I don't know why they've gotten so many bad reviews on here. They wouldn't even charge my card until I answered their call to confirm the address (they called like 15 times until I realized it was them lol). I had then to confirm again once they were ready to ship. Product came exactly as delivered, sooner than the 2-3 weeks they said it would. The product shipped from Dubai, but was manufactured in India. Works just as well though.
Please be advised that Happie Family Store is run by a bunch of criminals who scam you out of your money and then never send you your products or medications. About a year ago, I placed a rather large order, paid for it, and then was sent a fake tracking number with Emirates Post. The Store never sent my package, and worse of all, their Russian and African customer service representatives did not respond to any of my many emails and would hang up on me when I called them to address the issue. The Store stole approximately USD$300 from me. Save your money and steer clear of these criminals!

I ordered a medication via happy family store for much cheaper than I can get it in the US! Never a problem, called cs a couple times because my parcel was sitting in customs for 18 days and asked if this was unusual. They were always prompt answering, no holding and polite! Start to finish around 4 weeks. Will order with them again. And no I don't work for them, just a grateful customer in Florida!

Ordered from these thieves on the 6-3-20 & was told 5-8 business days for delivery the took 3 payments from me, phone them in April about no delivery and said I want refund,
The thieves just keep trying to put you on hold to delay you calling your bank. Only 1 part refund has been made & the still coming up with excuses,

I thought I would give this company a try a d they proved to be the worst business o have ever dealt with. Ordered my item on May 15,2019 and was supposed to get it within 10 to 25 business days. Because if the engraving I figured that made since. But it is still showing in production today even with numerous emails asking about delivery dates. Not sure if I will even get my refund since they dont seem to be a legitimate business, no number and only an email that is never responded to. Dont waste your money on these scammers! It's way past the date I needed it for and they know that and dont care.
I've been a customer of this online store since July, 2020 and I am very happy with my twice orders. The package sent from India with perfect care and it was very fast delivery. Also their products are as good as advertised!

I ordered ahead of time to ensure delivery for this gift! Was late and birthday gift wasnt received. They never told me it would be delayed. Only once i contacted them. They said sorry! They should compensate for their tardiness! Do not use this company
Happy to take the money, but never delivered. I inquired 3 times, and was emailed responses about expired delivery date, missing data, checking shipping. The language structure was awkward, and they "wished he good day further". This is a TOTAL SCAM.
Placed my order in May 2019. Was told would have in four weeks. Nothing arrived. Requested order status. Replied they could not get a tracking number from shipper and would get back to me... three weeks later no response. A week later another request for status. No response,. Complaint filed with pay pal, A week later they provided a tracking number saying it was delivered within three days after order... this never could have happened given the four week original lead time... I am out 65.00... totally bad service from this vendor and paypal.
Order for med made, two weeks later after chasing for tracking numbers etc they send me a tracking number. A tracking number that doesn't work and is not in any system,. They tell me wait for ten days before it activates, i spoke to EM and Parcelforce and they tell me this is complete nonsense, the second it is scanned at collection or drop off it will immediately appear in the system, they have simply sent me a code of a random label and told me it is shipped. It has not been shipped, when i presented them with what Parcelforce have said they simply said they don't care if i believe them, its my problem. Absolute scum,. So we are now in the process of filing PayPal dispute but looking at some of the things on here that may be difficult. I wont let it go however.
First of all they do not answer inquiries. Second shipping takes forever. They do not insure the shipment and they ship through a third party which you cannot contact. Then the USPS tracking number says it was delivered but it was never received. I placed my in April to give to my husband on his birthday at the end of June. It is now the end of July and I still have not received anything... including a refund. I wish I had checked sitejabber first!
So after contacting pay pal and getting no where since you get an auto response after happy family gives them the bogus tracing number. Even when they say they will reopen the case. So i listened to someone on this site and contacted pay pal thru twitter and after a few back and forth messages they refunded my money and it was in my account a few days later. So good luck to you all! Use twitter!
So I ordered (May 23rd, 2019)my compass for my husband for our anniversary(Aug 3,2019). I have not received it. I contacted the company on Jun 23 rd to inquire when I could expect my order and what address they were sending it to. They replied back on Jun 24th stating the details of my order and that they will send a tracking number once the item was mailed. They had a temporary address for me, so i emailed them back asking how long they thought it would be and stating my permanent address for it to be mailed to. I then never received any further response from them. I waited and re-emailed them with no response. So i opened a claim with Pay pal. And after a short time I escalated the case. Happie Family then gave them a tracking number stating my item had been delivered on Jun 21st... oddly enough to my permanent address which they did even have or confirmed that they had mailed my item in there email to me on Jun 24th. The tracking number goes to my city but not my address. I got the tracking report from my post office and called and spoke to Pay pal about reopening my case on 8\19 showing them all the emails information and tracking information. Oddly enough they closed my case again. So I called again today 8\20 and spoke to pay pal again. Trying to get them to realize the tracking number they received was bogus and there own email confirmation does not line up with the tracking bogus info also. So they again said they are re-opening the case. I now see on these other reviews that this Happie Family Store must take so long to ship that they give out bogus info to keep people from cancelling and to snow Pay pal about their deliveries, that have not happened. I hope I get this resolved and my money returned and hope Pay Pal stops working with this company, as they cannot be trusted!
I ordered the husband wife Compass 5/22/2019. Got a confirmation of order and that I would get a tracking order as soon as it was shipped.
I have sent several requests for an update. Only received one response and they told me the tracking number had expired and I would receive a new one as soon as they found where the order was.
I requested another update and have heard nothing. I have now requested my money back immediately. I do not trust that this will happen after reading all of the other reviews. I paid a total of $64.90 which included shipping. I did not go through PayPal. I am going to contact my bank and see what can be done. I have never been scammed by an online company before.
I waited for my order the first time 2 months and the second time 2 months. So nothing came and they deliberately send the parcel with the wrong address and return it back to them. And they steal money from the card. Those are constantly ignored by support. They say they will send again. Be extremely careful with this store! These are the real scammers.
I tried to place an order twice. Evidently one must place it, enter a payment method, await a call from? (Once the order is approved)…. Then by some magic evidently an order could be filled. And maybe they will email you to tell you they won't fill it. But maybe not.

