I tried to eat at the Kat location this evening. I ordered the sausage plate which is on the menu for $13.95. The young man rang it up as a one meat plate which is on the menu for $15.95. When I talk to the manager about it, he told me the prices had increased. I found that quite interesting as the one meat plate had not gone up. Only the sausage plate. And I was informed they could change prices, anytime they so desired, and they had a disclaimer on the menu of which I could not find anywhere. Being someone living on a fixed income, you budget your dining out according to your income. However, with them going up nearly 20% instead of just admitting they rang it up wrong they lost my business and will continue to lose business. The manager was rude, obnoxious, and a smart mouth. I have no intentions of ever going back. Sad thing is they had to throw away all of that food instead of just admitting the mistake. Oh, and by the way, the man that chopped up the meat wipe down the knife with a rag laying on the counter. I do believe that is a call to the health department.
