“Impressively dishonest business practices”

I cancelled my order, and they shipped it anyway. This pretty much sets the stage for what happened next. After trying to contact them numerous times in numerous ways (and being blocked just as many) I am now $130 out of pocket with a product I specifically asked them not to send.

Not a happy customer and I will not be dealing with them again. Highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

Tip for consumers:
Be triple sure that you want the product you're ordering. They will not cancel it and will even pretend that you didn't.
