Please stay clear of this shop, beware, ordered some crystal for anniversary in december, did get immediate email from (donna) stating i could not have the engraving on that i wanted and i would have to change wording, emailed back new request and that was it, never heard from them again, sent them another 3 emails over the next 7 days but didnt get any reply, tried the phone no but all you get is a constant tone, they had already taken my money through paypal so had to open a dispute through paypal, thankfully got my money re-imbursed but shall not be using this shop again

AWFUL! SCAM!
I ordered a product as a gift, which they took payment from my account for but it NEVER came, I emailed them constantly, but never received a reply for weeks. The phone number also doesn't work. Eventually after threatening them with legal action someone called Donna replied to my email (most likely a fake name) she was absolutely unhelpful & told me they wouldn't offer me any compensation but would re-send. They NEVER re-sent the purchase! Four weeks after originally ordering it I am back to constantly emailing them for updates, but again no replies! Eventually i demanded a refund and my product to be sent or I would take legal action. They never responded to me but issued a refund. Still have no product and no idea if I ever will. SCAM! DO NOT USE!

I would like to express my disappointment and anger at my whole experience with Hastings Crystal.
I placed an online order but received no item or update on my order for over two weeks until
I tried to make contact. I had multiple issues contacting the store receiving no response to my messages, until finally getting through via Facebook. I wonder if I didn't have Facebook, would I have ever received any contact or update? After chasing, I received an item that was different to the one I bought. Again after going through official channels of contacting the website multiple times for a returns code/ address as required by the store, with no reply, I again took to Facebook. I finally received a returns code and returned the item the same day as instructed by Donna. Three weeks went by with no refund, so I again contacted Hastings Crystal via Facebook, where they denied receiving the item and I am left without a refund.
This 61 day ordeal has caused my mother a lot of distress and I am very unhappy with the service we have received. I would never use this company again, and would urge others to avoid.

Hastings Crystal is huge, so much choice! We ordered wedding favours and they arrived within a week. Loved the favours and the lady we dealt with in customer services was really helpful and friendly.

Online shop that specialises in crystals and gifts. Items were not packaged properly, so when I recieved the crystal it was damaged. As it was for a gift, I did not have the time to wait for them to review the damage and placed another order. After many emails with the customer service with promises of a refund after item was returned with a code(which she did not give even though I asked for it) contact was lost. My emails were ignored and I did not get my refund. WEBSITE MIS-SELLS, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO RISK THE CHANCE THAT YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE DAMAGED AS YOU WILL NOT GET IT REFUNDED!
