Hi it's Rafael! I just posted "how to style: gymshark 5" inseam shorts | outfit ideas!" on my YouTube: Rafael Mendoza! They fit true to size. I am 5'10 and 165 lbs. I bought these shorts in the size small. There are not enough good things to say about these shorts! They are amazing! I wear them almost every day. Although I run them through the wash often, their quality has not changed. I have a few pairs including white, black, red, and blue. I was nervous about staining the white pair. But every stain has easily washed off! These shorts are top quality. They are also pretty affordable! Love them.
Ordered my fiance some workout shorts for his birthday and just a gift, took two weeks to hear that one of our items was out of stock and we wouldn't be receiving them after we had paid the money for them, very disappointed in such a hyped up business! Customer service is also sad. They care about what the clout and what people think of them. Sad they let down their customers. Didn't even want to leave a star review.
I'm trying to get fit and lose some weight after giving birth to my daughter recently. Since I'd heard about Gymshark before, I immediately headed over to get some fitness clothes and they have so many that it was pretty hard to choose just one or two. The ones I eventually settled for are perfect. I'm going to use them for daily jogging, yoga and a few indoor workout routines.

Love the way gymshark fits but I been so disappointed on me getting items 2 months after and just getting half the items and later was told that half the order was not in stock. Did get a refund. This company does not have a phone number to call or chat for any immediate customer service and was never able to return two items that I didn't like. Once you choose what you need to change does not let you edit and was never found on fedex to be able to return.so disappointed that as much as I like the brand will never order from them again. I even took the time to look through other reviews from websites and I see the same complain about people not receiving orders after months.

I ordered stuff which on website said 2-5 days delivery. They gave me tracking number what is showing me is in my town, but 2 weeks no one contact me. Customer service just said to wait 12 more days (why!?), what I refused... Suddenly my order "is lost on delivery" and they want to give me credit of same amount for next order... I don't want to, bcs I waste 2 weeks for nothing and I just want my money back...
It is supposed to be an electronic gift card that is sent by email but I never received it.

I started wearing Gymshark about 4 years ago, and over that time I've seen the quality fall dramatically. Gymshark's clothing is made with cheap textiles which results in a shrunk and misfit garment once washed. Ally my shorts, joggers, and sweatshirts withstood no more than 2 washes before falling to pieces. Be weary and do not buy their clothes anymore. It's sad
My wife is a wellness model. Brasilian. These clothes seems mass produced low quality. Baggy in crotch and see through in butt. I was so excited for these clothes and there just low quality in my opinion.

I'm completely obsessed with gymshark. I own more gymshark than Lululemon. The quality is great but you need to purchase the more higher priced items. If you buy the $40 dollar leggings don't expect them to be amazing quality. The best leggings are $80-100. Other than that I've had great customer care experiences. One time my leggings ripped in the crotch area on leg day 2 months after I purchased them. I sent pictures to gymshark on Facebook messenger and they sent me a new pair in the same day. I didn't even need to give back the ripped ones. That was pretty awesome. One complaint is that they constantly release new clothing which sell out in hours or days. Instead of restocking those they just release new products. I've been eyeing the same leggings for over a year that never get restocked. Still I love gymshark!
I used UPS to return 6 items totalling $192 for refund. Gymshark received the package January 05/23 and here it is February 07/23 and they only refunded me $36. I had to open a case through PayPal to try and get my money. Never again will I shop there. The sizing is all over the place and more than likely you will have to return items. And if like me, you will be struggling to get your refund. Just HORRIBLE service.

Gymshark is one of my go-to places when looking for activewear! Their products are such good quality and relatively affordable too, I just wish they had discount codes sometimes. Other than that, their website is easy to navigate and they have a lot of items/colors to choose from!
I placed 2 orders over a week ago. No shipping update at all. Tried to contact customer service for an update and to my surprise no number to speak to a live representative. Emailed the support team and still no update or response. I know now not order from them again. So disappointed and upsetting.
I previously ordered gymshark for the first time, and I had heard to go up in sizing being that they run small. I am a size M/L and I ordered an XL, I even checked the sizing chart to make sure the measurements were right before I placed my order. After placing my order, it told me my ordered would be delivered in a week, 7 business days. It took my order 3 weeks to come in, with no updates! Whenever I went to go try on my shorts, they would not even go up past my mid thigh. Me and my husband checked to make sure they didn't put the wrong size in by accident, but no, the tag said XL. So if you order make sure to go up a few sizes.

