I don't know why they've gotten so many bad reviews on here. They wouldn't even charge my card until I answered their call to confirm the address (they called like 15 times until I realized it was them lol). I had then to confirm again once they were ready to ship. Product came exactly as delivered, sooner than the 2-3 weeks they said it would. The product shipped from Dubai, but was manufactured in India. Works just as well though.
Please be advised that Happie Family Store is run by a bunch of criminals who scam you out of your money and then never send you your products or medications. About a year ago, I placed a rather large order, paid for it, and then was sent a fake tracking number with Emirates Post. The Store never sent my package, and worse of all, their Russian and African customer service representatives did not respond to any of my many emails and would hang up on me when I called them to address the issue. The Store stole approximately USD$300 from me. Save your money and steer clear of these criminals!

UPDATE: I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.
Just like everyone else, the following occured:
I ordered the compass on 6/3.
It didn't arrive so I checked back with the company's website - it showed in process, then greater demand than anticipated.
I asked for a cancellation and refund when it didn't arrive by July 15.
No response.
I opened a complaint with Paypal, they asked HF for shipping confirmation, which they supplied. Only showed my city. Paypal closed complaint.
I begged them to reopen, which they did and I provided PROOF that is wasn't MY confirmation tracking, it was for another item delivered to another address in my city. Showed shipper as Newgistics. They asked HF for confirmation of delivery.
HF provided THE SAME INFORMATION, Paypal accepted it and closed my escalation.
I've been scammed like everyone else here, and it's not the money that's most infuriating, it's the fact that Paypal adheres to their algorithm for addressing complaints, and HF has figured it out to their advantage.
Happie Family and Paypal are partners in scamming the public.
