“Unripe Fruit”

I've had good and bad experiences with this site, but feel lately they were not honest and fair. I ordered freeze dried mangoes in 2020 that were good, but in 2022 that were mostly unripe fruit. When reconstituted they tasted like styrofoam. I explained this and sent them back. They only partially refunded me and I had to pay for shipping them back. I lost about half of what I paid. There is no way for me to review this product on their website, which is another bad sign.

Tip for consumers:
I don't seem to be able to review this product on their site at this time. It's another sign of deception.