Bought a water bottle and just 2' feet drop from side table, shattered the bottle once and I got a replacement that shattered within a month and now I'm at the third bottle and this will be the last bottle I would ever buy from gym shark.

Gymshark's customer service is beyond bad. They have no phone number and take too long to respond. I paid extra to receive a Christmas gift, but they sent the wrong product. Because their customer services and fulfillment are so bad, there's no way to correct the order. Never buying from them again.
I recently discovered Gymshark through a fellow youtuber friend of mine and decided to check out their website! First off, it's a good website. Going through their catalog and browsing products was nice and easy. They actually have many clothing options for women but they also sell lots of different pieces for men as well!
I ended up buying from both sections and I surprisingly liked the mens pieces more than I thought. I shopped with a friend and decided to tried on his items too, so check out the video if you'd like to see the try-on's and more of what I thought of this purchase!
(ps. I think it's important that I mention this was the fastest international shipping package I've ever recieved. Still shook.)
ALSO NOTE: The sports bra I purchased was too small and I tried to ship it back but I think the process is a bit complicated for me and since there is NO free returns, I've just decided to give it to a friend.

I placed an order 20 days ago and while I was charged the moment I placed it, it never shipped and I never get any straight answers from their customer service. The order I placed will never arrive on time for the gift I needed but they won't allow changes. I have asked them to cancel the order that hasn't even shipped, but that hasn't happened either. I will definitely not buy from this vendor again!
I feel their sizing runs small. First time ordering on final sale stuff, big mistake. Sports bra were decent quality, but too small. I also ordered the 'pulse woven jacket' and save yourself the trouble, as I was trying it on I got the tinniest bit of lip gloss on it and went straight to the stain remover and soap since the jacket was white, and it won't come out. Terrible material.

This company sent me two girls shirts when I ordered two men's shirts. When I tried to get a hold of somebody they told me we return emails when we feel like it we don't have a number you can't talk to nobody will return them when we're ready then when they got back to me you have to take pictures of this do this and do this and when I got upset after three days of going back-and-forth they told me I'm not dealing with you anymore because you're upset. If you buy from this company you are supporting everything that's wrong with this world.

They sit on their high horse and when they make a mistake, they call you a liar multiple times and choose to make you take pictures every 10 minutes like you have all the Time in the world. I have attempted to order 5 times with Gymshark with only 1 successful completed order. The other 4 orders were cancelled automatically. Reach out to customer service and they told to use a different email address and I did try that. No success. Customer (chat only) service is a joke.
The first order with them was really so good, but the second one they not deliver all the things I order. Try to contact them no response no nothing. So my money gone in to them pocket ye and many others like me I find out in them page in Insta till they not delete it! Looks so gorgeous from the begin but in reality they r cheaters!
Clothing is the greatest quality I've ever seen and they wheat about a problem and deal with it straight away with no hesitation. Very glad my experience and I'll definitely be ordering again and again in the future.
Do NOT do business with this company. Several years after buying one of their products, I am still getting almost daily texts from them no matter that I text: STOP and block the number. No product is worth this harassment.

I buy a lot from Gymshark company and all their products are really awesome, however recently I had an issue. Clara from Gymshark sorted the issue immediately and issued a replacement pair that day without the trouble of me having to send back the originals, so I can give them 5 stars!

I like the styles of this brand but ordering from them is just a horrible experience. The site layout is kinda odd and confusing at times. They have a sizing chart which is very inaccurate and they have recommendations on sizing based off of the model height and weight which are also inaccurate. Sizing is all over the place, you'll be a large in one thing medium in another and a small in another. I usually have to return 50-80 percent of what I purchase and they are always out of everything. This stuff is popular, you def pay a premium for it and its annoying to pay shipping and then have to return stuff and then there is nothing in stock to replace it. Personally, there's other brands who make similar stuff, I gave these guys a few tries and its just not worth it.

Based upon my experience with Gymshark, I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company. I know I won't. After placing my order, more than three weeks later, I still hadn't received the product. According to tracking, it had shipped the day after placement. Attempting to contact someone in "customer support' is simply futile. In their description of the company, they have no problem admitting that they do not possess a call center, although also stating "customer service is their primary focus." Trust me, it is not!
Their communication is poor at best, atrocious at worst! They simply ignore questions about orders. After four weeks of trying to get a response about my order, I finally filed a complaint with PayPal, and within a week, my order was delivered.
The product was not great (athletic shorts with no lining) and as I said, their customer service is nonexistent. Doing business with a company like this is simply not worth the effort and frustration.
