Had a consultancy session a few days ago, and afterwards I was asked to provide a little more info to the client. I specifically asked if there was coverage, to which I got a written confirmation.
After completing the work I requested the payment, my contact Lamine Farouk said "it was all just a misunderstanding", and that there was no coverage after all.
It is now very clear to me that this how they drive their business! Do yourselves a favor and never work for a business with this (lack of) morale!
