I personaly had doubts about receiving the order because after I placed my order I saw there is no customer support contact number and usually websites that only have email contact forms are shady. I also read a lot of negative reviews about people not getting their orders but I personaly got it and pretty fast. I placed an order for a Personalised Hogwarts Acceptance Letteron 3rd of May and I got it on 15th of May (12 days) which was fast enough for me. I don't know if people ordered from different websites but the website I used was harrypottershop.co.uk The quality is good, the package had a sticker mentioning that it should not be bend so the carrier will know how to properly treat it even if it was only a letter. I usually don't write reviews but I always give credits where I should so I am writing this in case someone else is worried about their order. I can only speak on behalf of the letter regarding the quality. I will definitely order again in the future because my girlfriend is a big fan of Harry Potter.

I made a near $400 purchase of multiple items and then received a completely different order Uber somebody else's name. I realized i can't find a phone number anywhere online or in the invoice so I message them. After receiving a return slip and sending back the wrong item, I get no response for weeks until finally somebody send me a message saying they're finally on their way. One my items arrived I realized that the ties are polyester, but when I placed the order they were advertised as silk. Who even does that? I would've still rated 4 stars if they sent the wrong items and sent the correct ones quickly, 3 for taking a while to reply but still getting the items, but what kind of company changing it up like that just makes me so uneasy to ever recommend to anybody else.

I've been waiting over two weeks for the Tom Riddle diary that was supposed to be 5 to 8 days. Placed my order mid November, hope I get it before Christmas. When I check my status it says in progress. I'm starting to wonder if this is a real business.
We ordered the 3-piece Hermione Granger costume. The wand pictured with the set is not what we received. I paid $20 more than other sites because this wand looked so much better. I ended up getting the crappy Rubie's Costumes wand that everyone else sells. We contacted customer service who responded with "the wand shown on the website is different than what comes with the costume." Huh? So apparently they just ship out whatever they want despite what their website shows. False advertising and a complete rip-off. I tried contacting them again and now they just ignore me. Also, I posted a review of the item on their website several times and they keep removing it.
This place is stunning and incredible! Felt like Disneyland or something. There is so much merchandise more than you could ever imagine, the staff were nice, and the butter beer is some of the best I've ever had. It feels magical.
So far nothing resolved. They have charged us twice for the order. We never received tracking or shipping emails. I didn't think they we going to ship so we ordered the same items from amazon and got them within days. Order just showed up it was ordered on 11/28. I now have to shop these items back to them and have had to contest the double charge with our credit card company. This is our NIGHTMARE before Christmas. STAY AWAY from this site. I promise you won't be sorry you did.
Please stay away from this store, there are much better options to find Harry Potter merchandise. The products are always sent weeks after order, when orders are cancelled they are still shipped weeks after cancellation, and then it is impossible to get return labels from the company. The worst online shopping experience we have ever had.
I ordered a Slytherin cape and wand, but was really concerned that it may not arrive on time for my Halloween party on 10/22/2022, especially after reading all these negative reviews. I messaged customer support and they emailed me back within an hour and reassured me it would be on time. I ordered Express shipping and it arrived today. Very happy with my purchase. I want to give a shout out to Sean, the customer support agent who emailed me back so quickly.
My daughter received a hat/scarf set for Christmas, which she wanted to exchange for another item of the same price. I was told that I missed the window to do so by a day. I spoke with a supervisor, Rodolfo, who refused to honor the exchange and refused to do provide me the name of his supervisor. When I asked for the name and contact information of his boss, he replied - I don't know what you mean. I seriously have never had a worse customer service experience. He refused to transfer me to anyone else. The guy was completely unprofessional and sounded as if he was 14 years old. This company is really damaging the Harry Potter brand as most people would think that this site is run by Warner Bros. Pathetic!
Ordered a couple little items with the intention to use as a Christmas gift. But, the items never arrived on time or prior to Christmas. Customer service was totally useless and refused to cancel the order even though they had no way of tracking it. These items will now be completely useless to me as I had to purchase other things to use as gifts. You guys need to hold your end of the bargain and deliver as promised or issues refunds.
I purchased a wand that was apparently not available for purchase, and they never bothered to notified me. They just took the money and did nothing. After a month of not receiving the item, I called to be told that they had none in stock and didn't know when they would (yet the whole time the wand was still available to buy on the site!). I was stubborn so I waited and called them every week until they finally sent me one, just to arrive at the post office and had to pay shipping when I had already paid the shipping and handling the day I bought it 4 months ago! And as you can guess, they will not do a single thing about it. I wish there was a way to get this website shut down.
Run away! Do not purchase from this store. After a month if waiting and no replies to emails (because hold times were longer than 15 minutes) that they claim will be replied to in 24 hours, I sat and waited in the queue. I find out... the wand I ordered 2 months in advance of Christmas was "out of stock" with no restock date. Website does not show out of stock. Sparky CSR who told me "Now isn't a good time to order this" and when I said Oh? He said Perfect! Wth? 25 minutes and I finally got him to cancel my order and credit my card back. He said I would NOT receive a cancellation.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Once I ordered, I was immediately charged for my item. But I never received email confirmation, or was able to track my order on their site. No response to email inquires. A week later I tried to call right when they opened and I sat on hold for 30 min.
I ordered a wand for my granddaughters birth day from Harrypottershop.com. The order form showed a ship date of 1/17 with 3-5 day transit time. That would allow sufficient time for arrival prior to her 1/24 birthday. When the order did not arrive the day prior to her birthday i called. Was told they were out of stock and was on backorder. I asked why the order did not notify me they were our of stock so I could make different arrangements. Stock answer of the website just did not get updated and "sorry" but nothing we can do. SO... I check the reviews. Should have checked before ordering. There is not one positive review on line that I can find. Do business with this company if your want a royal screwing.
Took about 4 days from ordering product to delivery. My daughter was very happy with the scarf and it was a genuine Happy Potter product. Negatives - No notice was provided when the item was delivered and when I went to check the status of delivery onsite the system my order did not exist. Raised a call to helpdesk and about 30 hours later they responded with delivery confirmation.
Placed an order for a blanket for my daughter with a month and a half in advance for Christmas. They did not notify me it was not shipped and shipped back to the warehouse and 4 days before Christmas marked my package as delivered and when I waited on hold for 1 hr 24min they then would not refund my money for Christmas and would not express ship my package for their mess up. Awful customer service. Clearly no one works there with a working brain.
This is the worst Harry Potter website ever! I ordered 2 items on 12-14-14 for Christmas and just now found out that they won't even arrive until 12-29-14!
The same night I ordered from the Noble Collection and my items arrived 4 days ago. I never received the confirmation email it said I would. When I called the customer service phone number, I waited for 30:13 to even speak to a representative. She told me "we had to print the items before we could ship it!"

