Excellent experience! The company emailed to verify address and I confirmed with corresponding email and immediately the item was shipped. In my experience with other companies they will demand a phone call to complete process, which means I have to foot the bill and I'm currently living in Doha, Qatar. Would highly recommend this company! Wonderful customer service and great selection of products!
I was in a time crunch for a brace. I ordered from HPFY because they could expedite the brace (at a cost), ordered on a Friday, expedited shipping 1-3 business days. I should have received the brace no later than Wednesday. I called Monday and Tuesday for a tracking number and the customer service agents kept telling me they would e-mail it to me. I was very concerned and late Tuesday I was told it was going to ship Wednesday morning. Unfortunately, that would too late as my son was heading back to college. I am extremely disappointed because no one told me there was an issue every time I call to check on my order/tracking number. I feel that was very deceptive on the company's part. As a result I had to cancel my order and now I am waiting for a credit. Will write another review if I have any issues with the credit.

My mother needed a device to help her with speech after her stroke. I ordered the advice which was hard to find online. I informed speech therapy of the price that they charged. I was told it was twice as much as I should have been and was not a complete unit. They were piecing the contents of the box out. Luckily it was out of stock and I was able to cancel my order.

They give you no access to stop notifications. I had to pretend to be ordering something to be able to talk with someone who said that they would take me off their email list. They are harder to get rid of than lice in my opinion.
Do not order products from this site! I thought I was ordering causasian-color breast inserts and even the picture on the site and the picture on my receipt showed the color I thought I was purchasing. In small print it says "Sab" which I later came to realize meant "sable" or brown-skin color. Nothing ever alerted me that I was choosing wrong color. When I called to get exchange information they blamed me and then said they would put in email request for a return label to be sent to me. I never received a response. I emailed (more than once) returns directly to get exchange…no response. They charge a restocking fee and you have to pay shipping costs both ways per their policy EVEN though it was their site that had the error, but I cannot even do that since they will not respond with return # they require. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
My husband is bed bound & we ordered Comfy Boots for his feet to stretch out the tendons. He hasn't stood or walked in 3 years. These boots are only placed on his feet while sitting for about 1&1/2 hours a day. The Comfy Boots plastic in both boots cracked & then completely split to make them unusable in 9 months. We contacted the company & they will do nothing because they only have a 3-month warranty. One of my employees who used to be a medical sales rep said that they probably sat in a warehouse for so long that the plastic became brittle & cracked. I never file reviews- good or bad, but I think this is crappy enough that I wanted to warn others, especially with durable medical equipment needs. I figure you have enough on your plate to not have this added.

UPS tore the package and put both wrong packing slip and items in my mailer. When I contacted HPFY multiple times, they insisted on an image of the correct packing slip, which I did not get. They keep putting me off and neither resending product nor refunding. Another product they have not even yet tried to send. I would never trust this company again. Paypal did make them refund my money a month later.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased Cardinal Health Premium Disposable Underpads. These liners do not work, they are more water-repellent than absorbent. The urine stays on top of the pads and caused a breakdown on my grandmother's bottom. I called to complain, but I was told, they would not replace their defective product and would only take a complaint, but could not guarantee anyone would get back to me and there is nothing I can do. I will never trust or purchase anything from this company.

I ordered a product from this company on 3/10 and within 5 minutes of order received email stating item was on back order so immediately canceled this order as it was something i needed now. Then sent message requesting proof of cancellation and all I would get is message item was to be shipped. Requests were made 3/11-3/12-3/13-3/14 and every time got standard message item was to be shipped. Everytime they refused to acknowledge cancellation/ Then on 3/15 when I again requested this, I got message item had been shipped on 3/14 and would be delivered today. So I had to go thru the nuisance of having UPS return item, contacting my bank to make sure they didn't pay for same and then contacting Paypal to also tell them not to pay anything to this company and they should investigate this companies business dealings as internet is full of complaints against them. No one should ever deal with this company from what I see.
Health Products For You (HPFY) substituted a cheaper product than what I ordered without informing me of the change. Then they would not respond to my online return request for over a week. Once I was able to contact their customer service department, I had to send photos multiple times proving that I received the wrong product. After three weeks of back-and-forth emails, they still have not provided a refund. They did change their website and remove the original item I ordered, realizing they had made a fundamental mistake. This company will not respond quickly, will not admit their errors, will not give a refund for their mistake unless you prove it, and will not do anything quickly except charge your credit card. Go somewhere else for your medical supplies, this company does not honor their own advertising and engages in illegal business practices - and will ask YOU to prove it! BTW: The wrong product they sent was a box of wound pads that had been opened and wasn't even new.

