Free shipping and MUCH faster delivery than other companies I checked. And while I haven't needed to return anything, the fact that they don't charge "restocking fees" is appreciated (make note, Wayfair!)

Ordered ceramic bird bath. Packed lousy and arrived broken into pieces. Ordered a large purchase. Shipping date vague then said shipped. Never got it. Emailed. Said oh the shipping people lost the order, really? Did say they are crediting my money but in the meantime they had my money for like three weeks. Would never order again no matter how nice they appear to be. Surprising they are in business as it appears I'm not the only one with shipping woes.

I ordered the Kidcraft table/chair set from Hayneedle for my kid last Saturday and it was said the product was out of stock and would be delivered on April 1st. I was ok with it. Then I read the review from this website and had a doubt about my order. I was even going to cancel my order but I decided to give it a try. The fact is that the order was delivered to my door today by the FedEx Express. Well they do have good services. In my case, I am lucky.

I purchased a fire pit from this company. It arrived on time, and is an excellent product. Much sturdier and better built than what I found on Amazon. I have purchased several items from this company, and have always been pleased.

I ordered a trellis on 4-17. Received it on 4-24. There was a part missing. I called them. The part arrived on 4-30. The shipping for this whole transaction was $1.99. The trellis is exactly as stated on-line. If I had read the reviews on PlumStruck before I ordered, I probably would not have purchased this item. I'M SO GLAD I DIDN'T READ THEM!

I purchased a trellis/garden gate for a new home. Paid extra for 2 day shipping because I NEEDED the item. Arrived on time, but with missing pieces. I tried calling customer service. I waited on hold for over an hour. I sent an email. They responded that someone would get back t me in 48 hours. I then got the response and was told it was a supplier issue and someone would get back to me in 72 hours. I have not heard back. I called again and this time I reached a rep with only a 37 minute hold time. Not acceptable. She proceeded to put me on hold to call this so-called supplier. Came back on and said she couldn't reach anyone and they would call me back the same day. Never received a call. Still missing pieces--I'm irate. DO NOT BUY from them if you value your time and money.

Ordered a 6-pack of storage containers through Walmart/Plumstruck. Paid for the product and receipt clearly shows it was for a pack of 6 of the item. I received ONE of the items, not a pack of 6. When contacting them there response was sorry, it was suppose to read one item, not 6 of them. Plumstruck is not willing to fulfill the purchase and says that if I need 6 I will have to order 5 more.

They are awful. I would never again buy anything from this place. Watch out they sell on Amazon and Amazon does not help out.
I wanted to return the wrong bed that I did order and I wanted them to pick it up, the same as it was delivered. They would not pick up this item and they charged me for a item I did not buy. I did try to talk to them on the phone and they actually hung up on me. Amazon also won't help on this matter.

I ordered a Christmas tree through Walmart website, was charged twice for only one purchase. This tree that I ordered was supposed to be 5 ft and 5'2-5'5 with the base. I'm 5 feet 2 inches and this tree comes to my chin in the base! CLEARLY this tree is not even five feet, I'm returning it because this is falsely advertised and I'm not happy. They said it would take several days for a refund which means it will be the week of Christmas I went through my bank and disputed the charge all is done and said will not purchase them again.

Beware of the Seller "PlumStruck." I cannot give them any stars; their rating is a MINUS ZERO for honesty and integrity as a retailer to the public. I ordered a crib which was suppose to include a Toddler Conversion Kit. It came in and the Toddler Conversion Kit was not shipped with the crib. After apologizing and requesting from me the ID# and Serial Number of the crib, they came back and said that was not included with the purchase. I have the documented description visibly revealing it was included. After numerous, numerous attempts via phone calls and emails they still have not sent me the missing conversion kit. They are misrepresenting the public by including in their item description pieces which they have no intention to include but only make it attractive to the buyer like myself to purchase, and then say that was never mentioned in the item description. BEWARE and don't make the same mistake that I did. Hoping this is helpful to void an extremely disappointing experience.

Placed a LARGE order through Walmart.com (over $1000). Order fulfilled by this 'PlumStruck' company I'd never heard of. But hey -- it's Walmart. They gotta stand behind that, right?
WRONG. The 400 items I ordered (40 packages of 10) were suddenly reduced to 40 (incredibly over-priced) items. Had my original order printed out -- NO. WHERE. Does the merchandise information on Walmart.com say "each".
Then I went back and read some reviews of this outfit -- and the words "SCAM" and "BAIT & SWITCH" stood out all over. Let that be a lesson, boys & girls. If it seems to good of a deal to be true, it probably is!

P.S. Trying to CALL these idiots is USELESS. Good thing we figured out we were scammed before the merchandise was delivered, so we can REFUSE IT.

Stupid people like to post negative things about sites when they need to get their facts straight. I notice no one ever posts positive. So i am going to be the first.
I ordered a swingset, Gorilla. The delivery was supposed to be on the 26th and I received it 10 days early. WOW! What a wonderful surprise. The board inside was damaged which was a main beam. This is not hayneedle's fault. This is the manufacturer. I called Gorilla, they sent a new beam out over night.

So for you people putting all these negative comments about package damaged, keep in mind, it is not hayneedle or other MIDDLE MEN companies. It is the delivery trucks or the manufacturer's fault.

I have ordered quite a few things from Hayneedle. I have been extremely happy with all of the items that I have ordered! I will continue to order from Hayneedle because their products are marvelous, the items are packed very well, and when I call for service, the people are very, very helpful.

