Remarkable customer service. Excellent prices. Lightning fast shipping. Top notch packaging. Just enough inventory to find the perfect item, but not overwhelming to sort thru tons of items. Very user friendly website.

I purchased 2 pocket door latches and called twice, first to ask about products and second when I received them and thought there was a problem. Both times I spoke with Michelle, what a professional she explained how to install them correctly. WHAT GREAT HELP