This company will charge and collect your money for a product they well know is on backorder. Then they won't advise you of the backorder until you contact them wondering why you haven't received your order for two months. They won't know when or if your order will ever be shipped. If you cancel said order, they tell you it will be three weeks to receive your refund. They know how long THAT takes, just not how long it will take to receive a product ordered and paid for…

On November 23rd I ordered 3 items (First & Last Time I will order from them) from "Shop Catheters" also known as "Health Products for you" and was told it would be shipped in 2 days. After 8 days I received an email that said it would be 3-5 days more before it could be shipped. So I emailed cancelling the order then 12 hours later I called and cancelled the order again. The the next day I received an email saying 1 item was shipped so I called again and asked why they shipped my order that was cancelled twice and was told they could not find my email and the clerk I talked to on the phone did not record my cancellation on their system. Then I was told to refuse the package when and if it comes, but I can not do this because I will not be home when UPS comes. If this company is so desperate to ignore 2 cancellations on a $30.00 order just to make the sale what else are they capable of?

After minutes of ordering my credit card was used for another purchase totally unrelated to purchase, either data is unsecured or employees can steal data.
I placed an order to be sent to my PO Box, stating that if they couldn't use my PO Box address gave them my street address. What they did is to send my parcel with DHL to my PO Box. Since I wadn't receiving my order, I chatted with someone at DHL because I couldn't change the delivery address on their site. This is when I was asked 34,56 $ in duty fees for the delivery, which I paid. With the postal service, it's free. I finally managed to change the delivery address at DHL but my order is still stuck with them. Now I'm fighting with DHL to get my parcel. It's been 20 days since DHL got my parcel and I'm still waiting to receive it. My parcel is small, about 5/6 ounces. Why didn't Health products send it by mail instead of with DHL that increased my cost by 30 % in fees? Asking the question is answering it. I'm also waiting for a reply from Health Products...
I have having my fireplace service by this company for several years. However this year they refuse to service area in Baltimore city. This was very upsetting to learn that they now screen who they work for. SHAME ON YOU HEATH PRODUCTS SERVICE!
I purchased the Invacare Perfecto2 Oxygen concentrator in March, 2022, received it April 25,2022, as a second unit to keep in our camper. My husband took it out of the box upon receipt. It was not damaged in shipping and appeared to be fine. I did not turn the unit on or use it until 3 months later when we took a trip in our camper. The first time I turned it on it started a short beep followed by a long pause, followed by a short beep at about the 30 minute mark. It continued this way until about the 1 hour mark when it changed to a long, loud beep, which signals you must turn the unit off immediately. I used it for an hour at a time like this for the duration of our trip.
When we returned home I contacted the retailer, Health Products for You, and also Invacare directly. Invacare says they have a 3 year warranty but what they don't say is that it is for PARTS ONLY! I was told I would have to pay shipping to the repair facility in Texas, pay the labor to replace the parts, and pay to have it shipped back to me. The shipping one way is going to be over 100.00, and God only knows how much labor they'll charge me - on a unit that was defective right out of the box and shows 16 hours of usage. I asked for a call tag, and was told they don't provide them. At this point I'd be happy to return this defective unit for a refund and wash my hands of it, but I'm sure they'd want me to pay to ship it back to them as well. Invacare may have been good in the past but they no longer are. Don't make the same mistake I did - order another brand from another retailer besides Health Products for You.

I placed an online order, cancelled it, but they sent the item anyway. I returned it and they are REFUSING to refund my money! I have proof it was returned, they told me it was returned, but over 2 months later I'm still battling with them over getting a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT'S A SCAM!

I've ordered from this company three times. The first order was fine. The second order they shipped to a wrong address and refused to refund me even though I was able to show that they shipped to a wrong address. The third order I paid expedited shipping of $15.49. The 2 splints I ordered were discontinued, though they continue to advertise them. I was credited back from both splints but not for the expedited shipping. I had ordered a face cream for redness which DID NOT WORK. How do they continue to advertise products that aren't available and find that it's good customer service not to refund me expedited shipping AND IGNORE ALL MY EMAIL REQUESTS FOR THE REFUND?! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY.
