Free shipping and MUCH faster delivery than other companies I checked. And while I haven't needed to return anything, the fact that they don't charge "restocking fees" is appreciated (make note, Wayfair!)
Ordered ceramic bird bath. Packed lousy and arrived broken into pieces. Ordered a large purchase. Shipping date vague then said shipped. Never got it. Emailed. Said oh the shipping people lost the order, really? Did say they are crediting my money but in the meantime they had my money for like three weeks. Would never order again no matter how nice they appear to be. Surprising they are in business as it appears I'm not the only one with shipping woes.
Ordered an art table for my daughter and while assembling noticed it was missing one screw... just one. Called customer service number listed on instructions, and the rep informed me they could not send me a replacement screw. I even offered to pay for it, but no such luck.
The company later reached out to me, and offered an excellent solution.
I ordered a table and chair set for my twin girls. It arrived on time in perfect condition. Easy assembly; the finished product exceeded expectations and has held up well under daily use for 2 years. Great durable paint job in garden motif with embossed designs. I am back to the site to look for more great finds.
It's been three weeks and I didn't hear a peep until I asked for a refund after they left me in the dark. This company does not care about customers, turns out my item was on back order for 3 weeks and they didn't say anything. I emailed in frustration and ordered elsewhere, only to get shipping notice later to spite my efforts. Well done Hayneedle, what a way to make unsatisfied customers pay for wanting to be treated fairly.
Total scam! Order taken and account charged. Sent invalid shipping number but had delivery date. After delivery date passed I contacted Customer Service - three times. Twice CS said order was on its way but could not give a valid tracking number for the shipment but to expect it within a week. Third time I insisted on delivery of item. It would be another couple of weeks before they could get item to me. It had already been 6 weeks since my account was charged so was I supposed to believe this? Requested expedited delivery - no such thing.

I ordered an orchid online it says it was large but no dimensions. They claims they will credit my Amazon account but not shipping of $19.25. The orchid is huge 37" with and ugly pot and made of very poor materials for $122.00. You would think it would be of higher quality. They just don't care about pleasing people. I will never order anything again from PLUMSTRUCK!
I ordered a stand up pool table.It came with rack balls 2 q sticks and chalk.Its real nice and my 7 year old grandson loves it and so do i. Brought it in oct. They wanted 250 dollars for it.It was marked down to 150 plus taxes. It is worth 250 dollars! Ordered it off of Walmart site!
Ordered hot tub 7 weeks ago and still not here! Ordered "room of choice" delivery option but the tub was shipped via a carrier that does not offer this option. Also Hayneedle called me about 8 times in a 48 hour period stating somehow they did not capture payment and I had to go back online and re-place the order - seriously? I replaced order but still have not received my purchase nor have I received an update on the resolution of the delivery issue. I will never order anything from this website that I cannot carry into my house myself!
While I was a bit put off that 2 of 2 items ordered had some damage (they do not make the items, just sell them), I was amazed at the wonderful customer service. I got very fast responses to my inquiries, and they offered a variety of excellent resolutions. I would definitely use this company again. Maybe they took the negative reviews to heart? What more could one want.
Ordered an item, paid for expedited shipping. Item arrived as if I had not paid extra. Promised date not met, customer service informed that those are "estimates" and "not to be counted on." Do not trust them to deliver anything that is time sensitive. Other items I ordered and paid for "back ordered" who knows when they will arrive. A very negative experience.
Bought a table from them through Amazon. Then, purchased the professional assembly service extra. Hung around the house for 3 hours and their contracted service provider never showed up. He/she never called to try to reschedule. My instinct tells me it was bogus. I wanted to return the table which was never unpacked. Plumstruck insisted I pay $75 for pick on take it to a Fedex location and still pay $18 myself for return shipping. Amazon had filed a complaint on my behalf. However, the trouble this company has caused me is unacceptable.
Ordered some cabinets 8/31/23. They were supposedly coming in 4 boxes, 3 were delivered by Fedex, 1 was not delivered because it was damaged. After 3 weeks of hearing very excuse known to man from Hayneedle I was told on 9/20/23 the damaged package was not going to be delivered because Hayneedle had been acquired by Walmart and all of their customer service options were "frozen"... $874 worth of cabinets... not going to be delivered. I was told I could rebox the delivered pieces, send them back and be given a refund when they are returned. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the NY Attorney General. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Oh and one more thing... I'm getting daily emails from these morons telling me about their latest deal.

