Is NOT what you will get. What you will get is a lot of abuse from the Manager a total non. Professional, non British guy, who just bangs things together without following any guide lines or instruction manuals.
Warning! If you engage gulfbuilder.uk to carry out any form of work, and the work is well below standard, you will be blamed for everything.
