The website is severely messed up and when I called to straighten out the problem, there is evidently only one person that handles everything. The phone menu all goes to the same person no matter what option you select. He gave me a complete runaround on every question I asked. Very sketchy, not spending money with them. Tried to say it was my problem that their site declined my credit card. It had nothing to do with me since I went to a competitor website and used the same card to purchase a no doubt better distiller.