Ordered slip covers from this site. Unfortunately they did not fit my chairs as the arms were too long. (They did not give any arm measurements for the product)Although there website says "Free shipping & easy returns", they do charge for returns. If they charged for returns there should have been a comma after shipping to indicate they are two separate things. Very deceptive!
Total farce. Not sure what business they are in, but they can't be up to any good. They lure you in with attractive prices, take your order and your money - then its up to you to follow up. After several "delays" in fulfillment, I cancelled my orders. Meanwhile they had my $3,000. Total waste of time and aggravation. Remember the old saying "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". I cant believe people who work at Hayneedle can look themselves in the mirror when they wake up in the morning.
I bought 1 patio table to see what it was made of, it arrived several days later, we liked its durable construction that I bought 13 more for our hotel patios and will by more of these until all our patios have them. They are so well constructed that you can almost use them to sit down on!
After two phones calls to hayneedle cannot resolve returning an item; I am so sorry that I ordered anything from hayneedle. They're making it very difficult to return; I think it's a strategy so that you'll give up and keep the item(s). It's very frustrating. Don't order from this website; there's plenty more websites to fulfill your needs!
We ordered a computer desk from Hayneedle for our kids to use. The desk arrived while we were having work done in the house so we waited to open the carton. When we finally did open it there was a large crack near where a leg would go.
It was well past the return or exchange window but I contacted Joseph at the company to ask about a return. I was not expecting much assistance because we had not found the damage within the return window. We were about a month late as a matter of fact.
After a couple of pleasant but business like email exchanges we were provided with a free return shipping label and the company sent out a new desk for no additional cost.
We are extremely please with our purchase from Hayneedle as well as our interactions with customer service.
If Hayneedle has a product that matches our need in the future we will buy from them without reservation. This is the way business should be done.

This company ships items from different stores nationwide which can make refunds a frustrating experience. I shipped three packages to three different locations three weeks ago. I've received a refund for one package and am still waiting on the other. I've been calling everyday and still no refund. It's definitely not a hassle free experience. I'll continue calling until I get my $.
I Shipped a crib to Alaska that no other big box or online store including amazon would do. I asked for verification of my order because of some of the bad reviews. I got a very pleasant reply the next day and another response to confirm my shipping charges because Alaska is an extra charge. The shipping charges were reasonable, the delivery was spot in and I cannot say enough of the professionalism of this company. Job well done!
Horrible experience all around. Purchased a patio dining set. Just getting it delivered to our house was a challenge with the shipping company. They didn't coordinate shipping, just text you and say "we will be there in 15 min". Once we received it, the table was damaged (and cannot be repaired). Requested a new table top. They said no, you need to return the entire thing or take a discount. Trying to return for ONE, WHOLE, MONTH with the same shipping company. It has been a nightmare! They never show for pick up, lie that they are about to show, tell us they will show the next day, hang up on you when you are trying to reschedule a pick up. I have had to result to disputing the charges now. One shining area, customer support via email is friendly, but hasn't helped.

Accidentally ordered a wrong item. Confirmation e-mail came shortly after the order within minutes. It had been paid immediately. When I read the confirmation I realized it was a wrong item. Called customer service immediately. She said she can not do anything. Sent and email. She said it's been shipped already, yet 24 hours later the email came from the shipping department that it just had been shipped. What is the customer service doing in 23 hours and 30 minutes. NOTING! THEY CAN NOT CORRECT. They need to get a job picking strawberries instead. Never again! Stay the... away.
Ordered a pair of out door curtains, paid and waited and waited for the order to arrive. Each one arrived in a different package and one had cream strip and the other had bright white stripe. Never even opened the bag - called customer service and told 30 minute wait so I got comfortable, after 20 minutes they hung up on me. Left a message through the return notice service and never heard anything back. But to return you have to pay to ship back. So they made a mistake and I paid for it. Its back in the mail and waiting on my credit! But found the same thing at Amazon, quicker shipping, and cheaper price. My first and last try with Hayneedle and they don't seem to care.
I ordered a $375 outdoor 2 person orbital lounger ( one of two) in April. This past Saturday I was sitting in it with my daughter when we heard a loud snap and then the chair fell about 4 inches lower. We jumped up and saw the the large ball joint that supports the chair had broken in half. I emailed customer service and sent them a photo of the defective chair then called them directly. I was told it was past the 30 day warranty! I said that this was a VERY expensive outdoor chair that is obviously defective and dangerous. I asked them to contact their vendor to see about replacing it since it is one of two matching chairs. I received another email back today stating that it was past 30 days and they would offer me 10% off of another chair! I am APPALLED! I have never had such horrible service in my life! This company needs to be taken to small claims court for my case! $375 for a chair that broke in 90 days? I am furious!
My item arrived fast, even before it was scheduled to arrive. There was a problem, I emailed right away and received a response right away. It was all taken care of in less than 24 hours. Would definitely recommend.
An addictive game. However it penalizes Kindle users by providing a less than stable environment. If you are a Kindle user stay away from this game. The constant crashing of the app makes competitive play impossible.