BEWARE! Do not buy from this company. They do ot have good service and will charge you big prices for product that is cheap. And they make you ship back the product and you dont get your total refund.
I called my credit card company and filed a dispute against harry potter shop. Unless they can prove that they mailed the order I never received I will get my money back I was told by chase visa by tomorrow. I would call the place you did your payment through and they should take care of you. Chase told me they have 14 days from the charge to get your order to you if there is no estimated arrival time. My order was placed October 11th and my card was charged December 7th. Tuesday I am planning to contact the Better Business Bureau and filling a report. This website needs shut down.
I wished I had read the review here cause it would have prepared me for what was coming. I placed an order on the 3rd of December as my oldest 2 children (5 & 3) picked out something special for their mom for Christmas. I have had the order in for 10+ business days now. I have called customer service for an update and sat on hold for over 1:30 hours each of the 4 times I have tried calling. I have even tried emailing them for an update. The first email got a reply claiming my order would ship 5 days ago now. When that came and went I gave them 2 days because of covid. Since then none of my emails have been answered and part of my has finally shipped. Horrific company, buy from someone else. I highly doubt my kids gift for my wife will arrive before Christmas now, let alone before the end of December.
I even talked to an employee and they are "going to see what is going on" when I began voicing my concerns and anger over the lack of information and constant delays.
Q: HORRIBLE! I ordered a Hermoine Granger costume for my daughter 5 days ago! My credit card was charged the day after the order. When I tried to track the shipment I am advised there is no record of my order and my items are out of stock! I asked to talk to a manager and have pleased with him to please find out what is going on. He is supposed to call me back in an hour. I hope this isn't a scam. My daughter is going to be so disappointed. The only reason I ordered from this website is because I thought it was affiliated with Universal Studios. I am so disappointed.
Not only did I not receive my full order. I never received the refund for the item they could not guarantee I would receive, because he (after several calls) could not tell me IF and when it would be in stock.
I just finished buying a personalized Slytherin House Quidditch jersey (with my name and everything) at this website. The conformation email came through almost immediately when I discovered I had accidentally ordered the youth rather than the adult size. I called the customer service line instantly hoping to stop the order. I didn't have to wait but a few seconds to speak to a representative, and although his customer service skills were adequate, he told me there was nothing they could do--the order had already gone to the vendor and could not be cancelled. Now I'm stuck with a personalized shirt that can't be returned and I couldn't have fit into since elementary school all because of one wrong click of the mouse. I'd give them a higher rating, but this was completely stoppable and fixable. They were only interested in taking my money; once they had it they were not interested in customer satisfaction. Correcting this issue was well within their power before labor and materials were wasted but, they would just rather take the money and run, customer be damned. Unacceptable!
I placed an order about a week and a half ago and I have been waiting to receive an email with some type of progress as to what is going on with the order. After not hearing anything a few days after the holidays oh, I contacted the company and a gentleman said he was going to contact the warehouse and let me know by the next business day. I received an email from him this morning stating that they were unable to verify the address that was being sent to. I called and confirm that that is the correct address and the representative told me that it would now take another one to two days to submit the order. Not one to two days to send it out, but an actual one to two days to resubmit the order just because they needed to verify the address. However, they had no problem finalizing my payment a week ago on my credit card. I explained to them that payments should not be finalized on credit cards until the product is shipped. Pending payments are expected but not the actual payment when the product has not been shipped out. After hearing that it would take another one to two days to submit the order and then it would be shipped out, I decided to get on Amazon and I found the exact same thing from a different company, great reviews, and even with expedited shipping, it actually cost less than the Harry Potter shop. I ordered it through Amazon and it will be arriving in 3 days for less money then the Harry Potter shop where it hasn't even shipped out yet and it's been over a week since I've even heard anything. Also, every time you call, it seems you are out sourced even though they confirm they are in the states. Everyone has a very strong accent. Sometimes, it is difficult to understand. This company seems extremely fishy, especially after reading all of the reviews. They had no problem taking my payment a week ago, but they sure are finding every excuse to send the product out. I'd rather go through Amazon knowing if there is a problem that Amazon will fix it.
