I ordered colon cleanse back in November 2010, because I saw ad for weight lose and I had to pay $1.49 postage & handling for a free trial which I did and of course use my checking account. I never received it because of back order & thought nothing else about it. My checking account was charged $97 on February 2011 because I did not cancel shipment before the free trial period was up.

I received email confirming my order. Forget about calling you are left on hold for hours & the second day I endured waiting on the phone for someone to answer, sounds like a very shady place to order anything. Any way I explained what happen to the rep & he told me upon return of the $97 order in the process of being shipped that I would not get a refund only $ 49 because of a restocking fee & he did not want to hear anything else I had to say. He only stated that I ordered the colon cleanser for free trial & I tried to tell him I never received it.

I certainly have learned a lesson about free trial offers they want your checking account to pay for S&H so they can make money on future orders if you do not cancel & send unused portion back. All of a sudden there is a new way to fool the customers with restocking fees. Anyway in my opinion Healthstore.com is a fraud and customer service sounds like a one man operation and when you get a person on the phone it just does not sound professional.
