Offering a multi-pack of Flexsoft would've been great! Also, with my orders with ceramic products, one or more are usually broken. Although, HeatpressNation.com have credited my account quickly after reporting, it is disappointing when discovering broken goods.

The website is a little slow and glitchy. Other than that, everything went well. However, they did take an extra day to ship my order which is something I will remember when ordering supplies in the future. Not pleased with a 4 day delivery from California to Oregon...

Press seems operational ok however the paint on it is shotty at best. You can see the bare metal and is even rusty! The entire unit seems to be lopsided as well. Like its bent. I just imagined a higher quality for $400.

Sadly, there was no instruction manual with this. I called to get one and Travis, happily helped but couldn't find one either so he emailed me one from a different model. Better than nothing I guess...

At order entry there was a problem with the credit card payment engine. I worked around that by using PayPal. No big problem.
A few items were back ordered, so I received these items a little later, no big deal. Apparently the seller has a very sophisticated tracking system for every single item, and everything was shipped promptly once it was back in stock.
All items were great quality. Can't really go wrong with the Siser products. My daughter enjoys the T-shirts we made very much.
The heat press worked right out of the box. All you do is enter the time and the temperature and off you go.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend the seller and the product.

Everything went smoothly with my order except FedEx delivered my package nearly a week later than expected, but that wasn't the fault of heat press nation. My items worked great and happy with what I received.

Heat press has seemed very solid so far. I tried it with Siser Easy Weed and the product peels off. Definitely take time to test different fabrics, vinyls and temperatures before planning to sell your product

Thank you for carrying Orca mugs! They press perfectly and my customers love them. They meet my standards for a "cool handle from microwave" experience! I won't invest in mugs that aren't safe in this one area. These are PERFECT! Sub inks really come out sharp and true to color selection. Shipped very safe and sound in heavy packaging, I've never received a chipped or damaged mug. Keep carrying them! I'll be back for more!

I ordered 2 rolls of the same product in 2 colors. The red works fabulously. The white is not htv. I've contacted technical support and have not received a response in almost a week now. I'm very disappointed with the customer service I've received thus far. I've explained whats going on over and over and received no help with exchanging this roll or returning it.

This is my second big purchase with heat press nation and I am being honest when I say I appreciate the security in ordering from them. I know I will get quality along with good service which is extremely important for me being in Hawaii. Having things like big equipment shipped to me can be a tough obstacle but I haven't had to worry about anything with any of my purchases. I even had my heatpress screen display stop working a few weeks after I bought it and they ended up sending me a replacement display screen right away. 5 stars, really, I'm excited to continue growing my business with the addition of this second purchase of my new vinyl cutter.

Not all attachments were in stock, was not informed about this until after order was shipped. I was told these would be in by end of Jan or first of Feb. Second week of Feb. I contacted company and was told items are not expected until early or mid March. Heat Press Nation should have contacted me prior to shipping partial order and notified me of further delay. This is poor cut service.

Great experience. Local store did not have my products in stock. To save me two trips they shipped order to me, for this I will be a repeat customer. Due to this experience I went and bought another press from HeatPressNation.

So easy to order, and the product is exactly what I was looking for!

I have to say that it took a little longer than I anticipated to receive my products, but once they came I was not disappointed in them.

There was an issue with the system showing the vinyl cutter available, when there was none. I called and they helped me resolve the issue and offered a discount. I decided to buy a different model from them and it was delivered within a few days. I am very satisfied with their customer service and the quality of equipment they sell. I will definitely purchase from Heat Press Nation in the near future.

I've never had an issue before. I completely forgot about this purchases And have since bought some HTV of lesser quality at the craft store. I've liked and have had a good experience and plan on continuing to be a customer.

After purchasing my products, I reached out to customer service to check if I picked the right equipments for my operations. The rep reviewed and advised me on a readily available kit they offered which came out better. I was able to cancel part of my order and acquire the kit with no hassle or back and forth.

I had to call to check on my order after it was sitting in the processing phase for over a week. Sent message thru contact us first and had no response. Called and she was checking on it...said she would call back with an update and never did but I got tracking for it within a couple days.

The delivery was fast and I'll definitely order from them again. I didn't receive a tracking number through my email due to some issue they had from their East Coast warehouse but I called in and they did provide it to me and by that time it was only a day away from delivery! Awesome company and service!

Great selection of heat transfer papers. I feel like the shipping service they use is slow. It takes about a week to arrive using normal shipping. Other than that they are always helpful and ready to chat using the chat button.

Everything went smoothly. You had good information on the machines making it easy to choose which one I wanted.

I do have the machine all set up and checked the pressure as you suggested. I'll be able to use it tomorrow.

I placed my order for a heat press and received an automated email confirmation which stated I would get another when it was shipped. After 4 days without shipping confirmation I logged in to HPN to find no record of the transaction under my orders. The money was taken out of my account though.

So I reached out to customer service through their email link. I've never heard a word from that email. It's been over 3 weeks. My machine was delivered a couple days later so I kinda forgot about it all. Then HPN sent me this survey and I filled it out. I still haven't used the heat press, hopefully it is ok.

Very solid heat press. This was my first time purchasing one so I didn't know a lot about other features. I do wish mine had the pull out option for the platform and had some way to bolt it down to the table, if you aren't careful, it moves when opening it. But all my shirts are turning out great and am happy with the end results.
