Where is my order? The only answer I receive is "your order is being processed". Very disappointed that you do not answer my questioned. It is also unbelieveable you remain in business.

I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.

Impossible, this is a fraudulent company they are thieves. No product they take your money& there is only an email address left that they do not respond to

Same thing happened to me, no communication no money back no product sent, I have No intention sitting here helpless something will be down to ensure the are held accountable

Actually Spent The Minuim. Package Arrived In 6 Weeks. Secured Package and Nothing Showing Whats Inside. I To Thought It Was A Scam. Oh I Was Wrong!

The way you order is different here. You place your order on-line as usual. Then they WILL contact you to verify your information then and only then will they submit the charge to your credit card. They do this for your protectiion and theirs. They and they make sure that you are legitimate. You MAY get a notice from your credit card company asking you if this is a legitimate charge, it my show up as declined. I am asked every time. I OK the charge and it goes through. Sometimes you may have to re-submit your order, they will be in contact with you and if you have any questions about this please ask them. And also inform your credit card that this charge will be re-submitted. Yes, it can be confusing. But it works and keeps me safe. Once your order is accepted and charged they will send you UPS or USPS tracking information, which is very accurate. It may take a little longer than expected, but you can track its progress through the postal/shipment system.
