Most of the reviews you see are about how great the product. It is! But when you combine a great product with excellent service, you have something special. Recently received an order that was damaged during shipping. I sent a photo of the damaged box and product. In less than 12 hours I received a message apologizing for the delivery issue and action that they will replace the order immediately. In 48 hours I received a complete new order even though on 2 of the items were damaged. Harrys not only met my expectations, they exceeded it. In addition, I actually received a follow up message making sure my order was received properly. Well done Harrys, Thank you.
I like that I don't even need to think about resupplying my blades. I switched to Harry's blade from the competition because I like the profile of the blade head better. It's easier to shave the tender spots on my upper lip. I've never had a defective blade or damaged delivery--ever. Based on past continuous quality performance, I have exceeding high confidence in the quality of all future deliveries.
I started with the standard Shaver/Blades and I have been hooked ever since! I now use just about all of the products. The Bath Gel is excellent. I have even bought the gift box sets to give as presents.
I have been shaving for 45 years and used many, many different types of razors. Harry's is the best shave I have ever had. My legs have never felt so soft. And it shaves the ankles and knees beautifully.

Harry's has been easy to work with, the online ordering and customer service are great. As for the products I have used so far they have been excellent! I also like the feel and smell of the shaving cream.
Harry's razor blades provide a smooth close shave for a fraction of the cost compared to the leading brand. My blades arrive on time and I never had problems with delivery. Very satisfied with the service and the product.
Absolutely the best blades on the market. Since buying Harry's the first time they came on the market years ago, I have not looked at or tried another competitors product. Just hope you keep making the best razors ever.

I've been using Harry's shaving products for some time and I am glad that I discovered them. I have been using the soap for several months. What I like about the soap is it's lather and the way in which the bar holds its consistency. It doesn't get mushy and fall apart as have other soaps that I've used.
I got these as a gift from a friend. The razor misses all the hair in the hard to reach spots. If you apply any pressure, the blades cut you. If you pass over the area more than twice, you get razor burn and it still manages to miss the hard to reach hair. Won't be trying anymore direct to you crap. Its all hype and a rip-off.
We've actually heard from lots of guys who get a less-than-perfect shave the first couple times, but once they adjust to the new system they really love it. In that vein, we hope you'll give us another shot and see if you're able to find that sweet-spot so you can get the same smooth and comfortable shave that so many other guys are getting with our blades. If not, though, no hard feelings, and we appreciate that you gave us a try.
Received my order two months from when i placed it. Reason being is that it was shipped to an APO in Europe. Reason being is that all USPS ground shipments going to overseas military locations are shipped by boat which can take up to 8-12 weeks. Recommend giving APO boxes the option to ship it 1st class.

I shave my head 3 to 4 times a week and I can get just about a month out of each cartridge. I've tried plenty of other razors and they go dull after a few uses... Not Harry's! Sometimes i just switch the razors after a few weeks because i feel that they should be worn down a bit, but they are just as sharp and do a great job! Couldn't like Harry's more if I tried!
I really liked the razor no cuts, very close shave, nice shave gel, and great price! I have compared it to dollar shave razors and I enjoyed the experience more. The razor really glides on my face. I will not pay crazy prices of store brand razors. I do not understand all the negative reviews.

We love Harry's products. I love getting a surprise gift with my shipment. I can pick how often I get the shipment. Which is great. Their gifts sets are great for holidays. Prices are very reasonable.

The blades are everything I could ask for and the bath soap is the best I've ever used.
Purchased my first Harry's razor and I love it. First and foremost it's much cheaper than Gillette's razor and the replacement blades. Now to the important statement - the shave is GREAT! I use the razor to primarily shave my head and it feels like the razor is gripping my head like rubber on the road, creating a very clean and smooth shave.
It's only been a few weeks, but I will say, this razor is something I wish I would have known about years ago.
I only need to determine the best time to replace the blade. (Ex. Does the strip change colors, should I change after 7 shaves etc.)
My entire family uses Harry's products, from the razors to the shampoo and body wash. We enjoy getting the new orders every time they come because of the excitement of the mystery products. Thank you for your wonderful products. We are customers for life.

Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