I would give them zero stars if it were an option! I purchased a bed, but never received it. Of course they were paid as soon as it shipped. Somehow it got lost in transit. I waited patiently to no avail. Still no bed. I purchased a bed from a local store and cancelled the bed order with Hayneedle. At first they gave me the run around. They first said I would have to wait until the bed was found and returned to them before I could get my refund. Finally, after more communications, they finally agreed to refund me. It has been nine days since the refund was suppose to be given. I have contacted them several times and I am still being given the run around. I plan to report them to the BBB. I would never do business with Hayneedle again! I certainly would not recommend them to family or friends.

I ordered a long runner rug from them. I took a long time picking It because I was looking closely at the colors and the design. What they sent was an ugly, cheap looking rug with a completely different design than what their pictures advertised. Had the rug been nice I would have kept it, but the entire design was stretched out and looked warped and cheap.

I brought an island from Hayneedle and when I got ready to put it together the holes to attached the botton and the legs did not match up. So I was not able to put it together I call Hayneedle about the problem and they asked for my order number. I gave them all the information they needed and they promised me that they're get back with me. I kept calling and calling about the problem and they kept promise me that they would get back with me. They never did return my call. They claim that they was waiting to hear from the manufacturing company. I never heard from them nor the manufacturer company. I got tired of waiting so I had my brother to make bigger holes to put the island together and I had to buy more screws and had to rebuilt the bottom. To this day I haven't heard from Hayneedle nor the manufacturer company. I don't think I will buy from them again. Poor customer service. I paid $600 for this island and all I asked for was a discount.

Purchased a Brentwood electric Skillet for 40 dollars through Walmart.com. It arrived with one of the leg screws untapped. I retapped it and put a larger bolt in it. After 8-10 uses, the no-stick coating is discolored. I contacted Plumstruck and they said after 30 days, no warranty of any kind. Sad. The last electric skillet I purchased lasted 20 years. Don't buy from Plumstruck.

Hayneedle.com certainly deserves the "Worst Service Ever" Award. I ordered an item for my son and they simply cancelled the order without contacting me because they did not like the shipping address I provided. Meanwhile, they had already charged my credit card so I had to call and cancel the card. Thanks alot hayneedle.com for all the trouble and for disappointing my son on his birthday. Now I have to wait for a new card to arrive so I can get the poor kid a birthday present. I would not recommend this site to my worst enemy. Stay clear of it unless you have lots of money to lose and lots of time to waste.

We just bought two hours ago by mistake a table so after ten minutes we sent a email to cancel the order because the table was not the one we want.So they just said that they can not do anything. This is a really bad experience. Bad company. They dont care their costumers

I ordered a TV Stand from them on Cyber Monday which is in November. I received my product totally damaged and asked for replacement parts. I was sent my replacement part which was also so damaged it was completely unusable. Called them back and they said they would send out another replacement no charge. Well I waited... and waited... and called about 5 times and now it's January and still no replacement. Talked to them today and they decided they aren't going to send me out another replacement and that if I want another piece, I will have to order the whole TV stand again. Such BULL! Do not give them your money!

Ordered time sensitive product that had differing billing and shipping addresses. They canceled order due to the different addresses ( ever heard of a gift?). I immediately called and was told by rep that order would be resubmitted and I would receive product on time. I called next day to confirm shipment ( never got another confirm or shipping notice). I was told that the order had never been resubmitted and there was no way they could address the situation. It cost me $175 in shipping charges on another site to get the product in time. Hay needle sent email stating that it was a pleasure to serve me and glad I got product on another site! Seriously?

Do Not Purchase any Products from PlumStruck. There the absolute worse. I placed and order with PlumStruck Through and the product was never shipped. I ended up canceling my order after with over 2 Weeks. Stay Away from this company!

I ordered the XL MidWest I crate for my dog. The strength of the crate is not at all what they claim, my dog gets out of it easily with just the latches it came with, the latches are a joke so we have to use carabiner clips all over it because it has 2 doors. It also arrived dented and damaged and the company could care less. The shipping was quick, it arrived in 3 days but highly disappointed in the quality and its a bit difficult to put together and take down if your someone who needs to transport it a lot, thank goodness we have just had to take it down to move it in the house. This crate is not a good buy if you have a large breed dog, we have a shepherd and bought this for her as a puppy, she still uses it but its bent and coming apart in many places, she doesnt even use it that much anymore and still it has damage throughout it that keeps coming up. I would look into a sturdier crate if you have a large dog.

I ordered and item from hayneedle and three attemps later I was continuously receiving the item extremely damaged. Even though they advertise as free shipping, upon refussing to accept the broken item, the delivery men took it away. I was then charged $250. Fee. I disputed the fee with my credit card company and they sided with hayneedle. Even though they claim free shipping. So now I'm out $250. Do not buy anything from hayneedle. Dave yourself the aggravation and expense.

This is my first order and I am not impressed. They canceled part of my order with no explanation, and twice delayed shipment, again with no explanation. I am currently seeking a refund and will post when I receive it. Stay away from this terrible site. They are a third party site (not a warehouse) that takes your money (with no knowledge of whether they can get the items) and THEN seeks out your items. STAY AWAY!

This is absoutely the worst website I have ever ordered from. Their customer service is horrible! When I placed my order online, it said in-stock and should be delivered within a week. They then proceeded to tell me it was on backorder. I have been promised my order on 3 different dates, and it is yet to arrive. Everytime I call, they blame it on the supplier. Now they tell me they've shipped it days ago, but FedEx says they don't have it in their possession. I have no idea if I will ever receive my order. I would highly recommend not buying from them!

I bought an green house from Hayneedle but it turned out to be not the right one. So, I returned it and got another one; the snap and grow is the one for me. I wish that they make more windows for the 8x12 set. It has two windows now but better with two more. The panels could have been thicker.
