I can't review the compass I ordered because I never got it. Said it was delivered, and a PayPal is giving me the runaround ( so much for buyer protection). Now it is up to me to get my bank to fight for me.

I received my order. It was in good condition, everything just as it was supposed to be. I do not have anything to complain about. I understand the fact that due to China-virus delivery might take a little bit longer than usual.

I wish others had a better experience too. I was a little thrown off that they placed on the outsode of the package excately what i ordered and had to sign for it at the post office. But thats not on them. Its USPS requirements.

I found happy family store and ordered some sildenifil. It took about a month to get the order but the product was as promised and very potent. I would highly recommend using this online pharmacy as I have now placed 2 orders and going to make a 3rd.

I buy Cialis at this site often and always receive what I order in a timely manner. This is great because you can trust them to send what you buy. No problem getting these items to you at all. I simply find them in my mailbox in a reasonable amount of time. No trip to the post office.

The customer care staff were very good about helping me track my order during the COVID pandemic. My order arrived as promptly as could be expected and it was exactly as advertised on their website. I am very satisfied with HFS.

I ordered from them, I didn't get my order. I let them know and they refunded my payment promptly. The mail is skewed since covid and I feel like they did fine. I'd have preferred that the product but it was shipped. So I'd try them again. I don't feel it was their fault.

My credit card was immediately charged the $65 as soon as I placed my order. When my item hadn't arrived after 2 months, in spite of the website showing my order had been processed, I sent several emails inquiring about the delay. ( There is NO phone number so email is the only means of communication.) Never received a response. After 3 months with no item I assumed I'd been scammed. Since it was a gift for my husband I said a few little prayers that I would get it and let it go. Well, it came yesterday, nearly 6 months after I ordered (and paid for) it. I do have to say, it was very nice quality and well made, but why so long to get to me?

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First off, I ordered the husband wife compass on 5/20/2019. It said delivery would be 7 to 10 days. After about a month I emailed to ask where it was and they simply said "shipping was delayed". In the next 3 month I emailed them several more times and they refused to answer. FINALLY when I opened a case against them with PayPal around mid September they shipped the product. It took 4 months to get a poor quality high priced product. The compass looks like junk.

I ordered my items for anniversary a while back. I'm contacting my credit card company today, because I have yet to receive it. They will also NOT return my emails.
I am pretty sure this is a scam. I am contacting the BBB and my credit card company today.

The store advertises brand name medications, but after completing the purchase I was told they only sell generics and the generics would be sent from Singapore. I paid with PayPal and the payment was fraudulent and resulted in scamming activity on my PayPal account. After completing the payment it showed up on Paypal as being paid to a company not named HappyFamilyStores and for a VPN service. What a scam! Do not use them. Scam alert!

I order this in June 2019 finally got it in Sept 2019. I had to file a complaint with PP. I finally did get my compass, it is so hard to open I have to really force it open. The "engraving" in the inside is a plate that was engraved and glued in. It is coming off. I took it to a local jeweler and they can not fix it. I am scared to give it to my husband for fear it will break the hinge the first time he tries to open it. I really want my money back or one that really opens. I wrote the company and complained again about the quality of the item and received no response. It would have been awesome had they stood behind their word and made a good product, they did not. You have been warned.

I just received the notebook for my daughter and upon inspection I was very disappointed to see that the text is so far out of registration that two of the words are covered by the locking buckle. I tried to upload a jpeg but the photo upload feature below wouldn't allow.
I wish to return the item for a full refund or have it replaced by a notebook that is crafted correctly. I have emailed Happie Family with the above request 4 times now to no avail. It's obvious they have no intention of accommodating my request. It took 6 weeks to receive the item and clearly the product isn't anything like the photo posted on their website is displayed. This is a clear and cut case of poor craftsmanship and false advertising. I would suggest "Buyer Beware"!

I placed my order on the 10th and received it on the 22nd. 12 days not bad. This is my second order, the first did take a little longer because of the COVID 19 issues. Almost 4 weeks, but I was told that on the front end. I have no reason to shop around as I get what I want at a fair price and delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

Placed a sizable order with them. Never received confirmation. Called and spoke to Jennifer - a very dishonest person. I asked for a supervisor, She said she is the supervisor and hung up on me. I called back and unfortunately got her again. She said she was busy and hung up on me again. A scam detecting website: https://www.scam-detector.com/validator/happyfamilymedstore-com-review states this company "It is not on our recommendations list as it has a medium-low trust rank." Boom! I never received my order.

They represent as a Canadian company but are not! They stole my money and never gave me a product or a refund! I have proof! They also gave me someone else tracking number! They scammed me! I want to sue

I ordered from this site and the customer service gave me good advice before my order.
I received my pills and they work well.
I am very satisfied with my experience with Happie Family.
I will order my pills from you again.
I recommend Happie Family to all customers.

I made 2 separate orders for medications, when I made the orders I was told they would be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks, because of the Virus, it has been 6 weeks and I am now told it could be another 3 weeks before they are delivered? They were not shipped for over a month, and now they tell me its 3 to 4 weeks after they ship, not after you make the order! Be awsre because hey do not tell you that. If you need your meds quickly, don't waste your time and money

Pn May 14,2018 I ordered & they took my money for a compass I was going to give my husband for Father's day. It's 8/4/2019 I have tried to communicate with them by the only means they gave for email I believe more people need to get together and sue them report them get them out of there fraud business. Needless to say NO Money back NO product sent

From ordering my goods i was rang back within 15mins like they said i received my goods 8days later at my home in the uk well done till my next order i wont have no hesitation in ording from them in the future as they were really good thank you.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU GIVE THEM EVEN ONE PENNY OF YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL GET TAKEN... If there were a rating of minus 10, I would've given them that.
