Be sure you want to keep what you order! This was my first experience with Hairbrella. I was disappointed in how the hat looked (floppy and unkempt compared to advertisement image). Realized too late that they charge $7.25 to return the hat (a "restocking fee"). Essentially, it cost me $7.25 to try the hat on! I'll never order from them again. This item should be free to return if unsatisfied.

If I could leave 0 stars or less I would. I ordered my product on 10/11/2023. I've been trying to get a refund or my product for over 2 months now. This company has the absolute worst customer service. I have attempted contact through Facebook dm's, comments and email and rarely get a response but when I do it's a bs excuse or saying my product is on the way when it's obviously not. I threatened to start posting my attempts to reach them and they blocked me. The phone number on their emails is out of service. These people had the audacity to give me a 10% off coupon for my inconvenience. I just want what I already ordered and will never shop with them again. I was patient in the beginning but I've lost all patience. I'd advise others to not shop with this company.

I ordered 2 swim caps and 1 sleep cap from this company mid-August. They charged me immediately and said tracking information would be provided. They also sent a link immediately to review their products. After 2 weeks I contacted them because I still had not received tracking information. No response. It is now mid-November and I have yet to receive an order. When I have contacted them I get a bounce back email that they are experiencing high volumes and cannot reply. As far as I can tell, this company is a scam.

The swim cap is quite small. To date, I have not received a refund despite having a receipt from the USPS that the cap was returned. I completely agree with the other purchaser that they need to implement a return policy that works. They still have my money, I have no merchandise. I wrote several emails requesting my money back and even sent them the certified receipt with proof of delivery.

I wanted to return my product. Requested returns address. They promptly responded asking for order number and how many items I wanted to return. I responded. Then absolutely nothing. I have sent repeated emails to several different emails addresses including CEO Tracey Pickett. No response. Just blanked. They do keep sending me promotional emails! UNLESS 100% sure you intend to keep product I would AVOID. NEVER COME ACROSS COMPANY WITH SUCH APPALLING SERVICE & BLATANT REFUSAL TO ADHERE TO ANY RETURNS POLICY

Feel angry & frustrated. I purchased in good faith that returns was an option but my good faith in Hairbrella clearly misplaced Also can’t review on their site so not sure how reliable their reviews really are
