Bought a press on Amazon. Waited 3 days and heard nothing about shipping. I contacted the store directly and 3 hrs later they canceled my order. They are still selling presses on Amazon.ca but claim they have no inventory yet they sold 5 of 1 type of press in 2 days. So which is it you have no inventory or you didn't want to pay for the shipping?
Pretty straight forward website. Checkout was only delayed as I am new to the hobby so had to research a bit to make sure I was getting the right thing. Slightly more 'new user friendly' descriptions would be lovely.
Order arrived quickly, however it was a two shipment order and they failed to inform me of that, so i had to call to get the issue rectified and wait an additional 2 days to receive my complete order.
heatpressnation.com is easy to work with. The turn around on orders is fast. As a small business owner it is reassuring to submit my order and then just be able to sit back and relax knowing it will get here on time and in full.
I haven't used the product yet as I just received it last night. Communications with the sales staff were great, and very helpful in pointing me in the right direction for what product would be best for my needs.
The only think I did not like was the fact that I had no control over knowing when the product was going to get to me...I could not track my order and they didn't let me know with a email it was on the way.
I did not receive timely information about delivery - this was a drop ship item - but after talking to HPN customer service I understood the process.
Everything was handled well and the product was exactly as ordered.
The order was easy to place. But we paid more than we usually do because our normal supplier was out. Then we had to pay to get the paper cut down to actual 13" x 19" size because the paper we ordered was wrong. It was too big by over 1/8" and got jammed in the printer repeatedly. Losing several sheets of paper also added to the already higher cost.
FYI, my debit card number was comprised the night I called to upgrade my shipping with your CSR. My bank denied the wild shopping spree this individual went on, but were able to trace it back to a California IP address. Seems fishy that it happened hours after I talked to your rep. Will not use your services again.

I paid for 2 day shipping but quickly noticed the tracking number saying my order wouldn't arrive for weeks! I contacted customer service and Jerry quickly followed up, gave me next day shipping, and made everything great again! Thank you all so much :)
I used recommended settings and the vinyl did not stick properly it started peeling the same day. I tested vinyl on a sports bra and legging and no luck very disappointing after doing my research and choosing you guys and that brand
Of the three items listed in the order, only one have been received, still don't know where the other two are. I am now waiting for them, otherwise I will call you if I don't receive the order this week.

One heat plate was a little banged up but besides that the unit was in perfect shape. The directions included by HPN were very helpful for us being first time users. It was easy to set up and use. Very happy with the purchase!
I didn't have any contact with heatpress nation beforehand, just ordered my item and then received it. Kind of strange that I didn't receive an email about receiving the purchase until a month later but I'm happy with my purchase.
Prices are good, just not in love with the $150 min. Order for free shipping. Guess you can't have everything. I would like to suggest free roll cut options for those that use a 12" hobby craft cut machine, making a 12" wide and 8" wide roll to use. 20" rolls are not quite suited for these purposes. Thanks for the value on what you have.
Would have love tech sheets on items, but overall I am happy with products I received. Will buy from HPN again.
Such an awesome company to work with. Everyone that I've talked to has been super knowledgeable and heat press was really nice. I bought the HPN signature series. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had with a retail company.
I ordered my heat press a day before black Friday sales. I got the black Friday deal. The price was great. Heat press nation processed my order very quickly. UPS was a day late in delivering, I waited the whole afternoon for it but didn't arrive and was rescheduled.
As far as the product, I just turned it On and it's so far working, I haven't tested it yet. As I'm inspecting the machine. There's a sleight dent and dimple of the back panel if my machine. Aside from that it.
I did receive the heat press. It's a way better option that what I had before. It arrived on time but it did arrive banged up, with some paint chips I don't know if it was from shipping but if I knew it was going to be damaged I would of ordered the refurbished press for less.
I received my order within a few days. Very fast shipping. Upon arrival I checked out my order and received a couple mugs broken. I emailed the company and they responded within a timely matter. They let me choose between getting refunded or having the mugs re ship out for the broken ones. I chose to get mugs shipped out and received them with in a few days. I have a bit a trouble with the middle
Part of the machine. The press don't allow many of my vinyl to stick 100 percent and that's frustrating. I tried with several types of vinyl to ensure it's not then materials I'm using.
I'm going to give it an other month before I officially make a complain.
Shipping took much longer than we expected it to which delayed starting our business by a few weeks. The products themselves were what we expected, however the Expert 2 LX was below par in my opinion and we had to contact the support team a few times in order to get it operational which again delayed production.
Site is easy to navigate, checkout was great. I added and removed a lot of things from my cart before decided exactly what I needed and I had no issues.
When my order arrived it was packed very well and had all the pieces and great instructions. I'm very pleased.
Placed an order in the early morning thinking it would automatically ship same day but when I didn't recieve a shipping email in the late afternoon I got worried. Started a chat on the website with Allie asking about standard shipping and when I said I needed it shipped same day she took the initiative to prep and pack the order herself and got it to the shipping manager within 10 minutes. For her to do that when it was my fault assuming shipping times was beyond great customer service. I'm a new customer and don't think I'll be going anywhere else from now on.
I received exactly what I expected. Shipping was on time and in great condition. I purchased 2 different mugs. Have heat pressed one but not the other. Great results on the one. Will expect no less when I use the other. Once 100% proven products, I would buy from again.
The service on both sales and support were excellent. When I had a problem setting up the press support got back to me right a way and resolved the issue. The sales staff were very helpful with questions and providing stock times. I would recommend using heatpressnation over other vendors because of the service before and after the sale.
Some of the links on the webpage are not working. For example, I click sublimation blanks at top bar and then click on ornaments and it takes me to an error screen.
Out of the 100 blanks I received however, 51 were good, 12 had acceptable hole placement though not good, 8 were broken, and 29 had holes so off center that I feel I cannot make a good quality product for my customers in good conscience with them. If you are going to sell these from a third party you need to have some quality control in place. A 37% failure rate is a fail in any endeavor and in my small sublimation business if I accept this without complaint it is devastating. You should replace some if not all of these. Last year I bought the same product and the quality was only fair then, but I was new, busy, and in desperate need of supply. This year, I cannot accept this poor quality.
