I purchased two costumes on the same order, both the same size, on 10/20/11 and received them on 10/25/11. One of the costumes fit perfectly but the other was very small in the bust-line. I contacted customer service 10/26/11 and was told by Tabitha that since I purchased the costumes between 10/10 and 11/1, I could not return for a refund, only an exchange. I explained that I bought two from them and I'm keeping the one that fits (so essentially, I already have the replacement costume from their company) but she stated that it didn't matter, no refund. I then chatted with the manager Tyler and received the same response. The costumes, for the value, were fine and I liked them but I bought two (just in case) because I had heard that sometimes sizing runs small and I was keeping one. The ridiculous notion that they refuse to refund because it's their "busiest time of the year" is a pathetic excuse. Up until this "no refund" issue came up, I was very happy with the product and service... what a shameful way to ruin a customer relationship.
Plus size costume. The jacket was fine. The shoe covers could barely fit my toddler and the wig barely fits on my head. They gave me 10% back. Wow thanks.
I ordered 2 Harry Potter Adult Gryffindor Robe Costumes, they fit great, the fabric is amazing and well finished!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Website said the costume I ordered for my daughter would arrive on October 29th. It is now October 30 and I have not received any notification or whereabouts of the costume. I contacted their customer service and found out that they lost my costume and never thought to contact me. Their resolution was to issue a refund and nothing more. No attempts were made to try to ship the costume overnight or expedite the shipping. Being a company that strictly sells Halloween costume, you would think that shipping the costume BEFORE Halloween would be their top priority. Now my daughter is without a costume the night before Halloween. I was already sketchy of using this website, but now I am certain this company is unreliable.
Bought a Halloween costume for my son 2 weeks ago. Selected a shipping method that clearly stated "Item will arrive before October 30". These people have an Australian domain BUT ARE NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY. I spend an hour trying to sort it out and was met with a "not my problem, I dont care" attitude; which admittedly infuriated me. Long story short, spent $100+ for my son's costume. Never received it. According to postal service, it isnt even in the country yet. The kicker: They refused to return my shipping costs since it wasnt "Guaranteed". Sorry but "ITEM WILL ARRIVE BEFORE OCTOBER 30" sounds like a bloody guarantee to me.
I placed a $300 costume order on 10/10, received a confirmation email and delivery date. The date is today and no costume. I call the customer service and told I am #128 in line (yes, 128) so I hang up and use the online chat... give them my story, where's my order, etc.? They tell me that "there was a problem w/my payment method"... hmm, a credit card with a $15k limit and $200 balance? So I ask why then did I receive a confirmation email, order number and delivery date? Was told "I have no idea, you'll need to call the customer service number", so I call again, and this time, am told I'm caller 82. I wait on hold for 82 mins... listening to lovely hold music and a prompt that comes on every few minutes teasing me w/how close I'm getting to speaking to someone... "you are caller 65"... "you are caller 32"... I make it #24, and the next prompt says "You are trying to contact us after business hours" and hangs up on me! LOL, you can't make this stuff up! Don't know if I'll ever get a person to find out what happened. OH... and then I post a comment on their Facebook page, which was promptly deleted. Too funny. Do not order from this, shall we say, less than honest or reputable company :)

I have spent over £400 on one order which has failed to turn up. Customer service have emailed the courier, emailed?! Ridiculous if you have an account you should have access to contact them. I can't believe this company is still allowed to trade. No solutions or help offered. This is my very first order. I ordered at 6.20pm October 22nd 2021. I Cancel at 10.20pm but they said the item already shipped? I said I have not received the shipping confirmation email. Then they send me a shipping confirmation email in the next 5 mins.
The weirdest part is when I check the tracking number provided, they said LABEL CREATE AT 5.40PM?!
They ask me to make a return when the items arrived and of course pay for the shipping fee again (15$ To buy it, 15$ for return it)

Fits perfect size x large 15-16. My son loves it. Wore it to a rain forest day at school. This is our 2nd time we have used this company, We will be back.
Realize that what you purchase, you are stuck with cause the refund department stinks. I purchased 3 costumes for a last minute halloween party I was invited to and who knows what you will fit into and what you will not. Not only is there a 18% RE-STOCKING FEE but because I opened the "snap" on two of the wigs - not only were they NOT worn but not even tried on - they refused to give me a return on them. BUYER BEWARE and I will never order from them again... Just ridiculous!
I paid for premium shipping the most expensive and my order is very late and you cannot get these people on the phone. Messed up plans. Don't advertise something you cannot provide.

