I recently had Harold Johnson do an annual service on my A/C unit and the tech that was sent was a total redneck and unprofessional in his manners. He let out the Freon / refrigerant from my unit (intentionally), did not stay for more than a few minutes to see if the unit was properly working (after paying them $85 for the service call). When I contacted the owner, he backed his man saying that he was his best. I had a follow up call within 2 weeks from Morris Jenkins Air conditioning service, who informed me that the Freon was low by a pound and I had to pay a lot for the service call and to have them remedy the problem. I would not recommend Harold Johnson to anyone who is looking for a A/C service company.
