Was in town trying to help my parents with a persistent ant problem. Answered my questions right away. Easy to set up payment and contract. They set up appointment and came out next day to start tackling the problem. Exterminator answered all their questions and was extremely thorough. Excellent service all around!
Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You agree to a one time service and they tell you that you MUST PAY BY CREDIT CARD! This is because they then take your card number and charge it every month even without any service being done. When u call them to say you've never agreed or never would agree to that they hang up on you! It took my bank getting involved for them to stop charging me and to get my money back! It went on for months was a huge headache and waste of time not to mention they put my credit card over balance with charges I didn't confirm or even allow! Take a look online or the bbb they've got terrible ratings for being a scam company! Wish I would have researched more before using them! 8 months later I'm finally done with them! It literally took forever biggest scam company!

I was called by one of the "Salesman" from the North Houston Location (1408 N Sam Houston Pkwy E Suite 180, Houston, TX *******) to ask if I would like a treatment. I was out of town in Dallas (I live in Houston) in training and I approved the treatment at $71.00. The agreement was for 4 treatments per year at $71.00. Well 9-5 I get a receipt that I was charged an additional $71.00 for a "Membership". I was also told that I signed a contract for service and there would be a $200.00 early termination fee. Which of course was impossible as I was 300 miles north of Houston. The young lady I talked to said the contract had a dash in the signature box (well I guess the sales guy did that) and she was going to have the manager look at it and she would get back with me. Needless to say I never got a call back. Today 9-6, I called back to check on the status, She's in a meeting and will call you back. (I'll update with the results, but I'm betting I'm going to dispute this with the credit card company)
Bottom line, I was never told about a subscription / membership fee and/or any discussion on a contract. If they are charging $71.00 a month for 4 times a year spraying that comes out to $284.00 per application. Not to mention an "Early termination fee". Does this sound reasonable? Not to me.
If I was told any of this I would have hung up the phone.

The management decided that a dashed line on the contract made it valid. I have included the contract to show everyone that I NEVER signed it. I have also included the charges.