They sell crap, mostly that doesn't look anything like the pictures. Some of it might seem like a good deal until it arrives and you realize 1. It looks nothing like what you thought you were getting and 2. The return policy means you'll be spending more money just to see if they'll accept the return. We bought 5 items from them this Halloween, one was an adult wig that wouldn't even fit on my wife's head. We ended up using it for our 18 month old daughter because it kinda fit her. We also bought a fan that looked like it was printed on a home printer from 1995. We ended up throwing that away. Overall 2 out of 5 items were slightly usable but I later realized if I had shopped in town I would have saved $30. I tried to submit reviews on their site and my tame and honest reviews of the products were conveniently not accepted. This company is a scam, they sell terrible junk that you'll be surprised you purchased when it arrives at your home. Find somewhere else to shop and save yourself a headache.
Says free return shipping but its not. You have to pay for return shipping. Absolute scam! Items do not look like what seen on the picture. They do not include all the accessories
I have had two experiences with Fun.Co and both of them were positive, positive, positive! My first experience was buying the larger version of the Scooby Doo Purse directly from them from my Facebook feed. It got to me quickly and did not disappoint. I loved it, my friends loved it, strangers loved it, my students loved it! I loved it so much that when I saw another smaller version, this time, same company, but on EBay, I bought it! It also arrived quickly. However, I decided the smaller version wasn't what I needed. I returned it and got my refund so quickly! No hassle at all! The larger version has the Scooby Doo crew seen in the front seat of the van. The zippers are sturdy, there is so much space inside without being too big, and the strap is a perfect length. There is a little spot in front which I use for coins. It is well made and like I said, I always get positive comments on it. More importantly, I love it! I hope this helps you to determine if this is worth your hard earned money. For me, YES!
This is the absolute worst company. I am pretty sure they only hire idiots who are unable to fulfill simple tasks. They sent me the complete wrong costume and then failed to tell me that i needed to return the product THEY MESSED UP AND SENT and then proceeded to charge me for these costumes MONTHS later? The manager janette or whatever doesn't know how to do her job or how to offerer proper customer service. You'd think that since THEY were the ones who messed up my order they would just take responsibility. Save yourself the grief and order your costumes from amazon at least they know how to offer customer service
They charge an 18% restocking fee for all returns. An outrageous business practice for an online retailer. Shame on them. Just a way to rip[ people off.
I was shopping the internet for a Kiss wig and found this site. The price, including shipping, was less than even eBay! Also, great fast shipping! I will be coming back.
While the costume did not fit my daughter, I called to ask about a refund. Being it was close to Halloween (5 Days), the customer service rep told me as long as I got it out in the mail that day he would refund my money, minus a 20% restocking fee. He was "in a good mood" by giving me 20%, as it's normally 30%. I raced to the post office to get it in the mail. However, throughout the year I realized I never got the refund. When I called, they tell me I was never entitled to one since it was returned "too late". WTH? It's a costume place! Even if they didn't sell the costume again THAT Halloween, I'm sure it would be bought eventually. SO, now they have my $70 AND the costume. I'm contacting the CEO next week, since I'm told he's away... and will lodge a complaint with the BBB if I don't get either my money back or another costume. I have noticed similar complaints with the BBB regarding promised, but not fulfilled refunds. This makes them thieves in my eyes, and I will never recommend them to anyone. I have seen complaints right on their facebook wall as well from not happy customers. Unless you know FOR SURE that a costume will fit you, DO NOT order from this company... heck, just stay away,... which I had!
WENT TO RETURN ITEMS - SIZING IS NOT CORRECT AND IS WAY OFF - RECEIVED ITEM AND CALLED TO RETURN PRODUCT SAME DAY. HAD TO PAY $7.95 TO RETURN ITEM AND THEN THEY HAVE A 18% RESTOCKING - YES 18% RESTOCKING FEE! IF ITEM HAS ALL TAGS, ITS WAY BEFORE HALLOWEEN, THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE A PROFIT OVER RETURNED ITEMS. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, BEWARE OF COSTS OF RETURNS.

Answer: From my experience, I would definitely say this website is reliable. We ordered our costumes and received them (of great quality) within two business days. I personally used PayPal to buy them, but I do this with every website (that allows) just for extra protection.
Answer: Hi Monique, I've had this same problem having them ship to Australia, turns out that the 'FedEx' tracking number they've given us is in the confirmation email is actually a UPS tracking number. Hope that helps!
