My advice would be to ask for a call and buy from their existing stock if you like anything from those. However attractive the offer seems if your money is going to be indefinitely stuck with them, there's no point. I had a call with a haute 24 executive and picked a bag that was not my first choice but was still fairly ok. I got a really good price and I did not have to worry if the product is gonna reach me. I had a friend at Pune pick up the bag that I saw and courier it to me.
I have been trying to reach them for my orders placed in May'23. Haven't received most of the products and the sales team only keeps promising refund which is never done and now they have stopped responding. The refund amount is over a Lakh.
Their prices are unbeatable. Other websites offer just at double price. Yes, it takes time but wait was worth <3 I have ordered 10+ things now :)
