I placed an order for Coack wallet worth Rs 6900 on 4 th December 2023. I have still not received the product. None of the customer care numbers are valid. Automatic reply to my emails are being generated, but response either on call or email. This is a total fraud experience I had.

I ordered a Gucci bag for my mom's birthday and even after giving me an 8 week delivery option I got it in 4 weeks time and the company was really transparent with their working and policies, great overall experience ordering through this and would surely order again

Firstly deeper discounted goods never get delivered. It is their way of locking your money and earning interest as you go through a long painful process of follows ups and refund which if you are lucky enough you may get through multiple follow ups and threats. The customer service is extremely responsive when you are placing an order but instantly becomes irresponsible after the order is placed. They will keep passing you to one team to another. This is a scam that the team is running and beware to not block your money and get tortured.

Haute24 is a utter cheaters. After making the full payment also not yet received the product. They are not responding to the calls. Its been almost 6 months got over. No response, no phone calls are reaching to them, simply it says switched off. They have not refunded the amount as well. Cheater.

Never gonna shop or recommend anyone to buy from here. My huge amount of money is stuck with them since past 3 months, they sent old LV bags all scratched. Now after 3 months said they will refund but again no replies from their end. They just give fake words and promises. Have been patient for 3 months but now will file a Consumer complaint against them to get my money. Highly unprofessional bunch of people.

The websites service is pathetic and their deliveries are not on time. At times they happily even switch your products randomly.
After taking your money they disappear and require multiple reminders for them to send a reply.

At starters they lure you in their sugar coated texts and offers you such discounts and after you place an order, they vanished. Their site dose not work, they never send any update, no emails from them, they never receive calls or respond to your whatsapp queries, and if they god forbid respond you, all they have the copy paste answer that the product is in transit. I received it after 3.5 months and the bag had torn tags. Though the quality is good, it is unused and have all tags with it but i never received the invoice and neither i can see it in my account with them. They give you international warranty but when i inquire to the brand they confirmed that they don't have haute 24 as their authorized seller. So i would never suggest such a site. It is better to pay more and get good services from collective or tata cliq.

Fraudulent company, beware, everyone. I placed my order in July and haven't received my order yet. Neither have I received a refund. I am unable to contact customer support, and this is very frustrating. I am sure they just take the money and do not deliver. Don't be swayed by the five-star reviews; most of them seem to be fake. I love shopping from this site. This is my second time and I absolutely love the products and prices. Plus they have range of merchandise so it offers a lot of choice for gifting also.
The only issue is- long wait time from order to delivery. But I guess that's because their products arrive from US/UK which also ensures that I am getting authentic stuff.

It has the worst customer service ever. The bag came after 4 months of waiting and several follow ups and still it was the wrong bag. Had to wait another 2 months to get another wrong bag. They dont respond to calls or messages, had to go to their office numerous times to get updates on my order. Very exhausting, annoying and most irresponsible customer care! I've tried buying almost 5L worth premi un bags from them it's been 2 months, haven't received them, received one but has quality issues. They don't care how much ever we shop! Very irresponsible! Also the prices aren't that great for luxury products! You can get them directly from store in India itself for very less difference! They act as if they are giving the products for free! Being a first-time customer ( and the last time ever) I placed an order for an item in December 2021 and it got delivered to me only in February 2022. It was a nightmare trying to contact them to find out where my products were. Out of 2 products, 1 of them wasn't available and they took 20 days to finally send my refund. When I asked them when I will receive the other product, they said that because my order is less than Rs. 1 lakh, it will take a really long time to deliver, if I shop for that range, then I would get my product faster. I mean, there's no need to rub it in my face like that, some of us don't shop online thinking that we will be discriminated against based on how "less" we pay. Overall, not a good customer experience. I hate giving bad reviews because I generally shop online a lot and I'm usually quite happy with every other site.
