I appreciate this company. I always appreciate the great service at Heat Press Nation. I have an issue with the Orca-Coated 15 oz mugs I recieve having a tacky looking sticker instead of the permanent stamp on the bottom. Maybe you can not do anything about this but in the end it hurts my business, and it embarrasses me.

Very happy with my new heat press. It was delivered promptly and packaged very securely.

I was cautious about ordering this press because it was a bit expensive when compared to others on Amazon but it is very sturdy and closes, locks and opens with less effort than those other appear to require (as seen on YouTube). Plus it has the pull out drawer which makes all the difference to me.

I would buy this press from HPN again!

Was ordered over holiday said it would take few extra days to ship. It took longer but after I called it was at my house the next day. Great considering it was a down time and a lot of orders to be filled.

A lot of color adjustments and getting the Cameo to cut is very difficult, as it doesn't recognize the registration marks. The finished product heat pressed is nice but the vinyl sheets are expensive and projects are pretty small with the SG 400.

Everything is fine just got the wrong thing but once I notified you guys you fixed it shipping the right thing. I still haven't found the time to return the wrong item. I do t live near a ups so this will be difficult for me

It's frustrating that I can't get through on the phone number listed on the website. I received a stand-alone mug press that isn't mine, notified the company via email and was told someone would contact me yet I haven't heard from anyone yet.

I placed an order but it never shipped due to an address mismatch. I had to have them cancel my purchase because I will not be in the same state by the time the item ships. Super inconvenient and has made me lose money in the process. Plus now I have to wait who knows how long to get my refund and still place my order because I obviously still need a press. So double the money gone from my account plus the money I lost out on.

Everything was quick easy and no hassle. The only feedback is that I didn't receive product instructions, so when I got the machine and turned it on I thought it didn't work because it displayed the word off. After calling to speak with someone they walked me through how to work the machine and emailed me instructions. Other than that everything else went smoothly and machine seems to working great right now.

The only issue that I have, is that the bottle came with a pretty good sized dent. I haven't been able to use it yet but the package was not busted, torn or cut. I figured the dent must have come from the warehouse before it was shipped out. Thank you for following up with me!

I thought the press was a little over priced, but I need it to make shirts. If I had known it be so hard to open I would not have gotten it. No one helped me order this product as I placed my order on line. The delivery was super fast!

Delivery took much longer than expected. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal except that the tracking system wouldn't update to allow me to see that it had actually shipped, so it appeared to be "in process" for nearly an entire week. Unfortunately, I can get next day service from a competitor for the same price.

Shipping was not very good on the timing, but customer service was top notch and they took care of the issue. The plotter works very well, not super high end, but good for people looking to start a small business. Overall, I would recommend and would buy a couple more myself.

My experience was great. I spoke with customer service several times before my purchase. Each time they were polite, respectful, and full of information. This was my first time using a heat transfer vinyl. Not knowing much about it, I read various reviews and watched a video on how it works. My shirt project came out very nice using the 5 colors I ordered from HeatPress Nation. Working with he heat transfer vinyl, it cut, weeded and pressed on with ease. Proof that even a beginner can do it! I was very happy with the quality of the vinyl. I'm curious to hear, from the person I gifted the shirt, how it washes. She knows to turn it inside out before washing in cold water and will hang dry it.

Experience was fine. Only negative comment is that the product originally wanted was out of stock. The lead time for to get new stock in didn't fit within my timing so an alternate product was purchased.

The cutter was and is extremely difficult to setup and use. I pushed the auto blade slightly too far down and once it was stuck it basically came apart in my hand trying to readjust it, So without creating anything, I already have to buy a new blade. Given the chance I would definitely trade this cutter in for a simpler machine.

Order entry and checkout was very convenient. Now, let's see what the products are like.

The heat press arrived on time and in good order on first inspection. I haven't yet operated it. I expected to receive only the press and not the six attachments, which I expected at a later date, but happily, the delivery includes the six attachments as well.

My old hear press took a dive so I decided it was time for an upgrade. I needed it quickly to fulfill orders and I am so impressed with how fast I got it! The model I ordered works so well and is super user friendly. Highly recommend!

There were a lot of issues with the order. The main products arrived very late. The equipment did not work as advertised. Mechanics had to come by and work on the equipment that arrived late.

The equipment is working better, but I will not be buying again this equipment.

The total issues cost my company close to $5,000, and I received $60 in credit.

Shopping experience and service were good. Got confirmation that items were in stock and shipping but nothing arrived as anticipated. Received some items several days after Christmas and another almost a couple of weeks late. Missed a good gifting opportunity but overall the products were nice.
Weeding table that I ordered was nothing like I expected but am hoping to get it all figured out. It is well built. Thought it was more of a light table but found out it was more of a warming table. Either way, my wife thinks it will be a good addition once she figures out the best way to use it. No instructions came with it.

Love the free shipping for orders over $35 I order siser all the time, this is by far the best pricing out there. I wished it would of still been free shipping when I was ordering a couple small tools that could have been thrown in the box, but still charged a shipping fee, so had to take them off.
