This so-called Company cannot be trusted in any way shape or form. It is Cyber Crime at it's best or worst however you care to look at it. Do not for a moment consider sending any funds to this Company of Home Based Con Artists.

Long delivery time advised. Tried to call UK number. Exchange advises the number is not valid. Sent e-mail chase up. No reply. Their web site was prolific at the time. Now bearly comes Unpleasant to anticipate being scammed by low lives.

After payment, my order got shipped the same day, tracking worked flawlessly, arrival was a week faster than estimated! (Shipping to Germany)
The order passed customs without any holdup. My respect for that: Ordering from other sellers often leads to 50% rejection during delivery.

The product(s) are as in the description, the quality stands out compared to other manufacturers & suppliers.
I'm now a regular customer and recommended the shop to a couple of my friends.

This is so much easier than going to the process in my homecountry.

1. Never ever pay by credit card on this site!
Attempted fraud stopped by my bank one month later( I only used this card twice-with them and in doctor surgery)
2. Wrong medication sent- Ordered Zyban which is brand version by GlaxoSmithKline. I received a generic version from India. Half of the tablets were disintegrating. Tried one and unlike original Zyban this one made me feel drowsy.

I placed an order which proceeded to get lost during shipment. I notified the Support team. They investigated the issue, confirming details. They then send a replacement order which arrived quickly. I recommend this company for the medications plus a very helpful support staff.

This was my third order for happy family store and i am completely satisfied - i a world of scamming sites its nice to find a legitimate one - my order came in 3 weeks and the product is legit - the customer service team is great and they send you all the info needed to track the order if needed - highly recommended

My order was taking a bit longer to arrive to me so I reached out to Customer Service. They were always kind and available and explained to me that parcels were taking longer to arrive to customers due to shipping delays caused by Covid. That is totally understandable. Every company should have 24/7/365 customer support like them. It is comforting knowing that I can reach out to them at anytime. Great Company!

Same as all below. When opened a dispute with PayPal, they contacted the company, who supplied a tracking number. A couple of days later I received a package from the company, but guess what, nothing in the envelope.
When contacted Happie Family by email, the response was, sorry and we will contact the delivery agent.
I asked for a refund and they stated they do not give refunds but would give me a 10% discount voucher. WTF, why on earth would I continue to shop with them, when it is clearly a scam.

I just want to say thank you, and say how happy and satisfied I am with my order. Everything about my experience with your company deserves the highest ratings. I will gladly recommend The Happy Family Store to others and will be a returning customer.

Recieved an email this morning with a tracking number, when I tracked it said that I received it on June 5th. I did not receive anything from them except in my email about how they had a problem with the shipping which came after July 5th. Do not order from this company.

Like many of the reviews below, I ordered the compass for my husband in May for Fathers Day, They emailed me back when I asked what the estimated delivery time is, and they emailed the exact same message as the folks below. That delivery estimate is 15-25 business days. Here we are, over 3 months later and no response from the seller AND my order number is no longer recognized on their website.

I was stupid enough to order the compass. I was charged twice for the same product ($65), Their website shows my order is still being processed 67 days later and Happie Family is insisting they sent the item. I have my credit card company working for a full refund.

I ordered 20,12mg ivermectins. Everything came on time, was easy and from what I can tell its real. Ordered another 20 ivermectin came on time, was easy but they were not ivermectin. Gave it to my bf and he is someone who depends on it to live if he gets sick... now we are day 13 and he is still really sick because until yesterday we had no idea they were fake. Looked at reviews and noticed someone else said theirs were mints... guess what so was my 2nd purchase... very disappointed and lets pray my bf doesn't end up in hospital or dead because of this scam! In the photo the longer package is the mints.

I ordered the compass in the middle of May, in hopes of having it by father's day. I sent an email to "happie family" at the end of May because I didn't receive an order or tracking number.

They said due to high demand, there will be a delay in shipping. Fine.

August comes around... still no compass. I dispute with paypal, and somehow these idiots miraculously provide a tracking number that said it was delivered June 6. Paypal denies the refund.

I just filed another dispute with paypal since I never received the product! How does this even happen? I'm confused how they got a tracking number that said it was delivered.

Did they pay to have a piece of paper delivered and tracked by USPS? It's not the money, it's the fact I was scammed I'm really annoyed with. Any positive reviews have to be fake! Do not order from these scammers.

Three months later and they finally sent the compass, but only because I opened a Paypal case against them. The engraving is a sticker and the compass doesn't work. It's made of trash medal and it's literally worthless. I strongly suspect I would never have even received it if I hadn't pressed the issue with Paypal.

The administration department is fast and intelligent. They have perfect command of English. I had queries, they were answered quickly. I got the product I ordered.

The Ivermectin was expensive, but the price was clearly stated. The delivery time was longer than I hoped, but this could be explained by Christmas, New Year, Brexit and of course the Covid disruption.

I was a bit dubious to start with, as I've seen some dodgy reviews of this and similar sites, however, I was reassured when my confirmation e-mails came through with tracking, and then the order arrived well within the expected delivery time. When I researched the supplier, and manufacutrer, I was pleased to see they were bona fide, so I felt I could trust the contents to be what they claimed to be. I was so pleased, that I used HappieFamilyStore again, and again the order came sooner than promised... from halfway around the World, during a pandemic... great! Many thanks.

Extremely dissatisfied with purchase, zero, zero, ZERO customer service. They indicate they have a satisfaction guarantee, however they do not stand behind their products or their guarantee. I would never purchase from this company again. There is no actual phone contact number, the ship time on your item is ridiculously long, and the product you get is not the quality you would expect. Was forced to give 1 star for the review, if they allowed, would have been ZERO! I would suggest anyone GO ELSEWHERE for a purchase.

I read some of the other negative reviews but I have to say my experience was very good. I placed the order online and within 15 minutes or so I received a call from someone verifying the items I ordered, amount, and my information. They stated clearly because of Covid it will be a two or three weeks delay in shipping. This wasn't an issue for me. Two weeks later I received my order and I proceeded to count everything just to make sure it was all there. Everything that I ordered was delivered and nothing was damaged. Throughout the process I received several emails regarding the tracking of my package, etc. Very good experience! Will definitely order from this company again.

Placed order through Canadian Pharmacy. I was told that head office was in England. They changed the amount I was being billed because it was coming from Florida. ( exchange rate). My tracking number said it was being shipped from India. I chatted with a rep. I said I wanted to cancel because I was lied to and to credit my Visa. She said that she will get a manager to call. I know that will never happen.

I have been dealing with Happy Family Store now for several years, but this was the first time I had a problem with delivery. It was not their fault; it was due to the incompetence of the USPS. When I made them aware that I had not received the order they re-sent it and it was received shortly thereafter. I couldn't ask for better customer service--and they are very communicative, never failing to answer my emails in a prompt manner/

Sent an order in and tracked it all the way to customs where it disappeared.
It appears that this may happen. When informed of this my order was reshipped by a different route and carrier. This time package was delivered and goods received. *******.

Follow up on my compass. I got a hold of PayPal and got no help from them. They said since Happie Family sent them a tracking number stating that the item was delivered (even though it said it was delivered to the wrong address), there was nothing more that they could do. What a SCAM! Happie Family will no longer e-mail me after they said they would replace it. Disappointment all around!
