Staff just lovely, furniture very disappointing quality, check it out before your buy it.
I bought a bed settee the back legs stood on two poles, they started to collapse underneath. I contacted the store they sent out a engineer to look at product. The offered me an exchange with a deduction of almost one third of the cost. This was very disappointing as I felt it was a fault with the product. I took an armchair in exchange for €199. Well to say its a lump of junk is an understatement. It arrived in a box from China, the product is stapled together!, it had the same mechanism whereby the chair stands on four screws, screwed into the base of product. When screwed into it it was completely lopsided. This was the same issue as I had with provisos product. It was replaced again the next one has the cloth stapled into the frame lopsided. Be careful to check the product, when in the shop I thought the lets were wooden, they turned out to be 100% plastic. I found the whole experience very disappointing and I will not buy furniture from Harvey Normans again. The one thing I would say in their defence is that the staff where just lovely through out the whole process. I would give them 100% on that front, but its a big no from me with regard to the quality of the products I bought.
