They use fed ex ground and the deliveries are always late. The beverage is suppose to be refrigerated but when they arrive after days of being in a warehouse and on a truck they're always hot. The box is usually damaged because harmless harvest send it frozen. But the quality is always compromised because they're freezing it in plastic bottles and then shipping it via fed ex ground which doesn't deliver on time resulting in heated plastic. The whole process is an extremely unhealthy. Customer service is useless as the emails simply let you know that they can care less about the quality or delivery once you pay your money.
