Some items took longer to arrive than others since they came from different locations, but had all items after just over a week. Did not receive any tracking information which would have helped, especially since I had never done business with HPN before. Staff was helpful when I called, but I didn't have as much success with chat or email. Some items have a bit of a learning curve, but there are lots of You Tube videos available to help.

I received my product in a timely manner. I had a few issues at first, but they were quickly resolved after waiting for only a few minutes on the phone. I feel confident that they will continue to help me in the future, so my purchase is well worth it.

Was pleased with my shopping experience, shipping time, and customer service. Cost of the Mpress mug machine was great for a beginner like me. Worked perfect first time. My only complaint is I was a little misled into thinking it would adjust to do 15 oz mugs also. It's mentioned in the online manual and in the questions on the product page. Travis responded to my question on adjusting the machine after my purchase, but he did say it's not recommended. Which I could not get it to work. It should be made more clear that this machine is only for 11 oz mugs. Had I known, I would have purchased the signature machine that does both sizes. Now I'm stuck with a case of 15 oz mugs.

I ordered the mugs around 10 am and they were shipped out by 10:30 am a few days later there they were on my door step, fastest shipping I've seen yet.
I will be ordering more from Heat Press Nation.

Literally no complaints CS was beyond helpful when I called about an item being on back order still arrived the same week I purchased it everything works perfectly! Purchasing the bundle was the best decision I could have made as a beginner!

I was told by your rep that the package would not be delivered without someone home to sign for it. I was very disappointed to arrive home to a huge box sitting on my porch from UPS. My expensive order could have been stolen off of my porch. This makes me not want to order anything from your company again.

I docked 3 stars because there was not a shipping confirmation on the order. I live in a decent area, so nothing happened to packages, but I would much rather have known they were arriving so that I could be there for the delivery.

Quick and easy ordering process. I was surprised to receive my press the next day. I unpacked the press and went straight to work. Love the item counter feature. Very satisfied at this point. The auto open function is awesome as well. Thank you.

The information was very thorough and the reviews of customers that spoke of high quality and responsive service are what convinced me to purchase through you. Was not sure if I really needed the teflon sheet. That info would have been welcome to see.

I totally love my tee square. I have even put it on Facebook post sites and people are amazed and excited and want to buy one as well. You're even better price than Amazon so I let them know that as well. Thank you!

The website offers videos on each product which I appreciate since I am A beginner and this is a new world for me. The ordering process was smooth and easy and my products arrived on time, in tact with all of the items included.

I didn't have any issues with the service, delivery was exactly when they said it would be. The best part of the entire experience is that Heat Press Nation shipped to Alaska and didn't charge me a shipping fee almost equal to the cost of the heat press. To me that meant more than anyone will ever understand, because I am working on starting a custom design business for my retirement in 3 years. It started out rough not be able to get the type of press I needed but thata to this company I am on my way. Oh the press is heavy it's industrial so don't rely to lift it out of the box alone.

Very easy to apply for credit from heat press nation. The machine is wonderful, contacted customer service for technical support, they could not assist. I am still waiting for a call back from sawgrass.

The heat press worked and heated up fast alot faster than those cheap brandless ones. The instructions it comes with will get you very far, as far as temperature and press times of plenty of vinyl and materials. I would recommend this, or the signature, because the auto open is nice I'm sure, but both do their job well

Their CS is awesome,they are willing to answer questions and help any way they can,and even though I had a bump in the road on my way to purchasing my heat press,they kept me informed and my heat press is here and hard at work.definitely recommend them.

Chat was helpful...looking forward to getting my heat press on! The customer service is superb. Had a problem with the colors but they got me going and stayed on the phone until everything was where it needed to be. Customer service alone is what makes this the place to buy from...plus they have quality products!

I appreciated the holiday sale on HTV and stocked up on a few colors. While shipping was free, it does seem to take longer than other vendors I've used. My order took a full week to be delivered from CA to TN.

Was disappointment product did not come with ink or small amount of paper to get started. Instruction were good for setup. No instruction for the mug press, which is diappointing, and having issues learning to set temp and time.

I love heat press nation their customer service is amazing. The issue i had this order that i haven't had before was All of the easisubli sheets were cut at crooked angles. Still useable but harder to line up

Allie was a great help in picking the best model! She sent me pictures of the items directly so I could see how well things opened, especially on the swing away models. She was patient with my numerous questions. And after receiving my products, support was great in getting me the correct instructions for the model of heat press I had ordered.

Everything was great, except the delivery time. I have purchased from heatpressnation before and this was the first time that an order took too long to arrive. They always ship quickly, everything arrives in 4-7 days, but this time it took more than 3 weeks. When we called, they gave us no explanation and still took long to ship. The item did arrive, but it was too late. Quality is great and price is reasonable. I don't know what happened with the delivery time.

Not all items were shipped in the first shipment, nor was it indicated when ordering there was a back order on vinyl items but it did show back order on a stand. The second shipment although was only delayed a few days. Not sure about the Great Cut software. When loading it said I needed a voucher code. I am still looking for that in the documentation and emails from Heat Press Nation. I know they will help quickly but I am installing in the middle of the night so I cant call yet.

All the reps at HPN are so friendly and informative! Have a question just give them a call, I can guarantee they've got an answer. They are quick with ordering in store and the guys in will-call get you on your way even quicker! Ordering online is a breeze as well.

Shipping was a little slow but I did like the fact of verifying the order and payment method. Good security protocol! Arrival took forever and the cutter carriage had come off track during shipping but HPN's support department was very helpful in troubleshooting and fixing the issue. An overall good experience for a first time shopper with HPN. I will be shopping there again.
