I don't know why they've gotten so many bad reviews on here. They wouldn't even charge my card until I answered their call to confirm the address (they called like 15 times until I realized it was them lol). I had then to confirm again once they were ready to ship. Product came exactly as delivered, sooner than the 2-3 weeks they said it would. The product shipped from Dubai, but was manufactured in India. Works just as well though.
Please be advised that Happie Family Store is run by a bunch of criminals who scam you out of your money and then never send you your products or medications. About a year ago, I placed a rather large order, paid for it, and then was sent a fake tracking number with Emirates Post. The Store never sent my package, and worse of all, their Russian and African customer service representatives did not respond to any of my many emails and would hang up on me when I called them to address the issue. The Store stole approximately USD$300 from me. Save your money and steer clear of these criminals!
Reliability when buying something online, especially from another country is something you're mostly concerned about. The problem with the Customs is not the seller's fault. In my case, their Customer Service is excellent with prompt response and updates accordingly. The products I ordered are good quality. I trust Happie Family and gave their Customers Services 5 stars!

I received my order. It was in good conditions, everything just as it was supposed to be. I do not have anything to complaint. I understand the fact that due to corona-virus might take a little bit longer than usual. I would say to buy the next loot that you need as soon as you get the one that you just bought to make sure that during that time frame you have enough supply.

When I didn't receive my order the first time, they said it got tied up in customs and resent it for no additional cost to me! It did take more than 2 months to receive my order, but I did eventually receive it.

I notice a name change from Happy to Happie. I selected whichever it is as there were reviews unlike most of the online pharmacies. Almost all of them have Scam alerts as there are no reviews. The reviews that I read were positive and mostly from folks living in the USA. Finding a doctor as well as a pharmacy that prescribes and fills scripts for Ivermectin is challenging. The follow up e-mails from order to delivery are excellent. The time frame of 3-4 weeks was correct. My script came from France.

Some of the customer service folks are pretty challenged with English. The company name on the credit card statement is not Happy Family Store. On the plus side, the follow up progress e-mails and delivery tracking are without fault.

Bought the compass on May 15,2019 via PayPal. Company sent email confirming purchase, but then crickets for a month. Emailed company requesting status of order and was sent an automatic reply that they are sorry to inconvenience me and that they may run late from time to time with orders. Again weeks went buy and no word on the status. It is now August 8,2019 and no response to emails checking in on status, no response to asking for refund. PayPal has done nothing to help other than telling me to contact company. I'm very upset that I am out of $60, and I feel there is no action I can do now to make the company make this right. I want everyone to know, so that others do not make the same mistake of trusting this company as I did.
The order/delivery process was flawless, from the website application thru the followup by your courteous and detail-oriented rep (whose English was perfect) through payment and all the way through delivery of my package in Nevada. I would add a photo about this experience as well as a photo of the package from Mumbai, but I have a new phone which uses some features unknown to me at this time. Your firm is at the top of my "go to" prescription businesses. Many many thanks! Referrals to follow.

Waiting over 2 months for my boner pills. Have called and called and called. IF someone answers (which is rare) they tell you "you'll receive your order next week". It hasn't happened. Next step is (hopefully) getting this resolved with my credit card company.
Change names frequently so they can pack up and get out of town, all while staying in one place... Change web sites and bam, back in business. Not Canadian although they try to lead you to believe they are based in Canada.

I had a good and bad experience. The meds got to Chicago after 3 weeks and sat in customs for 7 days. That sucked but the free bona pills top notch Cialis. I am still pogo sticking around the house. For the money it's worth the wait.
I ordered the compass for Father's Day for my husband. Two months later, the item was never delivered so I tried contacting Happie Family, and got no response from them. I opened a claim through PayPal, but they were useless, since Happie Family replied to them saying it WAS delivered and provided some phony tracking number. PayPal closed my claim and told me to deal with Happie Family directly. It's been over five months now and still no refund or compass! What a scam! These people took me for $65!
Placed an order, never arrived. Contacted customer support and received a quick response. They stated what they would do to correct the problem (a problem they did NOT cause), stayed in contact with me during the process and did what they stated they would do. This is huge to me as so many businesses fail to follow through. Not asking for anything extra, just do what you say!

I have been using this product from other providers for five years and it works good for me. This product arrived and absolutely does not work. My guess is it is cut down to a very small amount of the active ingredient. It looks the same, but does not taste or smell the same.
I was dubious to begin with when I placed the order as this is the first time I have used this type of service; but everything went very smoothly. I received an email acceptance of my order & then an update when the order was processed & out for delivery. The contact from HFS was very efficient & prompt with specific details. I also received a tracking number for the order so I was able to see how & where the order was at each stage. I received the order in the UK after 7 days which I felt was excellent service! Overall I would use this store again as I had not issues or complaints from start to finish- hence why I am very impressed!

There was some discrepancy when I paid for my order and the order never arrived. When I contacted customer support they investigated what happened and then happily resent my order. In addition to their great customer service, the quality of their products is always top notch.

I remember ordering 3 tubes of tretinoin from these f5ckers. They have a very similar site that says it's from Canada. Of course I didn't get anything. Emailed them. Heard nothing. The good reviews you see on here are fake. This is a scam. Please don't waste your money
This is my third time purchasing through hfs and I just love their products. I've tried both viagra and cialis and they are very effective. I recommend highly, you won't be disappointed.
Plus their customer service is outstanding, a package was taking a little too long to arrive so I called them and they sent a new one free of charge (make sure to choose the 9$ insurance when checking out, it's really worth It when purchasing for several hundreds of dollars worth of tablets).

BUYER BEWARE: They are happy, because they take your payment, without shipping you the product. My internet order from Happiefamily.com via their HappyandCozy site has not been delivered to me 45 days later. Nor have they responded to my requests for information/refund, etc.via their *******@happiefamily site (06/22/2020). I am sorry that I was unable to give them no stars with this rating system. One star is the lowest rating available.
Completed two separate orders from this company and while the second one had some issues in transit - had gotten stuck in the postal systems nightmare - they were kind enough to send out a new/replacement order ASAP, which arrived just fine.
Then again this was during the late summer of 2021, so between global shipping issues, lockdowns and a tight US worker climate, I can fully understand.
Does it take time? Yes...then again nothing was shipping quickly at that time.
Are they good? Yes...If they weren't then I would not have bought the second time, let alone start a third one.
Would I do business again? Yes. They reward their return customers with good discounts and I have not been disappointed yet.

Everything worked out. Allow extra time for processing as they didn't get around to charging and completing the order for about a few days. The actual package shipped. Anyway, After my horrible experience with a lot of websites, I did a search and I've found a great alternative. If you're curious, just google-search for 'TOPA2GET' to find it with promocode. I checked their prices and they were cheaper than any other online company.
