Less than 9 months after delivery our beautiful expense sofa started to show severe flattening and wear on the fabric material. At first Harveys appeared to be doing the right thing by sending an "independent" assessor who admitted there was pile crush and reported back to Harveys, they then told us this was only to be expected as we had sat on the sofas. Being over 65yrs we did not think our usage could have been excessive and when going higher up their Customer service chain we were again told it was because we used the sofas to sit upon and no responsibility would be accepted by them for what we believe to be Goods sold not fit for purpose... sitting on
