Handlesets

We needed a Weiser handles because our entire house has Weiser and it is hard to find. This is a site that has them. However, we could not find the set ourselves due to the poor organization of the website. We called and got the item # and then ordered it. It turned out to be the wrong set after all. We received a return authorization and it did not require any cash to leave it at the Post Office. However, we later found out, without any notification, that they charged us for the shipping. In addition, they did not credit our credit card for a refund, instead they gave us a store credit, which we cannot use.