I give this company NO stars. Ordered a husband/wife compass in April 2019, for my husbands birthday. The ad said 4-6 weeks as they make them by hand. I waited. And waited. Emailed them beginning if May. They answered 2 weeks later stating how sorry they were and how "in demand" my item was and they are back logged and... since they are hand made, it will take longer. The email said they would email me when my item shipped. So I waited longer. At the end of September I emailed them again, threatening to report them. I received no response. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and lo and behold, I received my item 5 days later. It is definately NOT hand made, looks NOTHING like the photo, and is worth $10 at most. Not $60, which is what I paid. The needle continuously moves when I'm standing perfectly still so it doesn't even work. Dont order anything from Happie Family. It's a scam!
I ordered a compass for my husband for Father's Day in May, 2019 from Facebook, and have not received in yet, and it is August. They took my money right away but there is absolutely no way to contact anyone. This is a huge scam. Don't order from them
Ordered compass for Father's Day. It never arrived. I complained. The sent PayPal a BOGUS record stating it had been delivered.
I finally got it today, 6 months late, and it looks like they dug it up from a trash heap. NOT HAPPY!
They billed my credit card for over $100 and never delivered anything. I called and emailed several times. They said they would issue a refund, then they said they would ship it again. I never received a refund or any product. This was 6 months ago. They have a fake tracking number for you to follow that never gives any information. I would give them 0 stars, because that is what they deserve.
Back in September I posted a review stating that I had no problems so far. At the time I was placing my second order and noted quite a few negative reviews. I ordered anyway, and said in my last review that I'd be back with a followup. I forgot about that completely until I just got email about my previous review being helpful. So, I'm back to say that my second order arrived (long ago now) and everything was fine. I don't think there is any problem at all with this company. I'm not sure why some others don't agree, but I've had no problems at all. I highly recommend them.

You know whenever you order medicine online your always taking a chance. Your always skeptical. But not with this one. I received my medicine yesterday. It took a while but thats to be expected. Especially at this time with everything going on. And you can actually talk to a live person to inquire about your order! They are the REAL DEAL. Try em out! You won't be disappointed.
I placed an order month and nothing has came. And when get someone to talk to its Jennifer and the $#*! cuts off our live chat. Hope I get my order. Won't ever deal with happy family again. You think name like happy family it would be true.
Do not order from this company as you will not receive your order. Tracking hasn't been updated since I purchased a compass over 2 months ago, and they haven't replied to any emails I have sent. I paid via PayPal and I have escalated a case with them.
My package was delivered to NZ successfully. It took quite a while due to covid however was not the suppliers fault. They respond super fast on emails so I would say their support team is great. Cheers, Danny
