "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."
6/14/19: Email from company: "Your order is on the way", including a FedEx tracking number.
6/24/19: Order not received; checked FedEx tracking number: "This tracking number cannot be found, please check the number or contact the sender." Reported problem to company. Prompt email reply (from "Mavreen D.", Customer Service Representative) apologizing and promising to look into it, and instructing me to contact them again in 2 days if I don't hear from them.
7/9/19: Order still not received, and no response from company. Emailed them again; no response.

At this point, I'm stunned by your inability to
Deal with this issue. If you had a store nearby I would of brought back these damaged items and either received new ones or a full refund. I have sent you plenty of proof that these racks arrived damaged. Do you need to see the mutilated boxes they were shipped in. Still have it all. Next time send them in a sturdy box or reinforce the corners. I'm tired of waiting. I'm even more tired of the racks and packaging sitting in limbo on my desk. At this point I am beyond belief you can run a company this way or that it takes a Team to figure out what is clearly evident. I don't want anything but a full refund. I have already taken measures to ensure I receive it as I can not trust GuessWhatYouNeed to do anything but procrastinate. PLEASE REFUND MY MONIES IN FULL. If you want these broken racks back, send a return shipping label and I will return them to you. At my leisure.

Another Chinese $#*!bag operation. Don't have credibility, ethics or any care for the customer. Won't reply to email and sell dodgy products they won't stand behind. Shipping is hopeless, tracking numbers are fictional and they couldn't care less.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHINESE AND THE PRODUCTS ARE ABSOLUTELY CRAP. I ORDERED A SHOWER HEAD WITH THEM WHICH TOOK TWO MONTHS TO ARRIVE, AND DID NOT WORK. THEY WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR FAULTY GOODS OR TAKE RETURNS AND SIMPLY IGNORE EMAILS WHEN YOU TRY AND CONTACT THEM. I HAVE SENT A COMPLAINT TO FACEBOOK AND ASKED THAT THEY BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE, SO PLEASE DO THE SAME.

Chainsaw sharpener. Site autocompleted and they refused to cancel it. PayPal did nothing to help either. They ignore emails and dont respond to anything. Do not do any business with this company
